[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Complaint regarding education loan

Hon, ble Sir/Madam,
I Bipin Mishra, am student of MBA rural management in kiit university
Bhubaneswar, Orissa.i hail from village birsinghpur post- bhatni, district
Deoria, U.P. I went to nearest branch of my native place
central bank of India, branch Khorilari Rampur, bhatni, Deoria (up)
for education loan to pursue aforesaid programe. But the moment when
I met to branch manager for education loan he replied me that he has
no idea about such scheme of education loan. I met bank manager again
and again to avail loan but he denied even to give me education loan
application form. inspite of giving me education loan he is saying
that where ever you want to complain against me you can, I don't
bother. he say i will give you loan only, when you will give me 20%
commission of total required amount of loan.if you ready then you come
otherwise dont come to me for wasting my time.
Now in this condition I want to know from you how can I pursue
education loan so that I can proceed my study.
I would be oblige for your kind help.
I am looking forward in this regard.

Dear Sir,

Injustice against me for Education loan. I Amey Mane completed Diploma in Electronics engineering from D.Y.Patil college nerul navi mumbai with first class in all my academics. I also scored IELTS exam with 6.0 Bands University of Cambridge certification and ESOL. I got Offer letter from GLYNDWR UNIVERSITY, Wales, UK and also scholarship of free accomodation.

But i applied for Educational Loan from IDBI Bank and the Deputy Manager Mr Chakroborty rejected my education loan on the grounds of my fathers Income Tax papers stating that my father had dues.

Kindly let me know is it my loan or my fathers loan. I am the responsible person to pay the loan after i get my asset which is my degree and qualification.

RBI states to give educational loan at Afforrdable Terms and conditions. And these kind of people make it worst. Kindly help me to get my right to education.

How should i approach to avail the same loan from the same IDBI bank. Where should i put my complaint. How can an Indian student study. This is why India is called as Third world country.

I don't know from where you will get help...for futher assistance...

but this is show that what a Indian System...and how it works...
and this is what root region india is back from the rest word...
