I had purchased a aquaguard total infinity water purifier from Eureka Forbes.On delivery a complaint was made for water dripping from the nozzle, which was attended only after continous follow-ups.Then there was water leaking from the bottom of the water purifier which again was finally resolved temporarily after registering a written complaint with Eureka Forbes as there was no response for almost a month.On both the occassions, it was said by the service engineers that a new appliance doesn't give so many problems,check with the sales executive as this piece seems to be faulty.I tried following it up with the sales executive but once the deal is over their responsibility ends there.This is a company which talks about providing total health for the family & trust of 40 lakh mothers, & what not in theirs promotions which is simply false & misleading.Now, I have registered a complaint (Req no: [protected]) on 13th August, 2010 and inspite of constant reminders there is no response.They seem to be taking no action over the complaints as they are not accountable to anybody.The service centre has so far not even sent a report to Eureka Forbes as they are yet to come & examine the problem.Its really disgusting.Kindly suggest where can I follow up & complain against Eureka Forbes & make the general public aware about the poor quality of the product they deliver,the pathetic service their service centre offers & everything which they claim they do but are not adhering to.Awaiting a revert.

Eureka Forbes--AQUAGUARD TOTAL INFINITI — Delivery of defective product

I've bought a Aquaguard Total Infinity water purifier.In the first place the product delivered was faulty.Took it up with the sales executive, who till date is promising to do something about it.There have been en number of problems I am facing with this purifier.There was water dripping from the nozzle,then there was leakage from the bottom of the machine, now the water simply flows once the machine is on, without u having to press the start flow button & at times there is no water coming.
There is nothing that can be said about the service they provide.It is pathetic.My latest complaint was registered on 13th August 2010 (Request #:[protected]) & I am still clueless as to whether they are going to do something about the problem.The technicians that have visited on earlier complaints after persistently registering complaints have confessed that a machine with so many problems is not normal.It is a faulty piece, check with the people.There is no response from Eureka Forbes.I really don't know why are the people who are so irresponsible still in the industry.We want them sued for cheating on customers.They talk about giving our family Total Health, Total Protection with their water purifiers...No,we cannot go by their words...They are misleading the customers.

    I have purchased Eureka forbes Reviva model water purifier in Oct 2009.But within 7 to 8 months the water membrens are clogged.They have replaced the faulty membrane but once again within two months same problem is occuring.Now i am taking the follow up for finding the cause or replacing the faulty parts but they are saying that the parts are not in warrenty,hence you have buy the parts which cost upto 2300 rs.I will buy but the question is that when they have suggested the product to suit my input water conditions,but the product is not proper to work under these input water condition,that why may be the menbranes getting faulty within 2to3 months.Same problem is with our other society members.Repalcing the membranes every 3 months is not the solution & which is very coslty,then better to buy mineral water jar.
    Also they peoples are only intrested to sell the Reviva model in the city.Even if i have told one model without storage at my native which is working very good from last two years having more bad water input conditions than here,but they told that the prodcut is outdated & inststed to buy Reviva.

    i have annual maintainence contract with the company for the water purifier which was signed in october.after number of complaints i got my purifier in working condition immediately after it was serviced. since last week my water purifier is not working again and their representatives dont answer my calls and the landline number goes unanswered. i dont know how a company of such repute is working.i am having a horrible time since the time i have got their water purifier installed.
    The worst ever product and the worst ever service i have seen. The company can be closed istead of doing like this... Product is not working from day 1. No one attended the complaint. No response for the complaints. One serive guy came and he is saying that the warrenty is about to complete in a month so they cannot do any thing now and they are asking me to pay Rs.4,000 to get it rectified. The product is not wroking from day 1 and these stupids are asking me to pay at the end of the warrenty period. NO 1 CHEATERS.... Peoples please dont buy any product from this CHEATING COMPANY...

    i have istalled a new RO water purefier before 4-5 months now there iare some problem create by default .I have given many complaint(From one month regarlarly) at the sevice centere but nobody come to checke the probelem, They replied to me that our machanic is just coming but nobody come ro check the problem. My RO System is in warranty period.

