[Resolved] Exide Industries Limited / Tudor Tp 35 — Battery no charge

I bought a Car battery from Exide dealer M/s SS Battery, B-203A, Sec 16, Noida on 14-7-08. On 15-7-08 morning, it was found that there is no charge. I callled up Exide toll free no. [protected]. The help arrived after 2 hours. They told that the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. And only the dealer will replace it. I called up the dealer. He informed that his shop is closed today, so he cannot send anybody with another battery. I am stranded; feeling that I should not have purcahsed from Exide. my friend Ganesh purchase Tudor TP35 Battery from exide dealer from Airoli sec. 19.i have doubt the battery is realy exide battery or other manufacturer. but dealer says tudor TP35 is brand of Exide battery.some dealers are cheeting with the custemer.

Exide-- Tudor make battery worse battery - poor RND - technology- fails -- buckls out soon -- never ever go for this make--- mob no. [protected]-- Goa-- purchased at Milson Battery, St.Inez, Panaji-Goa Owner says Exide people are not co-operating and are not interested in maintaing customer complains- in one word customer comes last as far as complains are concern--

exide should never spend peoples hard earned money on ads. rather give good SERVICE for the one have good faith on ur company----- heart felt sempathy to TUDOR ... Battery. Bad Service providers as far as service is concern--- from O>A>fernandes --- Goa-- mob [protected] .
