[Resolved] Exide Battery — Warranty Claim

I have purchased a battery ( ZOOM EXIDE ) for Scooty Pap from M/s Rajesh Auto Centre, Sector 2 AMarket, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh on 07.06.2009.The battery did not give expected performance due to manufacturing defect & ultimately become non functional during the warranty period.
It was returned to the above dealer on 17.04.2010 for replacement under warranty claim. The case was followed-up vigorously but ultimately today he declined the request on the ground that the company is not honoring the warranty and refusing replacement. This is unexpected and unbecoming for a standard company like Exide.
You are requested to please advise the dealer ( Under intimation to me) for immediately replacing the battery, as I am not able to use my vehicle resulting in heavy financial loss and physical strain.

Hello sir my name is ravi vema s/o shri satyanarayan verma sir i have pershsae exide batteries from punjab motors in Gwalior m.p
my batteries got calams but rohit who is delaer in indore . they send my clam batteries in punjab motors . and they sell out not to sned me in my home . 5 mothe has been gone . its not done . so sir do u me favour that send me batterie tell him rohit in indore delar .

Purchased a new battery for my UPS. But, soon after few couple of months I found it drained and not even ready to be recharged. It seems there must be some manufacturing defect with this particular product as it has been misshaped.

Hello, I am Bhimrao Tayade sold HERO (maestro) motor cycle on 08/04/2014 from satpuda Automobile, Jalgaon with exide battery.The battery completely damage(Not charging) with in 45 days. The battery details are as B.No.250114C4 & M7A4P182911 I submitted battery to above showroom on 19/05/2014. They send to you and your SMS received to me on 21/05/2014. When the battery will be send to showroom & How many money will be Paid to you.