    It is very disgusting and unfortunate painful experience that I have not get service for Aqua guard Service centre of Tinisukia Branch office (Assam) for last fifteen days to solve the water purifier problem.
    I have the AMC service agreement for two years (3/1/2011 to 2/1/2013.). Please guide the Service Centre for proper action as soon as possible. I will go to Consumer Court for legal Process within 14/10/2012. I have not left stone upturn but last and final is the legal.

    i bought aquagard classic model from khandwa . after one year machine circuit board has fused . i want to change circuit board.
    The water purifier is not working well. I am disappointed with the performance of the machine. I would want it to be replaced as soon as possible.

      would like to make a complaint against EURO HELPLINE 39883333, I use their Aqua guard model Compact since 3 yrs.We are on an annual service contract that we annually renew.

      On the 26th of August 2010, i called their helpline to complaint that my aqua guard was giving me trouble it was not at all functioning & i cant fill any drinking water that they need to send someone urgently the
      complaint no they gave me was.[protected] .they promised that a technician would come the same day or latest by the next day which was 28th march.
      It is the 4th of September 2010, that I making this complaint.

      I called them on the 27, 30,th Aug, then 2,3, & 4th of Sept. 2010, aswell as the to follow up each time they apologized & assured the person will come the same day.

      What is the meaning of having an annual contract or a service help line in the first place.You can understand how important it is to have drinking water especially considering the no of ppl we are at home.I kept requesting to them that we have to buy mineral water which is expensive that this should be treated as urgent.

      This is not the first time that these people have been negligent.
      I sincerely request you to teach them a lesson.When it comes to selling products these people are all over the city but come time to service their products this is the attitude.

      Eureka Forbes — No response for complaint registered

      I registered one complaint for my water purifier with request number [protected] on 11th May. I repeatedly made call to customer care to know the status. Every time, I listen only one answer that you will get call from our engineer by evening. I am now tired of calling them and really frustrated. It has been more than 3 weeks.

      I do not understand, what is the point of hiring customer care dept if they do not want to respond.

        We tried registering a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 30th aug 2010 but was told that since the system was down they wont be able to register any complaint. Finally we registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 31st aug 2010,complaint id 59315000 for Aquasure Elegant.Till date no one has bothered to look into the complaint raised inspite of my repeated attempts.All i am told is that somebody will be attending to the complaint as soon as possible.Its now 4 days since the complaint was raised.had i known that this is the kind of response an esteemed brand like Eureka Forbes gives i would have thought a hundred times before buying your product.To be honest you people are only bothered about selling your product and not about the after sale service . I must say Eureka Forbes SUCKS!!!!!!!! To add to the incompetency of your brand what annoyed me even more was when i wanted to raise my complaint to a higher level by speaking to the area manager then one of the employees (Ms Asha, Ph[protected] replied that the manager cannot come to the phone since month end meeting is going on.In a world of fierce competition such a non competent service will surely harm your brand name,especially when there are many other branded water purifiers available in the market now.Nevertheless i will never recommend your brand to anyone in future.

        Poor response to complaints

        We tried registering a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 14th April 2010 but was told that since the system was down they wont be able to register any complaint. Finally we registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes call centre on 16 April 2011, complaint id 84659846 for Aquasure Elegant.Till date no one has bothered to look into the complaint raised inspite of my repeated attempts.All I am told is that somebody will be attending to the complaint as soon as possible.Its now 4 days since the complaint was raised.

          I regret to inform you that I purchased an Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service center:
          01. The receipt of the advance amount Rs. 500/- was given to me the balance amount was paid by the cheque dt 03.09.2009 but the receipt & bill have not been received as yet.
          02. The Corban of the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) was to be changed within the six month of the purchase/installation but inspite of so many reminders it has not been done sofar it had not been done till 21.08.2010 as a result the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) stopped functioning from 21.08.2010. After so many telephonic complaints to the local dealer it could only be attended on 31.08.2010
          Because of negligence on your part there was a major breakdown in the machine . Hence you are requested to either change the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) or extend the warranty period for which the proper service & maintenance was not provided by the dealer. Kindly direct the dealer to issue proper bill & money receipt of the same within 02 days. If you fail to do this I will be forced to take the case in Upbhokta Forum.

