I am writing this to THANK YOU for your service. You should change your company’s name to BULL DART from blue dart. You guys are literary harassing me. You have failed to deliver this item 4 times after promising us. I am not taking this matter lightly and have complained about your service to Samsung. Also, I will be writing an e-mail to your Managing Director. Get your acts right guys or shut your F$#*ing business. I am really disappointed with your service.
I want this to be delivered by COB today. No more excuses.

I Subrat Ku Parida have a parcel in my name which I have purchased online from Amazon.in on[protected]. They dispatched my order thru BLUEDART within the time frame. I tracked online the status of my product in BLUEDART's portal in which it showed that it will be delivered within[protected]. But i am sorry to say that after[protected] there is neither any updates regarding my parcel nor it is delivered to me as assured to be by[protected]already delayed 3 days). Also no positive reply from BLUEDART when I am writing them.They might have surely misplaced it & now spoiling my time. Please refer below the detailed information about my order;

I was expecting the delivery of my item (Waybill number [protected]) today. The website said it is out for delivery. Based on it, I took leave and sat at home waiting for delivery. Now I see that the status has been updated as "Premises closed". I was at home whole day, nobody called me, nobody came here. I even called the customer care to confirm and they said they will call me back with details but nobody even bothered to call back. Now when I call customer care, it is closed.
This is seriously pathetic and unacceptable service from Bluedart, and second time in a week that it has happened. The delivery guys simply update the status as "out of station" or "premises closed" when they are not in a mood to deliver something. If it was a lone instance, I could have understood but this is the second time my leave has been wasted.Do the delivery guys even think for a second how much inconvenience they are causing the consumers? Their status updates don't even make sense, this is an apartment building and the watchman is there 24/7...what do they even mean "premises closed"?
I will make sure I never use bluedart again, and I will spread the message among all my friends and colleagues. I had paid extra in ebay for expedited delivery, but what is the use if the courier services are like this? Do they care an iota for consumer services?

This is regarding the delay in shipment delivery sent through Blue Dart. I have sent following two couriers (some important documents which were very urgent) from Hyderabad to Noida -
1) Way Bill No - [protected], Hyderabad to Noida, Date: 02/02/2011
2) Way Bill No - [protected], Hyderabad to Noida, Date: 08/02/2011
They charge the highest possible price for their services while committing to deliver the document within 24 hours, but every time, it took atleast two days to deliver after repeated follow ups.
Case:
1) Way Bill No – [protected], sent on 02/02/2011. When I tracked the shipment status online on 03/02/2011, it says – “Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” (although consignee was available at the given address and he didn’t receive any call from Blue Dart. Note: two mobile no’s of consignee were mentioned on the shipment). After that I called Customer service and asked about the shipment, then they had no clue. Finally it got delivered on 04/02/2011 late evening after repeated follow ups.
2) Again, Way Bill No – [protected], sent on 08/02/2011. Exact same story. On 09/02/2011 - “Delivery Attempted-Consignee Premises Closed” and not delivered. On 10/02/2011, I have been following it up since morning, and it has not reached till now.
I am extremely disappointed with Blue Dart Services as both times, I have sent it through Blue Dart because it was very urgent and both times it delayed. Why do these people charge so much (INR 280/- minimum although other courier would charge from INR 60 to INR 200 maximum) when they have no commitment and don’t understand the sense o[censored]rgency.
