It is clear that BPTP will not deliver our flats.
In case anyone knows if other allottees have filed a court case against BPTP please let me know. I would like to join that and also contribute both in terms of money and knowledge to ensure that either the company delivers the flats or is made to pay.

We have paid 85% of the amount to BPTP Ltd and that was many many years ago. The customer care cell have been giving fresh deadlines every time, conveniently adopting dilatory tactics. Construction of the flat in block PA, Park Elite Floors, Sector 77 is incomplete by miles. Everything is in tatters. Rusting Iron grilles, sewage ?, water connection ?, no toilets, incomplete kitchen fittings We are not interested in the flat now as buyers cannot be forced to accept delayed flat. NCDRC recently (refer 11 July issue of TOI) ordered builder to refund entire money with simple interest @ 10.56 % p.a. I have no idea which is the appellate authority in case of small investors. NCDRC deals only in cases having cost exceeding one crore rupees. Here there was a delay of only two years. In case of BPTP, first cheque towards booking was encashed by BPTP in June 2009. So more than ten years already elapsed.