            I have purchased Eureka Forbes Vijay Water purifier from Pune Big Bazar(Kalyani Nagar)
            Within 10 Days purifier stopped working. I registered complaint to customer care every week but every time the same result only promises no action.
            Even after I tried to contact local service provider of Eureka Forbs Over there I got even worst treatment those Jerks picking up the keeping the telephone and kept aside .
            Now it’s been more than 2 months but still no one came to repair this thing.

            I recommend that no one should purchase Eureka Forbs Product.

              i have purchased one water purifier from eureka forbes on 6th aug2010 vide inv. no [protected] at Rs.9590.00 by sales person vatan kumar pandey code 9037084, on the day of installation i told that it was not working properly, but they assured that it is not a major problem , its very common for two days , but its around one month , i am repeatedly calling the customer care but they said it is your problem, even the sales person and every person are now not taking seriously about the problem, its really a mental harassment for me now .In response of a positive anticipation please.

              Eureka Forbes — Missing Parts in Newly purchased product

              Dear Sir/Mam..

              I purchased AquaGuard Total Duo Model last year in month of April 2011 from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

              At that time the service Engineer who came for installation with the RO System ,did not attach the Particle filter that is an external part of RO
              system.

              After few months ,RO stopped working......When we complained for service....
              The service engineer who came told us that particle filter is missing ..thats why there is some problem in filter..
              We check in booklet provided with the machine..in that also connection with exterior filter (particle filter) to RO system is shown.

              Then we called to dealer from where we purchased...


              He said ..its not their fault ...the service /sales person who went for installation is responsible...

              We called the sales/service person ...he is daily giving dates from last 3-4 months..that it will be fixed next week .


              Now when we are calling our dealer and that person who sent service engineer for installation ,they are telling that we have to pay extra
              money for that part...


              Pls help us out asap as the warranty is also going to expire this month.

                Dear sir,

                I have Eureka forbes water purifier called Aqua Designa Flow. I requested Eureka forbes to change the Hose pipe of it which is approximately two years old.

                This pipe is not sold in retail.Even filters are not sold outside so we need to call only Eureka forbes person to come and install it.

                After repeated calls and emails they have not delivered the hose pipe in my house. They informed me that this product is very old, now this pipe is not available.
                I purchased this three years back.I am afraid what is their product life cycle.

                The person who came to change the filter told the hose pipe(eva pipe) is available,if i call the help line i will get it.But I dont know why they are not giving.

                Health of my family is at risk.
                Stringent action is required against such companies and people who do not bother about after sales services.

                I have got Aquaguard Nova water putrifier with water softner attached.
                Local franchise at Kalambag road, Muzaffarpur is not providing regenration salt since last 6 months even after repeated request. This has made water purifier unsafe and dangerous to health.Kindly arrange the supply.

                  My Eureka forbes Aquasure Elegent RO (Which is under Warranty period) is not working since last two days. Upon my various requests to repair it upon call center no.[protected] i only got fake assurance of getting it served within a day time.

                  at the end of the every day i am again given another date (tomorrow). Its really irritating, amounts to deficiency in service, is not expected as after sales service. On the basis of fake promises (whole day) i could not arrange alternate solution of drinking water for me and family. Now it looks a very bad experience with Eureka Forbes.

                  This is critical and has not been resolved yet.

                    eureka forbes company salesman came to me he shown me some aquaguard brochutre and i gave him a post dated cheque and told him that ask me before depositing the cheque but he deposited the cehque one day prior to the date of cheque and the company got it cleared, i had prevented the salesman two day before and also told the company not to deposit the cheque, but bcoz they have shortage of customer and they cheated me and deposited the cheque even if i had told not to deposit . now since last one and half month i am calling the company but they have not refunded the cheque

                    in future all must be far away from eureka forbe it may cuase disease by tension and no guaranteed of pure water

                      The company/authorized agent is not agreeing to replaced defective filter of the Aqua Guard. I am still under the warranty period. I have read the Warranty Statement properly and it is mentioned there that
                      "The company or its authorized agent will be entitled to retain any defective part replaced under the warranty".

