Easy Bill Ltd. — electric bill cheque not submiiting and harashing the costomer

I submit my electric bill a/c no. HB11-0094 Rs 6901/- by hdfc cheque no. 95899 through easy bill tid no. 4457 batch no. 1591 seq. no. 3499 on dated 6/8/2010. No any cheque submitted by easy bill results I recieved next bill with fine and dues rs 7901/-. I submiited next bill 12/10/2010 rs 11471/- by easy bill batch no. 1724, seq. no. 3869 and due date of my bill is 14/10/2010 but easy bill not submitting my bill on dated 20/10/2010 in dhbvn f-32 office. I complaint three times but not gave any solution in place of harashing me and said your cheque submitted in dhvbn f-31 office. I went f-31 office but not any transuction in my account after I complaint and they said to take bank statement and give us.

I think name of easy bill shall be fraud bill
