Hi,

Till now i didn't get the discount money (25% of basic fare) back to my credit card account. I have booked three indian airlines ticket from mumbai to hyderabad trough ezeego1. Co. In on 26th september through sbi credit card. But till now i didn't get back the money back to my account. My ticket pnr no and ezeego reference number are as follows :

Ref:ezr[protected] / a

I have launched complain several times through sbi (Ezeego customer care are not lifting the phone) customer care. The complain nos are:
1) mk[protected],
[protected]

I am really harassed with this kind of conduct.

Please help.

i have not received credit card but the bank has been sending bill
The State bank of India, has not sent me credit card, but regular in sending bill, month after month

    I had booked a ticket for Decmeber 29th on Bangalore-Calcutta Sector on a Jetlite flight..
    Booking reference number: EZR[protected]/A
    The flight on this sector has been discontinued by Jetlite and the airlines officals had said that a full refund will be made for the same through ezeego only.
    I mailed ezeego for the refund on 15th October,2007. Since then I have mailed them 10 times...tried calling them n number of times but their phones seems perennially busy and no replies to the mail...
    This is crap.........I doubt they have a customer care also....
    Anyone in similar situation who has got a refund through them ot by any other means,please respond.
    I am planning to file a criminal case against them for forgery. Please suggest..

    I had canceled my Delhi Bangalore flight, Booking Reference No: EZR[protected]/A on the 21 October, 2007 and received a cancellation acknowledgment immediately from them.

    Since then I have not received any further communication of the refund from them. I also tried to call them on their customer care number and after several tries and waiting for over 30 minutes each time I was finally able to register a complaint with them but was not given any complaint id. further I was told that a I would get a refund in 7 working days.

    I have also been sending them e-mails in this regard every week without any response.

    It has been over a month since I canceled my ticket and no refund has been made till date.

    I faced exactly the same thing, I too had booked a Bangalore-Calcutta flight ticket and then cancelled it.. They did not refund in a long time, but then I'd complained out here and finally got the refund.
    Hope you too will get the refund sooner or later..

    I have a similar problem... no one is there ever to answer back at their customer care center!
    I purchased a roundtrip airfare Bangalore-Delhi
    in Nov 2007..I cancelled my tickets directly
    with airlines ( Indian Airlines/ Indigo Air)
    but Ezzego has not credited my ICICI credit card the
    amt due.

    This is fraud !! Cheating air passengers..i tried
    calling their Customer tel no..but no one answers.
    They should be arrested..for FRAUD charges.

    I paid via my Credit Card a sum for Rs 12757/-
    for a roundtrip fare (Bangalore-Delhi) through Ezeego online travel ticketing service. Later i cancelled my tickets directly
    as Ezeego tel wasnt connecting(despite numerous tries)
    with the airlines (Indian and Indigo resp)
    They(IA & Indigo) said that cancellation charges will added
    for nominal amount.

    Its been over a month and my Credit card hasnt been
    refunded the remainder. I have sent ezeego an email to their
    id ([protected]@ezeego1.com) and so far no one has bothered to reply
    me even once. I called their toll free line , but no one
    answers. Im attaching below he receipt copy of
    the email acknowledgement from ezeego for payment
    of Rs 12757/- from my credit card a/c.


    I request you all to file fraud charges against them
    for cheating and embezzement of funds from the
    common man.I will contact My Credit card firm and
    ask them to file charges also for cheating.

    Hi

    For the failed booking of flight from Delhi to Hyderabad ezeego is not providing refund on debited credit card. Worst more they are not giving satisfactory answer to the same.

    Please help.

    Ezeego On line TIckets — No Refund even after 2 months

    This is to inform the community at large that Ezeego one is a big fraud and this travel agen will never return the money debited from you in case of cancellation. I had cancelled my ticket in decemeber and since then I am calling these people for refund and till date I have not got my refund.