THIS IS NOT AT ALL EXPECTED FROM SUCH A LEADING BRAND .I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES, THEY SENT A SERVICE GUY AND HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT THE PROBLEM, ONE PERSON SAYS CARBON LEAKAGE IS THE REASON FOR THE FOUL SMELLING WATER, THE OTHER SAYS I AM NOT AWARE "WILL PUT THIS TO MY SENIOR AND GET BACK TO YOU".

                          DO U THINK 20K IS A SMALL AMOUNT , TO CHEAT US ?.YOUR SALES GUY COMES RUNNING BEHIND TO SELL THE PRODUCT,BUT WHEN CALLED FOR THE ISSUE HE SAYS ITS NOT HIS DEPARTMENT AND ANSWERS RUDELY. HE TALKS AS IF HE HAS GIVEN THE PRODUCT FREE OF COST AND DONE A FAVOUR TO ME.

                          Eureka Forbes/ Aqua guard Sensa — Bad service

                          We had purchased Aqua guard Sensa water purifier in the month Aug-08 for nearly Rs.20, 000/-
                          within 3 months the machine has developed complaints and on registering the complaint with the local service office they have not turned in. We have register d complaint with their call center too.

                          Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Sensa — poor service

                          I had purchased product in Feb 2010 and it is under 2 year warranty. The warranty covers "Four service check ups every year during which Aquaguard is throughly checked and cleaned" as per Warranty card.
                          Have been repeatedly calling and requesting service dept to carry out service which is now 2 months due. Have a complaint number but every time I call I am told that it will take 2 days to service call. Period. And we start again from same point every time................................and this is not first time. Earlier took Eureka Forbes 1 month to carry out installation and then 1 week to repair after tap leakage
                          This is true. I have bought an Aquaguard sensa myself and after using it for a 5 days it stopped working and after complaing a guy came after 5 days and told me that there aren't enough people who got trained in this product that is why it took so many days.then he told me that the fuse got burst and we need to replace the adapter which also contains a circuit board.also blaming the product for it's design of placing the fse on the board instead of keeping it on a more accessible area outside..which will take another 2 days I contacted the sales person who said wonderful things about the products and services but to my agony he refused any help suggesting it is the matter of service people and even attending my telephone is not his duty.Once the sale is over his duty is over. I insisted on a replacement of this faulty product which I had bought for my new house.The service people came with a new circuit board after few days, since i didn't want a repaired product for my new house after spending so much, I insisted on replacement.But they refused and blamed the sales people for selling the product in my part of the state where the TDS in water is high where they will have more maintenance call.And also said the company also do not interested in selling the product in my district and also most part of Gujarat etc. So I felt like some body who got it free in front of the technician.Then after repeatedly contacting the state head of service, Finally I got it replaced.I am not sure whether it is a new one or another serviced one from elsewhere.It is only 3 days now.So I don't know how long it will work again.
                          Any way I have been using the Eureka Forbes Product for almost 20 years now without much trouble in service and product quality.But this product I doubt and the service and sales people attitude has changed. Hope the company will notify that
                          same problem but after 5 months i got filter problem till no one came for the service and water leakage nd no service satisfaction

                            On the first 1 month product work superb, from that nextmonth problem will occur simulteanously.....From[protected]thrusday) the problem will not rectified..for the past 4months we face so many problems..(i.e)

                            1st problem ->membrane will fault . after that
                            2nd problem ->ro system will not purify salt water . after that
                            3rd problem ->water fill in the tank will be in 1.45minutes
                            4th problem ->wate water outlet problem...so time delay will ocur & and product vibrate..

                            when ever ur service engg will come to solve that complaint .....the product will work sucessflly in an week..... again problem will occur.........

I had pruchased a Aquaguard Total RO Water Purification System on 26 Feb 2010 from our nearest dealer, KUSHAGRA TRADING CO, 5/70, Boora Walli Gali, Farrukhabad (Uttar Prasesh). But the RO Membrane of the subject product has not been working properly for last one month. I had informed the nearest dealer on telephonically. But no positive response from the said dealer has been given to me till date. This type of service has not been accepted by any customer. Services of the nearest dealer is not satisfactory.

