[Resolved] Exide Inverter Batteries — Not giving proper Backup

Dear Sir, I have purchased exide batteries one month age in June From Gaya Electronics, K. P. Road, Gaya - Pin 823001. But the battery is not giving its proper backup. When the complaint is made to the dealer they refused to change it with other one. Also they have not sent any person to check. If you can do any thing then please do it on priority basis. i have purchased excide invared 500+ tabular inverter battery from
SHREE GANESH FURNITURE AND ELECTRONICS
address- beside munciple office, Laxmi narayan cinema cross road, near Chhaya hospital ambarnath(east)
the battery is not giving prope backup from 2 months.i have given a complaint to the dealer.But he is not giving proper responce to my complaint.he has not sent any person to check yet.he is saying that he has filled a complaint to a excide company, the company is not giving responce.
So please look into the matter as soon as possible.please give me the justice
