I too stay in HSR layout bought the furniture from same store. Furniture are not deliveried. I made the full payment in march 2012. I would claim for the rfund of the amount with inyterest.
Can you please help me in escalateing the matter to the portal of Ministry of Consumer Affairs? Where and how I can do it?

Replacement of product
The company charged a hefty amount for a five seater (3+1+1) sofa set out of which a one seater has defeciency/defective piece and the Company refuses to change/replace the product.33%