                                I have purchased an Aquaguard Total RO Reviva on 20th September 2009. It is still under warranty period. I have complained to the company for replacement of an adapter as it is not working on 16th August 2010.

                                But still they have not replaced it as they say that they do not have the required adapter. Since it is in the warranty period they are supposed to replace the part within 48 hours. Now i am purchasing drinking water from the market.

                                  We are facing the problem since last 3 months, we were promised that we will get the Demo of this machine on the purchase but still we have not received any, when it was used Suction of the vaccum cleaner was not working and same was informed to Eureka Forbes Customer Care on 6th July 2010 and after several complaints and requests forcibily Technician came to my office but could not resolve the issue, he said within 2 days he will replace the Dust Bag, on the 2nd visit after 10 days he came with Dust bag saying that they dont have dust bags in stock, which was not acceptable, after replacing the dust bag it was found the problem were with the Motor, which proves that the Technician of company like Eureka is not Trained properly, then it was told to us that there is problem with motor and that needs to be replaced and said he will be back within 2 days along with the motor and again i've to make several request and complaints in order to replace the motor, on 3rd visit he came back saying that motor can not be replace here and he took away the Machine with him promising will be return on next day, now its around 15 days that person dint turn back.

                                  We were asked to talk with Mr. Rohit Vedak (Service Manager) and we did the same many times, no proper revert received from them also.

                                  I request you to please suggest me something to take this in legel way.

                                  I am working as Head Clerk Smt. H M Library, In our library we have 3 No. Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner with deep cleanning one of this not workig since June-2008, we had given complaint at Loacal Authorised Dealer, till to day after several remineder and telephonic talk No one can given feverabel reply, Details of complaint no, names of the persons etc can be provided, but I feel it is of no use.                                   I bought a Eureka Forbes Vaccuum cleaneraround 20 days back.It seemed to be a used one and did not work properly.It worked for 5 min and then did not power on for 1-2 hrs.Even after that it again worked for 5 min .After numerous complaints , I got it replaced by the salesman after thorough checking .It worked for 15 -20 min at a stretch , but after the guy left , its still the same story.Now the salesman is not ready to even come and check it .Even the branch head does not answer the phone

                                  EUREKA FORBES INDIA — Vacuum Cleaner still not Delivered

                                  Hi,

                                  I had booked a Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner on Saturday, 14th May 2011. The sales person, Mr. Badrinath Kulkarni who had come to my house took the entire machine amount from me stating that without this amount, they cannot book the machine for me. He had promised me that he would at maximum deliver the machine to me by Tuesday, 17th May 2011.

                                  As I was in Germany for a week, my mom had started following up with him since Wednesday, 18th May 2011 however he has been fooling my mom. Once I returned, I started following up with him from Monday, 23rd May and he has been fooling me as well saying that "Sir, sorry galati ho gayi. Main aaj machine khud lekar aaonga", "Sir, the office is not giving the machine to me and hence I have sent it via RMS courier". Today Tuesday, 31st May and I have not yet received my machine.

                                  I have spoken to all possible people in this while including: Mr. Ashok Nikam who is the lead for Badrinath Kulkarni, Ms. Sangeeta who is the CRM lead for Eureka Forbes and Monica who Sangeeta's colleague. All this effort of mine has gone in vain as nobody has been helpful in sending me the machine

                                  I am writing to you hoping that you would be able to assist me with my problem and put up a case against these guys. It has been a mental harassment for me in the past 3 weeks.

                                  I buyed an Eureka Forbes Vacume Cleaner when one of the executive named VENUGOPAL CHAHR came to my house an taken an demo and aggreed to buy the cleaner.

                                  He has taken the Cheque for an amount of rupees 10, 900.00, from me on 24/11/2011 and till now i did not receive any vaccum cleaner for taht. Even the amount has been deboted from my account but never received my vaccum cleaner till date(21/02/2012).I keep on calling the executive Venugopal Chahr but he never takes my call.And when i call from other mobile, when i say my name he just cuts the call.

