I have bought an aquaguard in the middle of February. Though I was returning my old aquaguard and maintainence contract, they told me that I would have to pay the full amount and the a refund of Rs 2000 would be paid back to me for the old aquaguard and maintainence contract in 2 weeks time. I have been following up with them since the beginning of March. Each time the sales contact would give some excuse or the other eg. end of the year settlement, sending it with some other executive, coming that day, being out of station, finance person not available, etc. Till date (May 4th) it has still not been settled and they are saying that one more signature is required. Please help in getting this resolved (Ph[protected]

    We M/s. Pal Fashions Private Limited took service of Eureka Forbes Vaccume Cleaner from M/s. Sant Services An Authorised Franchises of Eureka Forbes (M) [protected] Ph.6539877 and got an Invoice Cum Receipt of Rs.1400/- for the same.

    But, the peoples did not mentioned there address where they are situated and only mentioned Regd. office address of Kolkata. While we ask for the same for our Accounting purpose the persons denined for mentioned address on Invoice. They advice us that " we may change our address two to three times in a year, then how could we mention our address on Invoice" we attached a copy of Invoice cum Receipt for reference purpose.

    Now, we got dought whether they are authorised or not ?

      I own a water purifyer of Eureka Forbes called Aquaguard Royale. I have also paid and signed an annual maintenance contract with the company. Under the contract the company is required to provide free maintenance as well as change the carbon every six months which is extremely critical. The machine was due for service and change of carbon on March 15, 2010 but no service agent turned up until May 1, 2010 when actually the machine broke down and I registered a complaint at the central service centre. Also, the service centre(H-401, Som Vihar, R. K. Puram) did not have the required parts to be changed and I have to go manage with mineral water for the last 3-4 days. This is crass carelessness on the part of the service centre at Som Vihar especially not changing the carbon on time which means that I was drinking impure water for the past one and a half month putting the life of my family in danger.

        SIR,
        One person named Deepak Wadhwa saying Branch Manager of Eureka Forbs at Panipat supplied one R.O.(auqaguard R O Reviva) at my home 47, kartar shah nagar, panipat on 30/03/2010. As per Mr. Wadhwa -four free service coupons,one guarantee card and bill will be delivered at my home

        He issued one receipt No. 210/009448 with code no. 9022978.
        One cheque of sbi panipat for Rs. 9990/- dt 30/03/10 issued as payment.

        But still after one month I have not received any bill from company, no free service coupons and no guarantee card.

        On the receipt given by Mr. Wadhwa - the address is 42, sukhdev nagar panipat. But as per our information there is no office of eureka forbs at that place.

          My vaccum cleaner Trendy Steel just one week old purchased from CSD canteen is not staring up. once it was started after that no power is coming. No one is providing service to this company. already registered the complaint.

            Sir/Madam,
            We brought the eureka forbes water purifier Reva with 8 Litre storage capacity for our institution from the local franchisee M/S Health Imaging & Pharmaceuticals, Opp. Iqbal Park, Srinagar, J&K a few days before. Unfortunately, the mechanic sent by the dealer was not trained one. Few days after installing the apparatus, the purifier fell down on the ground due to the loose fitting of wall mount brackets on which the purifier rests, resulting in breakage of storage tank. We called the local service centre in this regard, but he did not pay head to it. Subsequently, I mailed the company customer service centre regarding the same, but seems to be appalling in terms of customer service. I require help to address this problem. I need this product replaced or repaired by a technician.

            Eureka Forbes/RO Total — Non attendance of complaint

            I had purchased Eureka Forbes RO Total aquaguard about four months back. I have had to call the service centre three times during this period. When they come they take adequate interest in their work, but the problem is to get to attend to the complaint.
            I had made a complaint on 16 Dec. I did not keep the complaint No with me and these guys conveniently also did not record it. On 18 Dec again I made a complaint - M61427 - at 0830 A.M. Now it is 20 Dec 7 P.M. I have rung them up on no less than four ocassions but nobody has yet turned up. We are buying water as you would be aware of the famous Noida water.
            I'm deeply frustrated and angry and don't really know what to do.

