Home land line — From Last one month my telephone is out of order

Dear Sir,
I do hereby inform you to rectify our telephone connection bearing no.[protected] which is dead since last one month. please make a necessary arrangemnet to repair the line.
Hope for your beetter co-operation from your end.
I complaint many times by phone (automatic fault booking), but no action done.
And after that in complaint phisically in Behale exchange- dated 04.07.09 complaint no. X2319.

This type of bad things are till now doing Calcutta Telephones...
I am a doctor and different people are call me for different causes. So Calcutta telephones know about this - What is phone? And why it is use?

Calcutta Telephones emplyees are never do their wokr without money.

Calcutta Telephones Landline-Dead — Lne dead for more than 20 days.

My landline Telephone Line of Calcutta Telephones is dead for more than 20 days. I have first docketted my complaint under No. G3580 but without my line being repaired, this docket No. was deleted. I again docketted complaint under No. G7952 but the line still remains dead.

MY PHONE LAST 30 DAYS IS DEAD .

BSNL Landline telephone connection — Phone is not working since last 7 days.

Sir/Mam,
i am Akhilesh Pathak. My BSNL landline no. is[protected]. My phone is not working since last 7 days. I have also logged a complaint through calling on 13th. Nov. 09, but neither i could get any response nor my problem got resolved yet.

I have submitted an application to shift my Phone No.2356449 from Theesgaon Naka to my new flat at Theesgoan Naka on 03.09.2009 as per Work Order No 2288 at Kala Talao Office. it would normally take 10-15 days. However, after several follow-up, it is understood that due to lack of labour for laying cables, it is uncertain as to when I will get my phone connection. When I repeted follow-up at Nethvili Exchange they are advising me to surrender your land line other wise you will loose your entire deposit. Eight more people in my new building (of total 150 flats) is facing the same problem. When BSNL spends so much money on advtg, etc for cpaturing new customers, who will take care of the existing customers. Do we need to wait or surrender our existing connections and go for private sector connections...

Dial tone of the phone bearing number [protected] is out of orde since the month of November and the phone is dead for one week.After a lots of complaints there is no response.kindly teke an immediate and urgent steps.

n/a — dead telephone-fixed line

my fixed line phone is dead since last 10 hours- no body lifting the line to register the complaint- kindly make it connected-restore the dead connection- your on line automated voice telephone does not pickup the guided code nos.- reconnecting too does not work- pl. do something

my telephone is dead last fifteen days .i wrote it don in complaint book no answer i call one stupid lady she says she dont know and hang up the phone.

S. Banerjee — BSNL ignores complaints

I applied for a BSNL landline connection here in Goa and I was told the line would be installed in a week's time. I was told to contact one Mr. Samanta in my area for the installation. But he either never received the calls or said each time he was going to install it on the day itself before hanging up. When it did not get done, he made excuses like the exchange is shifting, he was busy or he forgot. One day I was told that there needs to be new digging done for my line and it will take time. Calling the sub divisional engineer Mr. Chaudhari availed no results either. Finally I got my phone line after 2 months after constant prodding. Then I applied for Broadband. We bought an external modem when we were told it would make the process faster if we did not take BSNL's own modem. The connection was done in three weeks. But in two days my phone went dead. It has been over two weeks now and all calls to Mr. Samanta are met with "Yes Madam, it will be done today." I am still waiting for my phone to work. And I wonder why I should have to pay the full amount for a service I cannot avail of.