                                  He has given me a receipt NO: 004873/409. I had the only proof with me to fight for.

                                  Please some one help me in getting this resolved.

                                    We have registered a complain with the Eureka Forbes centre on the 16th August 2010 for the I NOVA aqua gard and the request ID is 83393699. It was suppose to get serviced within 2 working days, according to the call centre people.

                                    Its been 5 days but the job is unattended. There are people who keeps calling from the Eureka Forbes office saying there will be somebody. When we call the Borivali office they refuse to give the Managers contact details. I have 8 different nos given but their offices which are of no use.

                                    This is not the first time I'm facing the ' AFTER SALES SERVICES'. 3 years back I had a problem with my vaccum cleaner. 1 of the part was broken and they took 1 1/2 mths to replace it. This too happened after I called the Head office no which was directly available on their website. But this time they have changed the website and there is no contact details of their corporate office except of some SMILEY faces just to decorate the page.

                                    Hope there is some action taken.

                                    Bought a revive machine from mr rashmikanth das(FRAUD SALES ) first he said that for new year 14500 machine we are giving for 12500 if you book this machine right away i will give you at 12000 we asked for installment hesaid i will give at 0% interset than he said from his side he will give a stand of 300rs free after all the false promises he in all took 13300 cheques from me and gave me a reciept of 12900 which after a long settlement he made a settlement and gave me istead of 400 rs 300 back than within 23 days my machine which was a defective pecie broke down your engineer vijay comes to my place after calling your helpline for 7 times requesting i have no water to drink your engineer has no outgoing so he makes a call to murugan from my mobile is buying a eureka machine is my penalty i spoke to carol priya racheal rashmikant manoj an yourmanager mr venkat rao n number of times an now the best part is mr rao is not attending my calls not giving my refund of rs 2000 promised me a goodie bag as compensation but nothing has reached can somebody please do something for my leaking machine or replace already my machine has been replaced for 5 times already

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased RO from X-Cite (Aundh) Pune, on 02-Aug-09. I was told that insallation will be done with 48 hrs but this was installed on Thursday. Next day it stopped working. When I reported this, engineer came and told that Motor is not working. I went to shop and got it replaced on Saturday. Engineer came on Sunday to install but he again found that Motor is not working. Along with the RO cost, I already spent about Rs 210 for logistics and lot of my time got wasted during all this. In this rainy season when Swine Flu is spreading, I spent this money so that we could get fresh water, instead we got only frustration. Also, X-Cite people are ready to replace the RO again but I am sorry to say but now I have lost confidence and want this money back. When I asked for refund, X-Cite people told me that it is not possible to refund the money. I have already put my concern to X-Cite people as well Eureka Forbes perople and I also written 4-5 emails to X-Cite & Eureka Forbes customer care but I have not received any response from their side.

                                    I would request you to please help me in this regard as I have already gone through a lot of harassment,
                                    lot of my time and money have gone waste.

It was suppose to get serviced within 4 working days, according to the call centre people.

                                    Its has been around 9 days but the complain has not been settled. After every call they have lots of reason for not conning. for last 3 days they are giving the reason of rainfall. When I call the office they refuse to give me the Managers contact details. I have contacted the different no. which are provided by them and in the net but its no use. This Company use to say about propt service bet it's totally different as its says.

                                    I had given a complain reg problem in my Elegant RO on[protected] and the complain number is 70074045, which was installed before 10-15 days. Also I called more than twice to customer care to solve my problem soon, but nobody has came yet. It's really very very bad service to customer. It's really very worse service.

                                    this imran from chennai, i have a purchased a vaccum cleaner wet n dry model before 7months but from 3months iam facing a issue in it, daily iam filing a complaint in customer care they saying today service man will come repeatedly but no response from your side, lastly iam warning if my problem not get solves by today i will file a complaint against your company... i will make this as serious issue by posting in facebook, twitter n many other social networks and maginezes... pls dont make me to get irritate again n again.