              This is pertaining to the Awuaguard Nano Water Purifier purchased just 6 months back. There was a small leak in the tap. The 'technician'(so called) Not to take a look at this after 2 days of follow up. It was clear that he knew NOTHING of the instrument. The unit itself fell down from his hand twice. The leak tirned into overflow from all sides and he when he left he put the flush pipe of the the unit right into the kitchen flooding the kitchen in a matter of minutes. IT has been 6 days hence. No positive response from the call centre as well. They seem to have been taught a recorded message. I want to know the response to go in for a case in the consumer court.

                dear sir,
                i am mrs. raji subramanian residing at adyar , making this complaint.

                mr rudharamoorthy a sales person came home with a trainee and explained abt the exchange offer of Aqua guard water purifier on 22nd april 2010(thursday)
                i said my old machine is perfectly ok.
                he wanted to see the machine and after seeing the machine he talked abt the exchange offer.
                i ordered for a Aqua guard RO (Protec+) and compelled my husband to give the cheque in spite of his opposition stating
                ""the machine has come to the field only six months back to market. let us wait for a few more months and book after it gets stabilised in the market ""
                i answered him that i have 300% confidence in aqua guard products
                as i have been using classic water purifier and vacuum cleaner since 15 years.

                on 23rd april (friday)they came and installed the machine
                after struggling for nearly 2 and a half hours they did not install it because it is a faulty and defective machine.
                when it comes out of a factory for installation it must be checked thoroughly for 100% perfection to satisfy the customers.
                my husband got very much annoyed abt this defective machine.

                Now old classic is on the kitchen platform and new one is in the carton box on the kitchen floor.
                i am not using neither of them.
                i called mr ruthramoorthy over the phone on 24th saturday and told him "i am not at all satisfied with this new product. please take the machine back and re install my old machine and refund my money."
                he said i will concult my office and talk to u.
                then when i contacted him again
                he said my plumber will come and re install the old one today (saturday) 24th
                i have a number of phone calls
                he has been repeatedly saying he is on the coming coming coming coming......
                i cancelled my visit to my relatives house because of my waiting.
                since saturday till today 28th april no one came home.
                i am fully exhausted of making phone calls,since monday he is not picking up the phone and talking to us.


                NOW I WISH YOURSELVES TO TAKE AWAY UR NEW DEFECTIVE ONE AND REPLACE MY OLD ONE IN ITS PLACE AND KINDLY REFUND THE MONEY
                VERY URGENTLY as i am satisfied abt the new ones performance at the first level installation itself', i DONT want to have any new product at all.

                please do the needful.
                dont make us tense the two senior citizens.
                my husband is very angry and upset abt the rude behaviour of the boss of mr ruthramoorthy from velacherry office.
                expecting ur early action.
                we have been deprived o[censored]sing our own old classic since five days

                  I have purchased your water filter and vaccum cleaner in the month of May or June last year till now I have received any bill for the same. This i have purchased from your sales person namely Mr. Santosh and his mobile number is [protected]. Till I purchased he was behind me and after that when i am trying to reach him he is not at all lifting the phone. This proves the dissatisfaction of a customer how badly he was treated after purchase. In telugu there is a saying namely "Andite gaddam andakapote kallu" in similar manner they have behaved. Secondly i have a complaint for my water filter as i am not getting some sort of problem in my water filter and the same i was following up with your sales person but he was not lifting my phone. I will ensure that my colleagues does not take your product at all as I am getting such a worst service from your sales person. As per the consumer protection act every customer should be provided with a bill after the product is purchased when ever i ask them about the bill it will be received this is the only answer i used to get from them.                     I have purchase Eureka Forbes water purifier at 21 march 2010 form J. K. Electricals B 1/11 sector 18 Noida. In mannual book of Eureka Forbes water purifier is mentioned, it has capacity of filter the water near about 1800 L. but is unable to filter even 100 l of water. I made complain to customer care but they convey me the product is not successful in Delhi NCR. if product is not successful in Delhi NCR then they should mentioned at website. Eureka Forbes company is cheating with the people of India

                    So I request you, to kindly look into the matter and send me replacement water purifier as soon as possible

