[Resolved]  Club Leisure ( INDIA BIZLINE SOLUTIONS) — IVR Fraud

I have received calls from[protected] / 30717400 on 24 / 3 / 2011 and 25 / 3 / 2011 regarding issuance of life time free Credit card with facility o[censored]p to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with Domestic and International travel travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the OTP no and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from Citibank Credit card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed.

I have called up Citibank Help line and have lodged the complaint. They have told me to contact after 45 days. Please help.

Personal — False information given prior to IVRS Payment

The india Toady book club personnel called me and informed me that I would get a holiday package for a specified amount. I asked the concerned person to forward me the concerned destinations, which was sent by E-mail. Prior to IVRS payment the same was confirmed to me. I was told that I had to pay a specified sum of about Rs 3000. I was also told that I would get certain amount of books and CDs from the company.
After payment, I have written a number of mails to them but they say that no holiday package is included in the deal. This amounts to cheating customers and the IVRS payment facility should not be given to such agencies.

India Today Book Club is a major fraud company. I will advice that everyone should maintain a distance from they. They are notorious for not fulfilling their commitments.

INDIA BIZ LINE — Refund full amount charged by you

I have received calls from[protected] on 28 /04/ 2011 regarding issuance of life time free DINER’S card with facility o[censored]p to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with Domestic and International travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the OTP no and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from Icici bank Credit card that India Bizline Solution has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed. When I checked the balance on IVRS, I found that two transactions had taken place of Rs.5509 each debited without my knowledge from my ICICI credit card. I have not received the package so far and I am not interested in them or their products anymore. Kindly help me in this regards as to obtain refund of the full amount charged by them from my credit card.
I an also cheated by the company. At first I was offered by lifetime credit card. Unfortunately I issued an cheque of 5509/- of HDFC bank but after encashment of the cheque they change their offer. Now they are offering me a discount card(20%). Regarding this I like to take required action to get back the money. Please help me.

On doing the same I have received sms from SBI Credit card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed. the company workers asked me our colibration with SBI CREDIT CARD I am conected your call with IVR SYSTEAM and also give me a number 567679 how to got your OPT NO I toled the person if i give you our OPT NO YOU you had transaction my account the person reply no its only for formelty

I have called up SBI Credit card Help line and have lodged the complaint. They have told your transaction is done i can'not do any steps aginst compay please help me I am salary person in govt.

On 11th may at 11-21 AM I get a call from a company representative who asked me for banking details for refunding money within two or three days but till now I received no payment.
I request to all my cheated friend to contact each other to form a joint petition to Indian Administrative level against the company and to spread it to friend circle to save others. I am waiting for your call.

I got a call from Club leisure on 28th April regarding domestic and international voucher for 5509/- and I have received the package but I was told that I do not have to pay anything above that and I can use those vouchers. When I contacted travel port regarding the same they said that its a discount coupen and I will have to pay extra to avail those voucher which was not discussed with me and also Club leisure has taken 2 payments from my card for 5509/- and I am still trying to contact them but there is no response. I have also raised a dispute with the bank to stop the payment to club leisure. I was also told that I can pay 5509/- amount in EMI without any interest which is wrong, bank is charging me the interest for the same. request everyone that if you get any call from club leisure then do not take any package as it is been mis sold. I have sent many mails to club leisure to contact me but no reply.

3 RD STAGE :- On 31st may I received a call from the company executive who informed me that your cheque is already despatched on today and you will get it within two days and the despatch no is D28329477. Till now I am waiting to receive it and also waiting for another bluff.

I have received a Call from Phone No. [protected] and was informed that on free of cost Credit Card will be issued and not charges if we don’t spend on that card seperately.
This card is issuing since I am a genuine customer to SBI hence giving this opportunity to utilize.
Only I need to give the information to SBI Computer Server directly by typing the information.
I had fallowed the Instructions as they guide / said online and done, I had not mentioned and not even typed any amount with my key board from my Mobile.
After disconnecting the call I had received an SMS from SBI that a transaction has been made for Rs.5509/- to IndiaBizlineSoutions on 17.06.11 at 16:42.
Then immediately I called to your Customer Care to stop this payment and also requested to block my Credit Card. But it seems not possibel to hold this transaction by SBI.

