[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund — Email ID & No Response on Phone & Email

I have applied for PF in the month of november 2007 and my pf no. is MH 45501/323 still i have not received my PF.according to pf office they have issued two cheques but they have mentioned incorrect address. In the month of april i have written a compaint letter addresing to the comisioner but i didnt get any responce till date. please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

i worked with a multinational pharma company STIEFEL INDIA LTD. for 2 years till march 2007.in the month of november 2007 i applied for withdrawn my pf. my pf no. is mh 45501/323.by the grace of god somehow somebody in pf office picked my call and according to him they have issued two cheques against my account no. that is in icici bank, in the month of february 2007and they mentioned incorrect address and the result is till date i didnt get my pf money.in the month of march 2008 i have written a complaint letter to the commisioner but no responce.
this is my request to you please advice me what to do ahead so that i can get my money.

I booked a document vide receipt no[protected] dt. 31.5.08 at your Meerut office for Delhi.
addressed to M/s FIBRO PACKERS, 11, Shahzada Bagh, Delhi Phone [protected].
The document which contain a demand draft has till date not reached its destination.

The local office was approached which told us that we have positively sent the document on the night of 31.5.08 to Delhi office where no receipt of document report is made. but all the bags are directly opened and sorted but the document has not been received at any of the destination at Delhi incl. the azad market office where it should have reached . So there are three outcome of this incident 1. The documents are screened at Meerut office by some unscurplus person for potential valuables 2. during the transit by the driver or the accompanying staff 3. your sorting office at asif ali road has the access to unscurplus elements who can screen the documents for valuable things . As told by the manager of the Meerut Branch the bag is not opened in transit. to beleive him the blame rest on your office at asif ali road.
We always send our important document thru reputed couriers first flight, Prakash etc and other documents by Blazeflash . this time we tried, god knows what happened to us, Blazeflash and the result is here . Its no different than the department of post, Govt. of India, where the document are never secured.
We have registered a complaint with your office to Miss Nisha No 375.
We feel sorry to write to u for such a trivial matter.
but the draft for Rs. 20, 000/ is our hard earned money .
so help me God .

Modern metal Works — incomplete of the job work

Given work to make a metal shed supported with four beans for Rs. 11, 500/- on 11/05/2008. including with material and labour charges. started the work with delay for week and did not do a good job. after requesting to set right. they had turned up after 10 days later and repaired and there was shortage of one 12ft metal sheet. they had promised to bring and complete within 2 or 3 days and requested for final payment due to shortage of funds. the full payment is done. now they are not turning up at all to complete the pending work and several requests and calls are not respected. Rains have started and it is so upsetting with the situation, after paying the full payment and taken they own time and the job work in left without any care.

I kindly request you to please help us out to solve the matter and get my job work completed.

I want to transfer my PF from previous company`s trust to new co.s PF account. I have submitted two transfer form to my previous co. one month before, One for PF transfer and another for pension fund.
Now what action should be taken at my end or suggest otherwise.

I worked with Shree construction Co, (Principle employer is GAIL) Bombay.for around 3 years[protected]total 20 employees. during our PF deduction is regularly, and Shree cons.co also submited our PF to PF office regularly (challan in SBI at bombay)

About 20 employees 6 employees has been withdral PF in 2002, but now PF office bombay has not able to withdral PF as his complaint is that the shree cons. co has not submited your PF. How it can possible.
