[Resolved]  Club Leisure ( INDIA BIZLINE SOLUTIONS) — IVR Fraud

I have received a call on 12-Oct-2011 afternoon from one of the India Bizline Solutions repesentative who introduced himself falsely as a SBI Credit Card customer representative and offred me an unlimited credit facility at free of cost and then connected me to SBI credit card IVR system to verify my details using one time password. As soon as I provided all the details as requsted by IVR, I have received one SMS in my registered mobile mentioning that transaction of Rs. 5509 made on my SBI credit card at IVRINDIABIZLINE SOLUTI. Whereas the deduction of the said amount (Rs.5509) has never been discussed during the call.

KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING THE REFUND OF MY MONEY. ALSO LET ME KNOW HOW TO GET THESE CHEATERS PUNISHED.

I have received a call on 18 October 2011 at 16:53 from[protected] mentioning me that they offer a free credit card which will give me UPTO 20% discount on all my transactions at any outlets across grocery to electricity bill payment and lots more, they also said that with this card they will offer me free domestic and International Holiday discount voucher and a free Reebok watch, They said that its completely free of cost and will only require me to authenticate on their IVR and no other documents are required only thing is that I have to show my PAN card to the courier person to collect the courier. On this I agreed and they asked me to send a SMS to generate a password for authentication on the IVR which I did and when they connected me to the IVR and I keyed in the password on the IVR they provided the transaction reference for the payment of Rs 5509/- . I was shocked to hear that I have been debited for 5509 on which I resisted and asked the person to reverse this as this was not been told to me earlier on which the person disagreed saying that you are well educated person and you should be knowing the IVR system and why did you keyed in the password and now it’s your responsibility you have agreed and so on, Later I told him that I’ll go to the consumer court and lodge a complaint on which he said that he will listen to the recording once more and get back to me, I am still waiting for his call...

I agree with you Donald, I have also faced the same problem on Oct 22nd evening after making purchase in famous super market in chennai.
I got a call in sometime from the number->[protected] and[protected] and they said they will be offering a Dining voucher for being active in using the card and the call got diverted to banker and the transaction got completed for 5509/- using IVR option.
People, Please be aware on such unknown calls in the name of banks.

I have received calls from[protected]/45 on 27 / 10 / 2011 regarding issuance of life time free credit card with facility o[censored]p to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with domestic and international travel travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the otp no and put me on the ivrs system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from ICICI BANK credit card that india bizline solution, has charged me inr 5509/-, When the said amount was not discussed.

I have received calls from[protected] /[protected] on 24 / 10 / 2011 and 28 /10 / 2011 regarding issuance of life time free Credit card with facility o[censored]p to 20% discounts on purchases made thro' the card. And one Reebok watch free of cost which is cost Rs3000/-. I have asked with then nobody give free of cost any gift then there representative told me "turst me sir it is free of cost" we are calling from HDFC Bank not any other company. The caller also conveyed that I am entitled to vouchers with Domestic and International travel travel and stay. The caller told me to obtain the OTP no and put me on the IVRS system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from HDFC Credit card that India Bizline Solution, has charged me INR 5509/-, when the said amount was not discussed.

This INDIABILZLINE SOLUTION company is fraud company when I try to make call on above said no. it shown this number does not exist.

There was a call from clubleisure executive name was Vijay Kumar tanwar from gurgaon and the tel number was [protected] but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank and you have a clear record on credit card and he also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card with was not told to me on 22-Oct-2011 so when i received the call after 1 minute of transaction from Vijay Kumar tanwar i told him to refund the amount and he told me that it would not be refunded and he alos told me that he will call back but till date he has not called back and i am also not able to get the contact them

Please help me to get refund of this amount

The caller told me to obtain the otp no and put me on the ivrs system to register the card. On doing the same I have received sms from HDFC BANK credit card that india bizline solution, has charged me inr 5509/- which has been debited to my credit card account. When the said amount was not discussed at all with me, after the message was received by me, i immediately told the caller that i don't want the card, and i refuse to give my postal address also.

ICICI bank is not taking any action against the same as all the details are punched by me.

Guys need to take some action against this company. Unless we dont get together we will not be able to stand against the company.

Called the Bank and told them the whole case but they are not helping in this case.
ICICI bank is not taking any action against the same.

I got a call from [protected] @ 10.23 offering a discount card on food and travel for Free as a select customer. reconfirming my interest i was told to sms PWD on 5676712 with last 4 digits of my card. Then i will get a code. At 11.46 i get a call from [protected] n it is told that they are confirming all details of my interest in the card and the same is reconfirmed for free without any charges being to be paid by me. then i was told to punch my 16 digit card no then expiry date and 3 digit no on reverse of the card. Since i have a mobile alert, i get an sms from my credit card for using and booking holidays with club leisure with an amount of Rs. 5509/- now when i have been calling [protected], no is continuously busy, only answered once, then its not being answered. i dont understand how these people lie to customers n try to get business. its totally fraudulent. how do we tackle this? How can i claim my refund ? should we make a police complaint ?
