[Resolved]  ELBEE courier — ELBEE refused to hand over the ICICI card

Hi,
This has reference to the ICICI credit card, Way Bill Number[protected] Reference No [protected], dispatched thro' Elbee courier. The courier ELBEE refused to hand over the card to me on showing proof Photo ID and he asked for PAN card. on asking why I shld show pan card as ID only he asked to speak to his senior Mr Narayan .

Once I called Narayan Elbee Vashi, Navi Mumbai, for clearity on this process Mr. Narayan said till I ask ICICI to instruct to e-mail saying that it would be proof for handing over.

Once he asked to speak to courier boy seeing Pan Card delivering the courier, he started speaking in Marathi to him and and said to to him that Im not showing ID and I have slapped him, instead of beliving me he asked his boy to return without delivering to me and speak to ICICI Bank.

He never heeded to my request saying that unless he receives the e-mail it is going to be returned back. I would like to know what action can be taken on Narayan, who didnt bother to listen nor delivered the courier.

I had requested internet password with ICICI Bank. Ref SR # SR65918496 and AWb No [protected]

Its more than 35 days, still waiting for the same. Called up office numbers but no use.

Please do the needful if possible.

It is really sad that a huge corporate bank such as ICICI takes the help of a third rated courier service (ELBEE) for its help.
I raised a request on 07th on june for internet password (SR[protected] courier AWB #[protected]. i did not get the mail, when i called in to find out i was informed by ICICI rep that Customer not at home. (which is wrong for i was very much at home as i was ill.) When i tried calling the so called ELBEE on #'s 40033220, 40033221, 40033227 there is no answer. It really hopeless service rendered. I wish to sue these people. Its High time ICICI change its vendor.

I have a cmplaint about a dispatch of a parsal.HDFC Standard Life Insurance co. has send a parsel of important gift yet it havnt received to me. courier dispatch no. is[protected]. company is dispatch it on 9/05/08 and company is showing it has been recieved . kindly consider becose i have not recieve any courier regarding this packet. kindly take some acction as soon as possible.

i m dinesh kumar from jaipur and my air way bill no.[protected] from elbee express courior. mera icici ka credit card upgrade hoker aaya tha or AKHTAR naam ke delivery man ne mujhe nahi diya kyoki mene use kaha ki mai kiraye per rhata hu to wo bola ki mai FI karta hu or hum kiraye per rahane walo ko card nahi dete h jab icici walo ne mere pichle record ko dekh kar meri limit bada di to wo kon hota hai muje mana karne wala. kindly look in to the matter as early as possible and get the thing done in the shortest time.
