[Resolved]  Everest Builders — Delay in possession

I am owner of a flat in Gardenia. Quality of construction is so pathetic that you can put a nail in wall with your bare hands, and break bathroom doors with small punch.
Now a days this whole society is facing server water shortage. Water is not available in taps from 10am to 7pm. Builder says they dont get water from TMC, TMC says they supply 1.5 times water to the buildings. It means that this builder is redirecting the water for construction where TMC do not give water. It is a desperate situation for families, children and housewives. All other nearby buildings have no such water shortage issue.
Builder has not allowed fomration of society even after 5 years of construction getting over. There is no maai-baap of this Everest World. Residents are at mercy of this corrupt, criminal builder. We cannot go to court, nor police nor consumer court.
If you are planning to come here, better goto slum area near here known as manorama nagar. This builder is complete @$$hole.

Delay in possession

I had booked a falt in Marigold in Kasarvadvali thane (w) in Feb 2009 with a committment that I will get possession in July 2012. and till now construction is stoped because after 12 floor not permission construction, Response from the builder is hopeless. so pls reply as soon as possible.

Everest Builder they have only even harrashed/delayed delivery of hardearner but also defaulted in repayment of Axis Bank loan so now even for completing the building they will not be able to take loan from anybody else.

I do agree with the above complaints. I have also booked a flat in Marigold in May 2009. The builder executive committed the possession in March 2009 but in agreement it is Jan 2012. But we have not yet received the possession. Now they are saying that they will give the possession in Dec 2013. But all the commitments are verbal, they are not giving any commitment on writing. Even these people are not responding to any mails. I request to all the people who booked the flat in Everest countryside should decide one day & visit to the builder office on that day to take the confirm date of possession on writing & if builder will delay the possession after that should pay the interest to the flat owners.

everest is a chor builder, actually so are all builders right from rustomjee to lodha to hdil to dheeraj to acme . . All delaying projects big time

Surprisingly, we are so many people and still so helpless. This builder is pain in [protected]@# for all. He has been doing this again and again. Still there is no action against him.

Let us try to escalate this matter. I will try to do something in this direction.

We are also unfortunately, one of the part of this horrifying reality. Reading all the complaints & comments, one thing is sure that Everest has made a fool to all o[censored]s and all poessions are delayed a lot. Our possession was supposed to be in Oct 11, (flat booked in June 09 in Lovender), later got committed to Oct 12 and now again to Dec 13. This is and truly hopeless. I would GENUINELY request all of you to contact each other/to us (Mr. Nikhil Joshi & Mrs. Manasi Nikhil Joshi-[protected]/[protected] respectively) for a meeting together to escalate this with legal support and we all together only can break this and make this builder learn a lesson. We all must do something in writing knowing the fact that we will have to do a lot of efforts for reminders and meetings. At least we can try out. Transform reality office is at Chembur and might be there, we can bring this matter up. As we are not together, having no contacts to each other, individual level - we keep mum. Please suggest and let's create a unity for pressurising this builder. I know one of my friends in Dosti Vihar (behind korum mall) for which all the flatowners continously followed up, (posession promised in June 12, booked in Dec 09 & just now given ownership, due to strong follow up) made the sales person mad for issuing the poession. We should also follow this path and am sure we can save money, mental dilemmas and TIME and get our flats.

I had booked the flat in ASPEN building in 2009 year and then everest world has delayed the whole project by 15 months and promised to give the possession in Sep 2012, citing various reasons like labour problem, delay in clearances, sand issue etc. Till today, possession hasn't been given. I have personally contacted their staff several times and now they are telling me that possession will be finally given in Aug 2013, that too without any compensation. I am really fed up with them, have written a mail to [protected]@terraformrealty.com asking for the compensation, however no reply till date from their side.

I fully agree write Mr. Manas to create a common forum and coming together to fight the non sense builder. My contact number is [protected] and e-mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com. I stay in Thane only. I am surely going to call and contact Mr Manas tomorrow and exchange my number and will discuss the future course of action.

Everest Builder ( Director Nitesh shah) is not good builder, liar, cheater, dream-cutter, not promise filler due to my own experience. I will not suggest his name to my colleague, relatives and enemy also in my life because I have booked my house in 2009 at Thane (country side - marigold building ). Builder is promised us that possession will get in 2011. but there in no work is going on after 12th floor after February 2012 . we request him to keep meeting for what is the reason for delay work but he and his office employees is not giving proper answer and meeting dates and telling as aaltu faltu reason for time pass .Already we have paid 85% amount to builder for construction so we are trapped. I told him I need house and i am not investor but builder side is not giving any reply.

so i request everybody pl. do not invest and book house in Everest Builder, kasarvadavali Thane

My two friends and I have booked flats in Daffodil building of Everest countryside. Considering the high handedness of the builder and his consistent track record of harassing the customers (whether previously in Everest world or now in Everest countryside projects), it is time the builder faces the combined force of all the customers.

A group has been created on facebook that is open to all people who have booked flats in Everest Countryside and are still awaiting possession. Please make max people join this group and then we can thrash out the action plan to pressurise the builder.

this everest builder is really hopeless. since last one year they have not done any work at site. As a consumer we are suffering a lot. Can we come to common forum to decide our next course of action.

Really very bad experience with EVEREST (Vimal) Builders, so called Terraform Realty. Really would never Recommend any one to buy property in Everest...Its almost 4.7 Years from the date of booking the flat. They are Cheater and Loot you like anything by giving you false promises

So frustrated and annoyed that really feeling like filing a Suite against the Everest Builders.

I'm the victim as a buyer of a flat in Lilac, Kolshet Thane (w). Now EW/Terraform realty wants me to backout of the project when the rates have zoomed to 9000 from 4000 in 2009 when I booked. They say there is no opportunity lost by me if I backout @15 simple interest. Filed a consumer complaint in State Forum. FYI please.

I was considering of purchasing a 2bhk resale flat in Everest world ASPEN but now after reading grievances of you all, I am really confused.

We took the flat in Aspen Everest World thane from one of the owner as we told that possession will get in Aug 2013 which was supposed to get In 2009. Than after so much of follow up we got the key but than they didn't allow to do furniture work in the house and everyday they give some or the other stories.

After paying money If we are not getting our house than what is the point. Our biggest mistake in life was to take the flat in everest world. our only request to those who is planning to take flats in Everest world should think 100 times coz this builder is cheater.

Can anyone help us to our house.
