My wife purchased a washing machine in Chellamani & Co in 2008. Before the product could be delievered, she got a job transfer to Bangalore and therefore had requested the then manager (Krishnan) to keep it with them until she returned to Chennai. I have booked a queen size bed on 4th dec 2010 in chellamani & co and paid the amount through my card. While paying the cash, i have clearly told them that myself and my wife will be available only after 7 Pm in a working day. They said the item will be delivered next day. But it didnt came. I waited for another day(6th dec). The item is not yet delivered from their side. WHat action can be taken againts them.
