It been observed that Second class passenger board the first class coach intentionally specially from Diva, Mumbra, & Kalwa passengers. Some time challenging to this customer turns to awkward situations and gets worsen to genuine First class passengers.Some time the scenario is worse while challenging, as it turn to abusive and physical violence. I request authority to assign a TTE specially in platforms to check the passengers while departure from trains..As situations are getting worsen specially from 8 to 11 am timing..

    Sir/Madam Date 30.10.2014 During morning hours from 8.30 to 10 in central line of railway we request you provide one more ladies special train as the female population travelling for work/study has increased over the period we have one ladies special train at around 8.00 from kalyan, please arrange for one more train. Also the most suffering class is the female compartments 1st class as well 2nd class as the coaches for them are limited if possible please increase the coach of train to include female 1st class & 2nd class.The time between 8 to 10 am in the morning & 6 to 7.30 in the evening are critical hours, request your help during these hours. The casualties during theses hours are maximum.

      Dear Sir, Recently new FOB provided at Badlapur at Kalyan end which have definitely reduced the Nos. of Tress passers deaths.I thank you for providing this facility to Public. However, the Common Entry & Exit at Kalyan end Badlapur (East) Platform No.3 is causing Congestion to Passengers movement on arrival of trains.This Common entry & exit is also being used by the Paid parking Two Wheeler which is highly inconvenient.( Which create bottle neck ) You are therefore requested to arrange for adequate opening to the approach road just beside the End of PF No.3 at Kalyan end. This will create direct opening to road & remove the bottleneck & will be more Convenient to Commuters.The existing Common entry & exit will remain as it is for Two wheeler paid parking users. Hoping that proper decision will be taken before Monsoon & Commuters will get early relief. Mrs. Sunita Gaikwad .

        Yesterday, Wed 16th April at 11 a.m. only two ticket counters were open. People have to stand in long serpentine queues. Your officials were busy talking on their mobiles and people had to wait. Suggest you open up more counters for ticketing. Your officials need to talk and behave decently with public specially senior citizens and ladies. It would be ideal if separate queues are made for senior citizens and handicaps, whereby they are able to get their tickets faster. Western Railway has this facility so why not Central Railway. Hope this suggestion will be implemented. Thanks / Mehroo Parvaresh

          Hi My name is Prachi residing at ambernath, This is to inform that we are facing alot of problems coz of other passengers from kalyan onwards coming down in ambernath, they get into train from kalyan onwards coming towards ambernath & occupy seats till CST & we people boarding train from ambernath don't have seats at all & have travel standing daily coz of them.Why is the ambernath train mean't ? For Whom? Who has the priority ? Please expalin... Request the railway authority to make some changes in the system, as in ambernath trains should not halt after kalyan till ambernath at any of the stations(vithalwadi & ulhasnagar), so that nobody would be able to get into the train & we all will also have seats. Orelse it doesn't makes any sense bcoz ambernath is just for sake of saying... ambernath local are alvez completely full before coming to ambernath in morning... we have face lot of problems... Request you kindly take the matter seriously orelse we will take action then... coz we are just fed up of this passengers travelling from vithalwadi & ulhasnagar.

            Respected Sir, I am resident of Badlapur and i am working at Dombivli .My office timing is 10 AM so i have to reach at that time . Regularly i am traveling from local 9.02 am Dadar and reach at Dombivli 9.32 am . whenever we getting down at Dombivli station the ladies at Dombivli will not allow us to get down at station they are fighting with us this is very irritable and dangerous for not us but for all the passengers. so please we are request you to do something in that case. with Regards, Rashmi Kadam

              Sir/Madam, I wanted to travel from Kopar to Andheri..SO i asked the lady on the counter to issue me a ticket to Andheri via Wadala...She refused to give me the ticket as she told me that u will have to go via Dadar..but i have travelled so many times via wadala...she spoke very rudely...and when i asked her name she told me that u go and ask my senior officer for my name..if she does not know how to issue a ticket why have u made her sit on the counter..she was talking to me as i have come new to mumbai..please kindly look into the matter...this happened today, 15th november at 10:00 in the morning..

                This is to bring to your notice that the Kalyan Railway Station (new bridge) has become a mini-shopping area with no. of vendors increasing day by day. This has become a nuisance for the commuters during peak hours. Initially there were only a couple of them selling books & mobile accessories. But now items ranging from shirts, soft-toys, dresses etc are being sold. How come the Kalyan GRP do not take any action since its common knowledge that selling on railway property is illegal? are they hand in hand with the vendors? Are the authorities waiting for another Dadar-station like situation?

