The phone numbrwhich was given by the icici for L B courier [protected], there is no response, we are unable to contact from chennai, we need the urgent letter from icici bank the have sent on 16. 9 .08 . it is necessary to do good service, immediat response, fast delivery, other wise it is waste.
how can we contact them over phone, the phone no is no response, is ther any other phone to contact for speedy action, or who is the responsible person ?
Elbee courier is pathetic, last week I approached to Elbee Thane(W) branch, wanted to courier few documents urgently to CPA Examination Services, P.O. Box 440555, Nashville, TN 37244. Firslty, they questioned me hundreds o[censored]nnecessary questions. The packet contained my CPA examination form and a Dollar draft as the fees.
After 3 days these people calling me and asking me to collect the packet as it doesn't contain the name of the person and telephone number of the person to whom the delivery is to be made.
I can understand, if it was to be delivered to a particular person. But these uneducated Elbee representative do not understand that CPA Examination Services is a body and it has a P.O Box number. Why they require telephone number of Government authorities o[censored]S and their name details. Nonsense...
I should have taken the service of the local couriers which would be far better than this.
Really I pitty on Elbee courier company.

I have got a call from ICICI that mine credit card has been dispatched on 30th Sep '08, but till date I have not received any call regarding the same. I beleive ICICI should take strong action for so many complaints and on the other hand ELBEE should realise its mistakes and stick to the Customer satisfaction principle.

Hey, I have to say here that ELBEE Courier service is disgusting. Just like Mr Rajiv Gopal, even i was refused my ICICI Platinum card by the arrogant, and rude courier boy. I gave him all the possible ID Proofs i had, but he plainly refused to hand over my card to me. I wonder why ICICI has tied up with them, when there are many otehr reliable courier cos in the market. Its disgusting and frustrating experience

Very Worst Elbee Courier Services. The phone number which was given by the ICICI Customer Care for Elbee courier [protected], that I am not able to contact, it says wrong dialing number, is there any other phone numbers to contact for immediate action, or who is the responsible person? how can we deal this?

its one third class courier company ! they have a nice website but useless, if i want to search for their offices in Pune for all pin codes the same address is displayed :( also the address itself is wrong, they have moved and conveniently forgot to update their new address and phone number !
my AWB No is[protected] and my shipment has received by ELBEE on[protected] but till date i haven't received it. kindly do the needful and deliver the shipment.
ELBEE courier — Credit Card not yet Recieved
12/11/2008 i got a massage from icici bank, you will get your future credit card within 7 working days by elbee courier no.[protected]but today is 20/11/2008 still i have not recived any call or related documents .
i am totally disappointed with the elbee courier services . any one can understand the importance of sensitive thing like credit card. in case of wroung delaviry or miss use of credit card unneccessory i will suffer
Same problem with here too. I don't understand what is the reason with ICICI bank that they loved with Elbee. I have make the request to deliver the card at my address thrice but they they are showing the attitute and refuse to deliver the card. So I have decided that will never use the Elbee services.