                    Sir, I shall like to inform that my newly stalled water filter Code AGINFINITI Sl No:C[protected] has been installed at 44 BOSE PUKUR ROAD. KOLKATA-42. within two months of partly use the machine stopped purifing the water. I made complain No 83129546 and your man came on 3/7/2010 and due to constant demand to replace the machine they only changed the circuit board on 4/7/2010. I still demand that it is manufacturing deffects and my machine to be replaced by new one. I have already sufferred much hope you will replace the machine as early as possible.In this connec tion I like to tell you that still I have not received any cash memo for the purchase of above machine. thanking you.                       On[protected] the local dealer of Eureka Forbes installed an Aqua Guard Total water filter at my residence 303-Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar-190008 (J & K). At the time of installation they asked me to sign the installation and warranty card. The card specified the activities to be done during the warranty period of one year. These related to cleaning and checking of the filter. The card also specified that once in a year the company will replace the Candle and Carbon Block in the filter. The company engineer gave a six monthly service visit. On their own they did not come for the second visit which was due in March, 2010. I called them on April 26, 2010 and they sent their engineer. I asked him to replace the candle and carbon block as specified in the contract. However, he told me this can be done on payment only. When I drew the attention of the concerned to this anomaly, I was told that the warranty card is of an earlier make of the product and they had run out of new cards. Again the card did not specify that the replacement of these consumables once in a year is subject to payment.
                      This is clearly misleading for a customer. Normally, the company is bound to replace the candle and carbon block of the filter once in a year of installation without any additional charges. The issue needs to be looked into to prevent people getting cheated by a vague warranty. The company must clearly mention that the consumable parts to be replace within warranty period are on payment. This does not seem logical as the warranty then becomes meaningless. Intervention is solicited to resolve the matter.

                          My Eureka Forbes model water purifier Aquaguard Total Sensa purchase bill no.[protected] dated 24.05.2008. The sales person was Mr.Dinesh Kumar. The machine carries a 2 year warranty which expires on 23.05.2010. I have given them a complaint no.82693092 on 02.04.2010. They are not attending to the problem but dilly dallying the issue with false assurances at the call centres. I have made several calls to them.

                          I am afraid that they will let the warranty expire, which will make the service chargeable.

                              I have installed electronic security alarm system in my house. Before going on vacation abroad, I had called and advised staff in the control centre of the company about my absence and pay special attention to any signal for alarm going off in my house. I had set the alarm on away mode. Four days ago, i.e., around 19 April I received communication from my personal staff that the alarm sounded twice on Sunday night. Since then I have been calling the control centre (Ramesh/Krishnamoorthy/Navin) from the US and till this time, i.e., 10.00 p.m. on 22 April, nobody from the company has gone to my residence to check the reason for the alarm going off and to rectify the system. I have wasted many hours or energy and money contacting the company people as well as my relatives and personal staff. The staff of Eurovigil (Eureka) have still not attended to my complaint, and my wife and I are seriously worried about something going wrong. If, unfortunately, we exprience loss of property, we shall hold the Eureka Forbes (Eurovigil) and their concerned staff responsible.

                                YOUR MR.DEEPAK VERMA FINALLY VISITED US ON 18/1/10 ALONGWITH YOUR LOCAL CONTRACTOR AND HE CONFIRMED THAT HE HAD LAST VISITED US IN AUGUST- NOT AFTER OCTOBER COMPLAINT AS ALREADY POINTED OUT TO YOU.

                                ANYHOW AFTER CHECKING THE EQUIPMENT HE HAS ONCE AGAIN GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF RS.13120.00, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE ALREADY SPENT ALMOST 12000.00 RS IN THE LAST 1.5 YEARS. IN THIS PERIOD THE COMPRESSOR HAS ALREADY BEEN CHANGED TWICE AND NOW HE WANTS TO DO IT AGAIN? IF ALL THESE PARTS ARE CHANGED, WE DOUBT IF THERE WILL BE ANY OTHER PART LEFT TO CHANGE OUT OF THE ORIGINAL PARTS?

                                IN OUR OPINION THE EQUIPMENT IS BREAKING DOWN REGULARLY DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP OF YOUR TECHNICIAN OR THE LOCAL CONTRACTOR? IT IS UNHEARD OF THAT 3 TIMES COMPRESSOR IS CHANGED IN 1.5 YEARS OR A WATERCOOLER HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS OR SO MUCH EXPENSE. WE FEEL THAT THE COMPRESSOR/HEATEXCHANGER/GAS CHARGING ARE ALL PROBLEMS OF POOR WORKMANSHIP AND THESE MAY HAVE BEEN MISHANDLED OR DAMAGED WHEN THE EQUIMENT WAS LAST SENT TO YOUR CONTRACTOR FOR REPAIRS AND SHOULD BE REPAIRED FREE OF COST. WE RECALL THAT FIRST THEY HAD PUT AN OVERSIZED COMPRESSOR AND THIS MAY HAVE DONE THE DAMAGE AS OTHERWISE HOW CAN A SEALED STAINLESS STEEL CONTAINER GET DAMAGED ?