                  This is regarding the Kurla Station.
                  1) Railway authority is building new staircase towards Dadar side since last two years. Till date the work is not complete and on this they removed the roof from every platform, now passenger has to stand in rain or while getting down.
                  2) The roof on the platform is not similar, you will get wet while you were stand on door.

                  3) There is no roof build on the new staircase constructed on Kurla east side.
                  4) No cleanness on east side towards plat form no. 9 and Ticket window. The hawkers do their business near ticket ghar.
                  5) No window provide prepaid facility for smart card.

                    My Pension Pay order No is PNB/OP/Med/CR 2227 of[protected]
                    I turned 80 yeays old in October 2007 . Hence i was due for 20% rise in pension I did not get it.
                    I turned 85 in October 2012. I am due for further 20% rise in pension I did not get it.
                    I am badly in need of money due to heart problem and old age. Please do need ful.

                      Foot over bridge remains occupied by hawkers all the day. I am unable to understand, for whom this FOB belongs to. For public or for these hawkers? RPF station is just below this FOB. Its strange that, non of the person from RPF is able to see this. If he/she is seeing it daily then why they are not taking any action against these. What Ambernath Railway station team is doing. Why these people are allowing these hawkers on the FOB? I do not wish to register a compaint against these hawkers. My complaint is against the Railwy officers and RPF who allows them on this FOB. Please take necessory action against them.

                        I am a regular traveller from ambernath to cst.
                        The trains are extremely packed and since years the number of trains in morning peak hours is same.
                        We need a ladies special train from ambernath around 8:30 to lessen the pressure and crowd.
                        The first class pass is increasing almost every month but the compartment size is the same with crowds growing multi fold.
                        When is government going to take some action to lessen the crowds.

                        Recently trains were added from[protected] all thane kalyan,
                        it must be noted people prefer fast trains coming from karjat ambernath but avoid kalyan,dombivli as they are slow or semi fast.

                        Train from badlapur that comes to ambernath at 9:12 is a slow train but its of no use.
                        It should be made fast. It will save lot of time and pressure on later fast trains.

                        And more trains should be added in the morning schedule. Its horrible to even think of traveling everyday.
                        I hope Central Railway takes note of peoples problems. It will make our lives easier.

                          On 4th September 2012 my father and mother(Age- 78 and 72) has traveled from Bhopal to Pune from Jhelam Express which is started from Jammutavi and ending at Pune . My father and mother has got confirmed reservation in 3 tier coach but when train stopped at Bhopal station on both reserved seats passengers are already somebody slept and that also without reservation and there behavior also rude and they are using abusing languages... Entire Journey my parents faced this problem which is really shameless to Central Railway management, I am complaining for the trouble which was faced by my parents during journey, nothing wrong happened with them, I discussed with my father and my father says TC is also not saying anything to non reservation passengers who are travelling in reserved coach... No POLICE person 24 hours on duty in the train... and No proper checking of tkts by TC... Check and urgently resolve this issue otherwise anything will be happened..... .

                              From your desk i make complaint against central railway that from last17 years we request to central railway to give stoppage for exp. Trains at pen railway station meanwhile in 2009 one day andolan made by senior citizen group &pen pravasi sangh but still date no any exp.train stop at pen.

                              It is must needed requirement for the student, service holder, and daily commuter of the pen, because the stste transporting bus charged around of 48 Rs. for pen to panvel whether the train ticket cost is only 7 Rs.so.it is great demand for the penkar.

                                Serious need to increase the size of First Class Ladies compartment

                                this request on behalf of all my Ladies Friends who faces challenge everyday getting into the ladies first class from Dombivli towards CST. This is majorly due to the small size of the ladies first class compartment in central railway trains.
                                This is a everyday problem where we see there is a serious need of increasing the size of ladies first class compartment. The size of this compartment today is around 13-14 sitting capacity.
                                We understand that Indian Railways is trying their best for providing great services specially in the heavily populated city of Mumbai. At the same time, railways also need to look at the fact that there is a remarkable increase in the no. of women working and travelling to work. We believe that, Central Railways definitely need to see this as a need of time and revisit their capacity planning in order to make train ride comfortable and safe for women passengers.

                                We request you to change the capacity for the ladies first class compartment to be same as gents first class compartment.

