Please give me a feed back on my p.f. a/c no. as I have not recd. any news nor the amount

I would like to know where do we complain regarding organisations that do not pay PF to their staff and hide this matter illegaly from the PF authorities. Also I have not received my PF payment from the PF office though my form has been submitted in the 3rd week of March 2008. It is close to 2 monhts. Request for advise in this matter.

I worked with an organisation Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd from 1st September 2006 till 17th September 2007.
Its a Chennai based Co. and at Delhi, they have their Zonal Office at Neb Sarai ( IGNOU Road ).

While with the organisation i made numerous requests for my PF No. and after having left them have written mails requesting them for the same but till date they haven't shared the same.

Seems my hard earned contribution towards PF & employeers contribution have all got down the drains

Its been 1Year i resigned from the above mentioned company. Still i have not received my PF. When ever i call company HR they wont provide proper Info towards the status. Call PF office no body will pick the call or it will be engage.
Provide me a solution.

I use to work for Excelcia Foods Ltd., H.o. Sagar Apartments, 6, Tilak Marg, New Delhi-110001, and my PF No. was UP/MT/23391/94 and Empolyee code. 9903092 from Feb 1999 to June 2000. Since the company was closed down and in the process of searching new job and getting settled I couldn't get my PF withdrawn as there has to be gap of six month after leaving and in new company since they were having internal trust for PF they opened my new account.
This is to request you to guide me how can I get my PF withdrawn or transfered to my present company. And for this is there any online provision for doing so.
