- Shipment was sent via Bluedart on 23rd
- Shipment has still not been delivered as of 30th
- Shipment delay was due to Invoice not being sent by Blue dart.Shipment reached London on October 27, 2008. But could not be delivered as Invoice was found missing. This was a miss on part of blue dart. This was confirmed y calling DHL Customer Service UK
- Multiple calls made to Customer service DHL India[protected] to send the invoice. Customer service refused to acknowledge miss on their part even though the UK customer service had clearly indicated that invoice had not been sent.
- Finally spoke to Assistant manager customer service on 29th October and invoice was finally faxed. Assurance that shipment will be delivered latest by the next day (at the earliest)
- 30 October - records indicate that shipment has departed from DHL Heathrow London but has still not reached recipient. Repeated calls to customer service have yielded no results nor have any reasons been given regarding the delay
Kindly help resolve this. After charging customer exorbitant amounts bluedart has failed to deliver shipment. Further more they have not been transparent in their dealings and have tried to hide information from the customer Was this information helpful? |
Blue Dart — Wrong Information
Hi Sir,This is in regards to my LCD shipment, I called up Blue Dart's customer care thrice and got a price of Rs. 2473 for sending my LCD to chennai from Delhi. But I was abacked when the executive came to me for pick up he told me some absurd figures and rates. After talking to cusomer care again, i got a price of Rs. 1700 with insurance. Now it seems they have stopped my shipment because of their confusion and balance Rs. 300 which they never informed me about.