                                    I am from Burla, Sambalpur, Orissa, India. The numbers provided in the internet or papers provided by salesman or service personals are all fake. The landline phones are ringing and nobody is picking the phones all over India. I think the company should stop business in India and go back. Many fake persons are coming to the door and replacing candle and carbon block and demanding money in the form of cash. As no phone numbers are working in India it is very difficult to contact a single person of Eureka Forbes. The company only selling its product and doing no service for the people.

                                    I have also Air Conditioner of Bluestar, set up box of TataSky, Air Cooler of Symphony and TV of LG. The customer care for these companies are really hearing the customer. All the information given by the people are correct and they reach the home withing 24hours of request.

                                    This does not happen in the case of Eureka Forbes. All the information are fake and it is providing cheating business to the common man. The people of Eureka Forbes are only coming many times to sold their goods; giving long boring lectures for several minutes to hours. They come to the door till they become success in selling their products. I[censored] tell about the problems to them, they tell contact customer care.

                                    I think the company has only salesman moving India from village to town as well as remote places, but no service personals appointed by Eureka Forbes.


                                    One should not go for the company for buying the product because once breakdown it can not be repaired u r bound to buy a new one.

                                      We have an AMC of 2 years from 29/03/2010 to 28/03/2012, for the aqua gold nova water purifier. A service was due on June 29, 2010 and till date nobody has turned up for the same despite reminders to your call center executives. The call center executives have been very prompt in telling that they understand my concern and would ensure that the service is done. Well, till date the service has not been done and all that is done is teleservice... If only teleservices could clean up the aqua guard!!!!!! Such poor service and you find some reason for not doing the duty. This is dereliction of duty and even after repeated reminders if no service is rendered, this amounts to gross negligence of the customer. If you cannot provide AMC, please do not offer this service at all. We can go back to the old fashioned way of water purification, without the hassels of any service.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        we had purchased a eurekaforbes robocleanz on 31st march 2010.
                                        Since last 3 months the above machine is not working properly.First its charger pin had come-off.After many calls an executive asked us to bring it to service centre or else we had to pay Rs.250 as service charges. When i said I am not paying a single paisa as it is under warranty and it is not mentioned in the warranty terms, and if I HAVE TO PAY i will sue them in consumer redressal forum, he came and took the machine. The same day evening he brought back the charger and machine.On observation I could see that the charging pin was stuck using super glue.After he brought back the machine , it has become too slow and does not clean at all.It just moves without doing any work.
                                        Is this the quality of products and the quality of service we get from Eureka forbes, so called very consumer friendly company.If my machine is not replaced immediatly I am approaching the consumer forum. I have 3 advocates at home and it is not a big issue to go consumer forum.
                                        I am calling up the Mysore branch manager Mr.ManojChalke every day and I am getting a non committal and non serious reply every day.

                                        It is indeed a shame that a customer of Eureka Forbes should have to face such problems. The company should have immediately looked into the matter and solved the problem to the customer's satisfaction, even if it meant replacing the defective unit as the machine is under warranty. I live in Goa and use a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purification system. Before I purchased it, I was told by friends about Eureka Forbes poor afrter sales service, but I took a chance as I felt the company had some reputation. While I have (luckily) not encountered major problems, my experience has been that Eureka Forbes persons are super prompt on sales and with just one phone call are ready to come, demonstrate and install any equipment. However, their after sales service needs much improvement. It takes very many calls to get any problems attended to and even then, the attitude of the service department is that they are doing it for the sake of doing it and because they have been forced to do so by one's persistant phone calls. In fact I wanted to purchase another Eureka Forbes appliance too, but I hesitate because of the after sales service that I have experienced.
                                        This is the worst product. On[protected], the company salesman did a demo and took the order from me and cheque for RS. 6990, saying the the product will be delivered in a week. After repeated reminders, he brought a machine on 13th May. The machine was in a damaged carton and looked as if it was repacked, probably returned by another dissatisfied customer. The charger pin was damaged and useless. When it was told to the company, they promised to give replacement. After repeated complaints to the service dept, a new charger was sent on 26th March, 2013. For one year the machine remained idle. Fantastic service of Eureka Forbes. May God help Eureka Forbes customers?