                                  In the year 2008 ICICI Bank utilised recovery agents against me. I reported the matter to the account section of the Central Railway where I am working to stop sending payment in my ICICI Bank's salary account. My request was not heard by the railway's administrative people. My payment and PF withdrawal was continuously sent to the Bank. I lost financially, because of the failure of action by the respective people. I expect remedy from the Railways in this matter.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      Kindly note that there is no train option from 5.48 pm to 6.31 pm for ambernath to badlpur. We lost almost 1 hr. at ambernath station everyday for nothing. if you could arrange one train atleast in between will be best for every visitor during that time period.

                                      or atleast if you can extent one ambernath train which is at 6.06pm for cst, that is also fine for one station ahead and then it will go to cst.

                                      actually there is almost 4-5 train for cst by that duration. and no single train for badlapur or karjat or khopoli.

                                      From all daily traveller(mumbaikar) requesting you to consider this problem as very important and urgent one.

                                        platform no.2 of thane railway stataion is at a great height, dat often i see people jumping to alight... there r instances i ve seen children nd senior citizens falling... also to board people hav 2 use different techniques...the most vulnerable r the female sects. i m each time scared wid the imagination dat if anyone was to trip betn the platform to the space in the tracks....
                                        nd its also not new, i suppose.. this has been there since long....

                                        height of platform with respect to foot board of train is very low on platform no :3 at ghatkopar station, mumbai., eldely people finds difficult to board on train.i i think while resurfacing the track of platform no 3, inspection department does not have time to check all the parameters rather it is not important for them to maitain standards , this can happen in india only

                                          I am a regular traveller of Central railway from badlapur to gatkopar and return, its been observed that the central railway is working very hard to get the local train frequence to be increased.
                                          But before that it would be better if the train timing can be made in better ratio
                                          As the trains in central line are in time once in a week while travelling to up side by morning time, when the passengers are running out of time
                                          And then in evening or late night time the 95% trains are late by minimum 20 min after kalyan
                                          Some time i get surprised that the train reach in or before time before bhandup
                                          Please get this issues resolved as the passengers are disappointed by this

                                          One kind request to central railways that please send some ticket checkers in first class as der are many non first class passengers traveling in the train or else please increase first class coach more to manage the crowd
                                          Ticket checkers in platform are also very selfish as they just complete der task for the day

                                            The 10.37 fast train @ dombivli Station is Daily late by 15-20 min from more than 1 month now .Central Railway is not concerned even to do proper announcement about train .If the train cannot reach at 10.37 from last 1 month why don't they change the timetable and give actual timing of train in timetable.So many people suffer because of this still no action is taken .If train is not reaching at exact time atleast announcement should be made before 10 min .

                                              Respected Sir/Madam,


                                              It is seen that the stretch between Masjid and Kurla on the harbour , is the worst, in terms of passenger safety. Eunuchs routinely board compartments between these stretches and harass passengers and try to extort money. Also, they dirty the station premises by throwing litter carelessly. The meance is between the sewri -sandhurst road stretch.

                                              Secondly , rowdy teenage boys board the trains, create a ruckus, and harass female passengers, and do filthy stuff inside the trains.

                                              Request you to kindly take action against such nusiance elements

                                                Railway has installed two ATVM machine at Bhandup(east) station booking counter. Because I am living in Bhandup East I have purchased Smart Card for quick service. After some time one ATVM moved from there to other location and another machine is not working since one month. Due to this public are facing lots of problems specially in night as counter is normally closed after 10PM.

                                                  Dear Sir,
                                                  My family was traveling in the Hussain Sagar Express Train No - 12701, coach - B1, Seat No 1 to 6, dated on 30th April, 2011. In the train we were also book the ticket of my grand father his age is 90 years but before going to the journey my grand father was not feeling well so my grand mother accompanied us in the journey. When train reach to the Kalyan station the Ticket checker came and he took the ticket and said that you cannot take your grand mother you have to pay the money. He demanded 1100 rupees but we don't have that much of money with us so we gave him 500 rupees but he told us that I will keep your ticket and your fathers Identity card and after some time I will come back. but he never come back again. We got down at gulbarga station and we went to the station master but he refused to take our compliant.

                                                    I wanted to purchase pass from Kalyan to Malad at kalwa-east station, and I was in proper queue,but when I reached the ticket counter the person said that pass is available at next window, but next window was closed.The people who were in ahead of me in the queue got monthly pass from the same person, then why only pass was not given to me ??
                                                    The ticket counter person is very arrogant and also not providing proper information,the ticket windows opening time is 6 AM but ticket window is never open at 6 AM.

