[Resolved]  BPTP Park Elite Floors Faridabad — FRAUD BY BPTP

I HAVE BOOKED ONE FLOOR IN BPTP PARK ELITE FLOORS, NEHAR PAR AREA, FARIDABAD, HARYANA AT A COST OF RS.16.08 LAKHS WHICH IS TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS. THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION LINKED PAYMENT PLAN. I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALER THAT I JUST HAVE TO PAY THE BOOKING AMOUNT (RS.2 LAKHS, NON REFUNDABLE) AND THAT REST OF THE AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS WHICH WILL BE EASILY FINANCED BY BANKS. NOW THE PROBLEM IS THAT NONE OF THE BANKS OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ARE GOING TO ADVANCE ANY HOME LOAN ON THE PROJECT BCOZ THE PROJECT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THE HARYANA GOVT. THE COMPANY HAS OVERSUBSCRIBED ITS BOOKING BY ABOUT 10-20 TIMES, A ROUGH ESTIMATE IS THAT FOR ONLY 800 ODD FLATS, THE COMPANY HAS BOOKED ABOUT 4000+ APPLICATIONS AND IS ASKING FOR PAYMENTS AS SCHEDULED. EVEN I HAVE PAID THE 1ST INSTALLMENT OF RS.2.02 LAKHS FROM MY OWN POCKET. NOW THE BANKS ARE NOT FINANCING THIS PROJECT AS IT IS NOT APPROVED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE THE LICENCE FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION. IF I DON'T PAY THE NEXT INSTALLMENT WHICH WILL BE DUE IN ANOTHER 60 DAYS. THE COMPANY WILL CANCEL MY BOOKING AND WILL GIVE ME BACK THE AMOUNT OF ISNTALMENT PAID MINUS THE BOOKING AMOUNT. IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE COMPANY TO THE CONSUMER COURT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. LIC — dealership allotment

SC candidate was alloted pertoleum delearship based on sc category allotment ,SC candidate took all govt help to set up the bunk etc ,now he has leased/given the petroleum bunk for huge money for an general category candidate with help of oil marketing company officials
and adultration/quantity of petroleum is observed to make up profit oil marketing company officials are in support of this activities

I have been alloted Unit No. Z 22-29 on First Floor in the Park elite floors project on
dec 2009. Since then we have not received any intimation when the construction is going to start.At least, we should be informed why is the project late.It was expected to start in the middle of 2010.
I just want the authority to let me know the STATUS at the earliest.

I HAVE BOOKED ONE FLAT IN BPTP PARK 81, NEHAR PAR AREA, FARIDABAD, HARYANA and company demand 3 payments (Approx 9 Lacs) by me WHICH IS TO BE PAID IN 3 INSTALLMENTS upto DEC 2009. THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION LINKED PAYMENT PLAN. THE COMPANY HAS OVERSUBSCRIBED ITS BOOKING BY ABOUT 20-30 TIMES, A ROUGH ESTIMATE IS THAT more than 200 buyer didn't get FLAT, NOW AFTER MORE THAN 2 YEARS COMPANY SEND LETTER FOR REFUNDIN MONEY WITH 9% SIMPLE INTEREST OR SWITCH TO ANOTHER PROJECTS (WHICH ARE NOT IN DEMAND AS ON DATE) AND PROVIDE 20 DAYS FOR DECISION. AS ON DATE THERE ARE APPROX 20 LAC PREMIUM IN THAT AREA ON SAME TYPE FLATS.

I have also booked my flat in BPTP park Elite floor faridabad. in 2009 they send me demand latter but they did not given us PTM and NOC so that we can get the laon disbursed from the bank. even 2011 oct they raised their demand we asked them for PTM and NOC again and also for timely payment discount. but neighter they provided us document PTM and NOC nor were providing us timely payment discount. after logn telephonic discussion they agree that they will not charge any late payment intrest.

now today i have recived a latter of intrest in whihc they are asking 80000 intrest amount.

Please guide me they are doing fraud with me.

please suggest me where i can make complaints.

‎3.5-4 lac for 180 sq. yard, 6-7 lac for 250 sq. yard and around 7-8 lac easily for 300 sq. yard floor including 5% balance BSP + CMC +STP+Sub station charges+ stam duty + registry + electric meter instalation charges+ 12.5 service tax on BSP...

Dear All,

I am shocked to see the number of complaint by different people. I am also amazed to know that BPTP is still selling the project by using different brokers. Buyers like me and you are still buying!!! I went to see the site and fell in love with it, so decided to buy a floor. After reading all this, i am seriously concerned about all of you.

Hi,

I am Naresh Tak, I have booked in Bptp park elite floor in 2009, after 2nd installment they had asked me for 3rd and i was rigid to get at least allotment letter, later in May2012 i have rec allotment letter from BPTP in PA block Ground floor, sector77, parkland, till date i have paid 7.5lacs, till day construction is not started( now total area is increased to 1025sft and new price they have charged Rs2300 per sft for additional area( 65sft(approx)).
pls help me to understand when they are going to start and complete this site.

If I try to sell how much premium I will get??

Hi, same issue with me as well. I am planning to make a forum of the people deceived by BPTP and address the issue jointly. My money is blocked from last 4 years - without any returns and i still stay in rented apartment. Please feel free to call and unit against BPTP - [protected].

Hi, what are the rules of transfer by BPTP? I have made 95% payment and now got demand letter for remaining 5% and registry charges with demand date in july.

Can I sell the property ? is BPTP allowing transfer in such cases?
