Sir,
This is to inform you that i am from Delhi and i had purchased an Exide Battery (Automotive) from Kapson Enterprises, 1A- DDA Janta Flats, Pitampura village Delhi-110034 on 5-4-2010. This battery model no. 38B20R had a 18months warranty. The battery stopped working on 16th of August 2011. The nos. provided on service booklet for Jaipur city were all incorrect. I had a huge problem and finally resorted to buy a new battery. Later i gave the battery for replacement to the dealer who sent it to Exide service center in Wazirpur Industrial Area C/O IndoArya, Hafed building complex, on 25th Aug after finding out that cell no.2 is not working and therefore it cant start the car. Today on 22 oct Mr. Ajit ([protected]) is telling me that the battery is all right and is sending it back. When i asked him whether he has checked it with any car he denied doing so and refused to replace the battery because it had idling problem. I told him that I can prove that it was not idle and i will take him to court for which he said that i can do so. (I have the recorded conversation as proof). This is to inform you about the incident and if i do not get any replacement in one week i will do the same.