I requested to SBI to hold this payment and dishonor this transaction as I will not be accepting the any card from IndiaBizlineSoutions.

It was totally fraud call and was not informed about this payment at all. They might be managed from their Office without my knowledge. Hence request SBI also to justify me...

On Friday (17th June’11) I was cheated by your agency person, and I was received a call from you also on 18th June’11 along with Vijay and I was clearly told to do the reversal immediately as I am launching the police complaint against your company for this cyber fraud.

After finding the above case of Mr. Somnath Chakraborty, Con No- [protected], I got believe in to keep your good will to continue to service.

Hope its enough to you to refund the amount back to me on high priority. Advice you to stop such fraud / culprit transactions in future to damage your company name as well as your personal life too.

I have too been cheated by clubleisure and the executive wass vijay. They have claimed the amount twice I have repeatedly called customer care to cancel the transactions but they are not cooperating and replying we will escalate this to our supervisors and revert but no revert as such. I have not collected the package and resend it. As of now I have lodged a dispute with HDFC bank and they have started their investigation. What is the mail id of customer care for club leisure and kindlu suggest what should I do furtehr.

On 29 june I received a call from the company executive Rabindra Boora who informed me that your INR 5509/-, full amount will be transfer your hdfc credit card within 90 days and they are also said me that such amount will not shown in my credit card statement . I am waiting to receive it and also waiting for another bluff.

On 21.06.2011 i got a call from[protected] regarding upgrading my credit limit on my existing card.I was convinced as the caller had all the relevant details about my card and personal details.I was also assured of some free air tickets and additional 20 % discounts on purchases.The caller told me to obtain the OTP number and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from HDFC Credit card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed.

I immidiately got in touch with the bank and informed of the recent fraud and the bank have blocked the card and have assured the amount will be credited to my account within 3 weeks.
After the transaction i spoke to one of the executives from India Bizline solutions and requested to cancel the transaction and recredit the amount but i was shocked by the response i got.They bluntly refused my request and i was threatened not to make any calls in the near future.

I would lilke to request you to take necesssary steps against India Bizline Solutions to ensure that in the near future no one is cheated and lose their valuable and hard earned money.I hope you will make a note of the complaint and and on immidiate basis process actiion against such companies.

atm counter shayamnagar kolkata atm id-S1AW4368.First time i withdraw my no of figure Rs-5000/- & second time Rs-3000/- and both time the axis atm shayamnagar is link down and same time deduction the money but i cant receive
the money.Atm wholder account is SBI that is krishnagar police line Nadia.It is salary account Mr.Som Nath Chakraborty & Mrs.Dulurani Chakraborty.

Dear sir,
on 27/09/2011 a representative telling his name as SHANKAR called from the number [protected] from INDIA BIZ LINE SOLUTIONS telling that we are providing a credit card which will give you 20% discounts on all your purchases from any of the shops from all over India.he also told me that for this you must be a existing credit card holder and as a valued customer of SBI we are extending you the facility of this card, he told me that for this i have to verify the details of mySBI CREDIT CARD by IVR.That day the confirmation was not possible so Mr. Shankar insisted me to have my landline number for easy verification.He verified my credit card, prior to this he told me that no amount will be deducted from any of the credit cards and amount of Rs 5509/- will be deducted from the profit of the purchases made by me.After verification a sms came on my mobile number regarding deduction of Rs 5509/- from my Credit card.
I am a poor fellow for whom this amount is too much, kindly help me in getting back my money.

On doing the same I have received sms from my HDFC card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when nothing on charges been discussed + the representative started saying he is from India Bizline when the same rep earlier comunicated with me saying he called from HDFC

I have called up HDFC Help line they said they cant help with this regard. Please help