                                Dear Sir,

                                I too agree with the other complaint. I had bought a Aquaguard Integra Feb2010. It was supposed to be a better machine than our previous machine. But from day 1 I have been having problem with this new ultracool gadget. Even a lay man can see that the one sold to me was a defective one. But even though your technicians are always fixing the water leakage problem coming to my place every month but still they would not change the machine. This way by next Feb my one year will be over and I will be stuck with this expensive machine for life. I have been a customer of the Aquaguard for the last 15yrs. But am sad about this recent incident. Is there a solution.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought Total Reviva (water purifier) last year. I was promised...4 free service will be provied every quater. But in a year, we got only 1 service and that too after repeated calling the sales exec.
                                  Also, we were told during time of purchase, RO filters will be changed (free of cost) within a year of purchase. But now service exec. is telling they will be charging.
                                  I lodged a complaint at customer care (request no. - [protected]), no action/update is done within 24 hrs. Still waiting..

                                  As a customer I am so much harresed, that I have decided NOT to recommend Eureka forbes product to any one.

                                    10 days back i purchased AQUAGUARD protect plus water purifier in 13500 and for the past 3 days the machine is not working properly.i contacted the local dealer also,after lots of phone calls,the service person came but he was unable to rectify the problem.when i tried to contact the head office of EUREKA FORBES in mumbai,they took my complain and assured me that my complain will be resolved in 24 hours.but still there is no responce from their side.i am facing a lot of problem.and now i want my money back.i will go for some other water purifier.the persons from aquaguard are not responsible and their product is not safe and trust worthy.kindly help me in getting my money back. and i recommend all the cunsumers not to use aquaguard products in future.please help me regarding this.

                                    Eureka Forbes — machine not working

                                    we are several time logeed our complain to Gangtok Eureca forbes office more than one month back but no body came to resolve the problem ........the machine is still in the warrenty periods.

                                    I have purchased Aqua guard Purifier worth of Rs.9990 in last month,at the time of installment,your team has not given me any receipt.warranty card and user manual .since that day I have requesting to yr team to give me all document,but till date they are unable to give the document,

                                    I purchased Aquaguard crystal model water purifier at girias tambaram branch. But they cheated and supplied damaged piece and they are not replacing it. I purchased on 08/05/2012. But till today there is no solution. I already sent mail to girias and there is no reply from them. Please give me solution and solve the issue.

                                    Aquaguard purifier — aquaguard machine is not working properly

                                    We bought an aquaguard purifier RO around eight months before...after 4 months it is not working properly...we called your customer care service several times, but they were so rude and arrogant..then after several tries one man came and done his job, but that was too not workable..then two of yours mechanics came and took the machine along with them,promised us to change the machine if there will be further any problem. after 15days they returned the machine with same condition...the UV is not working even.. now we are fed up..i[censored] cant help us on this matter then please take away this garbage along with you and return our money...or help us as soon as possible...

                                    I am having aquaguard protect plus the service is very very poor. During AMC period they have removed some of the electrical component like solenoid switch and by passed the circuit. One of the filter was bypassed by them so without knowing i was using the machine only with two filters. I was cheated by the company. When I escalated there is no proper response from their and they are blaming the authorized service provider and they are not owning their responsibility.

                                      The LPF Filter got damaged within 3 months of purchase. The spare part is not received even after 1 month. The service people just play around refering different names of people concerned. After a few calls, they don't even lift phones. A big noise comes from the purifier and is not at all usable now. Looks like we lost Rs 17000/- on this purchase.
                                      I have purchased Aquaguard Total Sensa RO water purifier on aug.2010 from navi mumbai office salesman.
                                      water comes out slow. I have complained in the office, and after long they give me the service but that is not proper.again im facing same problem.

                                        I had rung up 30580842 and requested for a demo of vacuum cleaner around 7.4.2010. Demo was done by some representative who delivered V.C(dry+wet ) type for around Rs 10000/-. After the delivery the same person (read Pramesh parihar-[protected]) has neither issued Invoice nor he is attending to our call for demo or otherwise. whom should I approach for redressal.please advise.
