Sir,

I was working with HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD. I gave resignation on April 2007. they i applied for PF on jult 2007. after following it up for long time i came to know that they have lost mine PF APPLICATION. so i filled it up freshly and sent it again on January 2008. Till date i have not received my PF settlement amount neither they have the courtesy to give me a response after calling them up for many times and sending mails. they are not providing me with establishment code of the company so that i can know the status from local PF office. kindly go through my problem and help me out as i dont know what intention they have.

I have wrote a mail here before few days. today i got a response from PF of my organisation that company will get full and final settlement money from me orelse they will not settle my PF account. i was a confirmed employee with a notice period of 3 months. but my TERRITORY MANAGER " SAIKAT BANERJEE " forced me to give resignation. HR was with him and they took my resignation. in this case i should get 3 months salary from my company as i was not having any job in hand. please help me out as soon as possible as i am feeling cheated and helpless.

I still have strong reservation for the who;e PF Systems.After years in service, still it lacks the transparency, still it trys to cover up the ulterior motives of the employers.See the logic any PF is like a Deposit you make in your Bank A/c.You have the sole authority to withdraw it as soon as you are out of your organisation with due resignation letter .Why you impose so much formalities for PF withdrawal and unreasonable undue delay in (45-90 days)crediting the said amount.Why you need the siganture of your employer to withdraw your own money.Honourable Labour Minister At Delhi Have you got an answer to my questions.Make it as simple as a Bank Account.Make it mandatory to issue PF Number as soon as the First PF contribution ismade by any employee.With that PF Number, he should be able to access the status of his account online at any given time, to ascertain whether his contribution along with that of employers duly credited in time and ofcourse periodical crediting of interest is done properly.Make life easier, simpler.Do not make it complicated to make loopholes for unscupulous elements to make money

My PF Still not transferred.Already 2 year passed.I have already sent Necessary Documents to PF OFFICE WAZIRPUR and received return receipt from office wazirpur office also submitted all the documents to noida office but noida office didnt return papers of provident fund transfer .I already Submitted all my PF related documents to Wazirpur office
