Dear sir, i am a agent with easy bill ltd for using online ticket booking services. The company is showing so much of negligence these days that the servers of company is facing errors n even after raising the complaint for the same issue are not resolved on time by company as a result we face huge loss. Railway ticket cancellation after chart preparation has to be made within 1 hour after train departure. So today on 14/8/2014 i tried to cancel the pnr [protected] for haridwar express which leaves mumbai at 7.55am but i was unable to file tdr request as the easy bill servers were showing msg " cant file tdr before 1 hr of train departure i.E. 14/8/2014 12.00am. How is this possible to file tdr 8 hrs before the train has not left. As a result i have faced loss of rs around 7000 as i wont get refund from railway as the refund was not filed on time, i have snapshots of the error with the time showing below of my computer. Pls help me to recover my losses to be beared by easy bill ltd due to their negligence. I have even faced such problem earlier which i had complained to company but i never got any reply from them.. Pls take strict actions against the company as they are just playing with the franchisees by taking good amt of fees and not giving any service or support nor they anytime rtespond to such problems...