                                                      Sir,

                                                      With due respect we, the following regular passengers of First Class Local trains bring your kind notice for necessary action so as to avoid undue rush resulting into inconvenience to us in these coaches mainly by RPF, GRP, Railway employees and trade union leaders of railway. Travelling in second class by railways employee lowers their status but it causes inconvenience to the passengers who regularly and sincerely buy ticket or pass to avoid discomfort of second class.

                                                      The tickets checking staff of railway is equally responsible, by way of closing their eyes and accommodate these unauthorized passengers in First class and leave them on uttering slowly a simple word “Staff”. It seems that those who buy ticket are fools and the only advantage is to first of all loosen their pockets. The ticket checking staff is rarely seen in trains to check these unauthorized passengers effectively in peak hours.

                                                      An unspecified / surprise check in the reverse order during peak hours will help Railways to stop this illegal, unlawful and undue ticket less passengers travels by railway.

                                                      We hereby complete this letter with the hope that necessary action will be taken by your kind office.

                                                      Sir,

                                                      We are thankful to you for initiating action in reference to our representation but the effect was seen merely for 02 to 03 days which seems very disheartening. The unauthorized passengers were let off without any appropriate action and are seen again in the coach/train. There was a telephonic contact from your department on 23rd February 2011 and the concerned person was more interested to know about our identity than solving this prolonged issue of inconvenience to us i.e. the regular passengers paying from their pockets. Our suggestions are listed below:

                                                      1. Display and announce in I ST Class coaches specifically that travelling in these coaches without appropriate authority is illegal and fix fine in terms of finance.
                                                      2. I ST Class season pass/ticket holder should be permitted to question these unauthorized passengers travelling in I ST Class coaches irrespective of the department.
                                                      3. Contacts numbers may be provided on the stations of station managers / checking staff incase such unauthorized passengers are detected by authorized passengers.
                                                      4. Identity Card should be given to all I ST Class passengers and which should be shown in train.
                                                      5. RPF/GRP on duty must be in uniform.

                                                      We need solution to root out this social evil and not exhibition. Our representation is for common causes, if possible please intimate us on following posted address, your future plan of action:

                                                        I have few suggestions to make for Transharbour Railway (Thane- Vashi/ Panvel) line.

                                                        1)Panvel fast train should be made slow in opposite direction, i.e. morning from Panvel to Thane & vise versa at evening time. As other wise also it goes empty & at morning time next thane bound train with huge gap gets too croweded & makes people to wait unnecessary.

                                                        2) Panvel Ladies special should run till upto Nerul only, as other wise also it goes empty beyond Nerul & male passenger has to wait for the next train in between Nerul to Panvel. That slot can be used for any other Panvel Local.

                                                        I am a daily passenger of Thane - Vashi local 9.24 am. Between Airoli & Rabale, Koparkhairne & Turbhe the train starts jumping atleast 5to6 inches. It is dangerous for pregnant ladies & childrens. Please take some action ASAP.

                                                        07:23 Panvel-Thane slow local always reaches late at Thane station. This happens almost everyday. On the other side Vashi-Thane train always reach any station before the time and the person who comes in time to catch the train never get the this train. I really do not understand why these things are not yet noticed by railway department. Morning time one minutes makes lot of difference and late arrival of Panvel-Thane train is regular. I hope this time something fruitful happen.

                                                        The frequency of thane to panvl train should be more as after 45 - 45 minutes one gets to catch direct panvel train
                                                        Secondly the same from panvel to thane there should be more trains Rather than keeping in 45- 45 minutes
                                                        Leess down the time gap in at least 20 min
                                                        The fast train implementation should also be done both from panvel to thane and thane to panvel as distance between in around 30 km and working people and student face very difficulty in traveling.
                                                        Regular traveller ghansoli thane... 758 morning train.. At ghansoli.. Always depart 754... Why .. May be motorman following sone other timetable

                                                            I have booked my railway ticket thru www.irctc.in, route was Lokmanya Terminus to Nagpur PNR No. [protected] in the month of June 2010, when i reach station to board the train i have come to know the train was late more then 8 hours, due to which i didnt take up the train and requested for TDR refund on the following day. please be informed that till date i havent receive my refund inspite of sending many mails. you are kindly requested to look in to the matter and advise the concern to release the fund.
