[Resolved]  Exide Car Battery — Car battery not working despite 2 services within 1 year of purchase (problem still not diagnosed)

Type: Exide ATB 38B20R for Rs 2933 + 367 (tax) = Rs 3, 300/-
BILL IS WITH ME

On 31st March 08, car battery problem was checked by BatMobile[protected] / 8) wherein service van no. 8602 arrived at my place in Paschim Vihar.

They drove the battery to their Okhla workshop & reverted back after 3 days with the above status saying that battery is now working fine.
I ran my vehicle for another couple of months till Oct 08, i called up BatMobile again for battery not working wherein i was told that Exide car helpline vehicle is down & so they can't attend the vehicle. I[censored]rgent, take the battery to the shop wherefrom you purchased it.
Unfortunately, the dealer from whom i bought the battery is no more dealing in Exide batteries & hence i was made to bear the cost of it.
On 1st Nov 08, I took my battery personally to Wazirpur (Exide Industires Limited, c/o Indo Arya center), [protected] wherein Manoj took my battery for checking & kept it for 3 days & i was told to collect the battery on 4th Nov. I finally reached them on 5th Nov & i was assured that battery has been repaired & will now work fine.
Status given to me was below -

As per them, battery was kept on charging from 1st Nov 08 (4pm) to 3rd Nov (11am)
I was handed battery with full assurance that it will not fall again.

Unfortunately, after 9 days of driving battery went down again while on my way from office
Nobody (BatMobile @[protected]/8 & Exide Supervisor in Wazirpur @ Mohan Singh) responded to my rescue on 14th Nov 08 evening hours 6-7pm.
I'll be suing the Exide batteries for improper, inefficient & pathetic support.
IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME IN KNOWING HOW TO RAISE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT, PLEASE CALL @ +[protected]MANUJ SACHDEVA)
I DONT UNDERSTAND THE TECHNICL TERMS OF GRAVITY & ALL.
ALL IM BOTHERED IS THE WORKING BATTERY THAT SHOULD NOT HAMPER MY DAILY REGIME.
DESPITE 2ND PROBLEM REPORTED WITHIN A YEAR OF PURCHASE, THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY TO CALM DOWN THE USER & MAINTAIN THE CUSTOMER REALTIONS RATHER THEY INJECTED FUEL TO THE FIRE.

I'M SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF
CAN ANYBODY PROVIDE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER OF EXIDE BATTERIES, CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER as everytime i call them in Jhandewalan, they dont give me his/her extension.

SUPPORT IS ZERO.
DNT BUY EXIDE BATTERIES EVER...I DID A MISTAKE, WILL NOT REPEAT IT...
