[Resolved]  chellamani & co — supply of Old Demo Piece

We have purchased Bosch washing machine (Model-WAX18260 IN) from Chellamani&Co at Purasaiwakkam branch vide bill No: VAT/CH10/4011(SF7934461). We have received the machine with scratches on the front door. We found that the outer cartoon box looks like an old box. The label stuck on the box shows the ‘Month & year of Import is AUG 2012’. When we checked inside the shop at Chellamani&Co (after the purchase), that particular model, what we purchased (Model-WAX18260 IN) was not displayed. So we clearly understand that the shop keeper sold us the Demo piece and not the fresh one. When we interrogate with the shop keeper, he was not able to tell any clear answer.
Chellamani & Co at purasaiwakkam branch in Chennai is the cheated us by supplying the old Show case item.
