[Resolved] DTC Bus — Justification of Bus Fare

Sir, I am an employee of Indian Air Force.On 05 April 09, I have travelled a distance from AF Station Arjangarh to Maidan garhi through DTC bus in the route Gurgaon to Badarpur Border vide your DTC Bus Reg No. DL 1P B 6377. On entered to the bus at 1225 hrs, I asked for a ticket for Maidan garhi to the conductor and for that he gave a ticket and charged Rs 14/- . At 1250 hrs, I get down at Maidan garhi.I used to travel with this DTC Bus on every sunday for same distance at Rs 10/-.While asking for such hike in bus fare, the conductor refused to give any reply and misbehaved with me in front of other public.While returnig in DTC bus, for the same distance from Maidan Garhi, conductor charged Rs 10/- My question is what is the exact fair of DTC bus for the distance I mentioned above.Please take action against the staff who misbehave with passenger or i will inform to other authorities.You requested to justify and give reply at the eartliest Was this information helpful? Respected Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am working in reputed organization and daily travel from Nizamuddin to Jaipur House. Most of the time I go by car but also travel frequently by bus No. 410. Today I took a bus no. 410 from the same Busstop Nizammudin, which is immediately before Nizamuddin dhargha busstop . The conductor asked me to pay Rs. 5/- instead of Rs. 3/-, I told him that I travel very frequently and the other conductors are giving me the ticket of Rs. 3/- for the same route but he started cursing me and told me that if I want to travel in his bus, I have to pay 5/- rupees. As I belong to a reputed family I don't feel like arguing with him and paid 2 rupees more. Please note this is not a matter of 2 rupees but a mater of reputation, the way he screamed on me. Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly let me know what is the exact amount I am suppose to pay to him If I travel on the same route and also I would like to request you to please take the neccessary action against the conductors, who are screaming and cursing the passengers without any fault. Please reply at the earliest.

I am studyig in NETAJI SUBHASH INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCE. It is located at netaji subhash place bus stand(Pitampura). My institute is affiliated by GURU JAMBHESWAR UNIVERSITY(HISSAR)HARIYANA. I want to make a pass the route of Bhajanpura to Netaji subhash place.I had gone to wazeerpur depot to get the pass but he said that i cannot make your pass Because your institute do not come under Govt.Institute.
