[Resolved] chellamani & co — Delay Delivery

hi,

I have booked a queen size bed on 4th dec 2010 in chellamani & co and paid the amount through my card. While paying the cash, i have clearly told them that myself and my wife will be available only after 7 Pm in a working day. They said the item will be delivered next day. But it didnt came. I waited for another day(6th dec). The item is not yet delivered from their side. WHat action can be taken againts them.

Hi 14th oct i buy a new gas stove in chellamani & co pallavaram branch the next i used the particular stove during cooking fire came in the regulator knob. 16th oct i went to the shop i clearly explained to the sales man as well as manager then they are giving the new stove. again i checked the new stove in my house it will also not working properly the same concern repeat again. then i spoke with sales man as well as manager they are not respond. and they are spoke very harsh. please look at this issue and close this issue. and give proper training to your workers how to hold the customer.