    I suggest people at large to restrain booking tickets at this site since it gives you very bad service

    I had booked 2 tickets on EZEEGO for pune-delhi sector for 25th Feb. however pune's airfield was closed & hence we had the option of rescheduling / ancelling the flight. THEY SUGGESTED TO BE A 'NO SHOW' AND ATLEAST THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THAT CASE. I CONFIRMED THE SAME WITH EZEEGO1 CUSTOMER CARE GUY (VAIBHAV) WHO TOLD ME YES THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME IN 21 DAYS. I PLACED A CANCELLATION REQUEST ON THE SAME DAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING THESE GUYS REGULARLY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT REFUND WILL BE DONE IN NEXT 72 HOURS. BUT NO USE. LAST SOMEBODY NAMED JAGDISH SAID IT WILL BE DONE WITHING 7 DAYS BUT AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.

    ezeego — worst customer experience

    I am a regular user of ezeego and have booked lots and lots of tickets using the website billing a total amount of about Rs.72 thousand by now.
    I needed to get my tickets from Mumbai to Delhi booked on Air Deccan (Ref No. EZR[protected]/A and 525115/A) using the website cancelled and following are the problems I faced:
    1. On calling Air Deccan, I was told I can't cancel the tickets and have to call Ezeego as it was bought in one of the schemes.
    2. On calling the 24x7 GSM number [protected], I talked to a gentleman called Manish. (6:07PM on Feb 21, 2008)
    - He insisted that nothing can be done and cancellation wont get me any money back as the ticket was bought in a scheme.
    - When I said this is unfair as tax component should be returned, he said "its not in my hands".
    - When I insisted to talk to supervisor as it was "not in his hands", he did not let me as "he will not be able to do anything too".
    - Even though I insisted, he was not willing to tell me his full name.

    What I fail to understand is:
    1. Even if nothing could be done, why I was not put through with the supervisor? There seems to be no accountability (he was not even willing to give me his full name) and it seems to be that once I have booked a ticket, I am left at the mercy of the company. Even though I insisted Manish could not give me any other number I could call and said that I can only talk to him which surely wasn’t helping in any way specially since he could not do anything too.
    2. Even though it is in the scheme, I fail to understand why I cant get the taxes back which I paid for both the ways. If the ticket is being cancelled, nothing needs to be given to the government and hence atleast the tax component should be returned to me. Simple. Am I missing something here?

    ezeego — Refund of cancellation amount

    I had booked a hotel reservation through Ezeego on 22nd Apr 08 and had paid entire amount. After lot of follow-up, I got a confirmation voucher on 28th Apr 08. When I travelled to hotel, hotel informed me that they have not received any confirmation from Ezeego and threw us out. After requesting, they let me have a room, with a promise that confirmation voucher would come.
    After continuously calling up Ezeego for twodays, one customer executing informed me that I should pay the hotel room rent again and Ezeego would re-imburse the amount. I did so, and raised a cancellation request. After lot of calling, Ezeego has re-imbursed only 40% of the amount. It is about 26 days now, and when I mentioned that I will go to court, Ezeego called me to tell that balance amount has been credited to my account, which is a lie. The balance amount is not credited to my account.

    EZEEGO are cheaters, please do not do any business with them. I am not sure how should I recover my amount, my lawyers has started drafting papers for filing a case
    Have not received cash refund for Booking Ref No. EZR[protected]/A in my account till date and its more than 15days. Ezeego assures to refund the amount by 7 working days but no one does anything even after calling sending query mails. There are no reply for any of the mails.

    Have already got the statement for the transaction due date 06 july.

    Please help.

    ezeego — Ticket Pe Ticket Free

    Ezeego heavily advertized their ticket pe ticket free plus a cashback offer on ICICI Bank Credit Cards. Nowhere was it mentioned explicitly that only on specific airlines, the cashback offer was valid. I purchased a ticket from Ezeego, Delhi to Bangalore in May. I was hoping that I would get a 15% cashback because I had used by ICICI Bank Credit Card. It was later told to me that the cashback was valid only for specific flights and Spicejet was not one of them. Cool!. I then hoped I could redeem the promotional code to book the return ticket from Bangalore and guess what? That was not possible because the free ticket can be redeemed after July only. Great! I booked a return ticket from Bangalore and got another Promotional code for that.
    Now that I had two promotional codes, I thought I would use both the promotional codes for an up and down ticket to Coimbatore from Delhi. I booked a ticket for the 4th of September for Spicejet flight Delhi-Coimbatore. The transaction failed. I called up customer service and the individual tried doing a booking himsel[censored]sing my second promotional code and that too failed. I received a call from Sangeeta Yadav and she said she would attempt to fix the issue and re-activate my promo codes and call me back. She called me back and said that she had gotten it activated but now the issue was that all bookings using promotional codes were failing and she herself confirmed that to me. She said that we would have to wait for two more days and if the matter is not sorted out, Ezeego would figure out some way to compensate all the customers. I have not received a call so far. Today the link for redeeming free tickets is lost already. (31st August was the last date for redeeming the promotional codes). I called up customer service again and the representative said that their quota with spicejet for free tickets was over!!! How can that be my fault? I was given two promotional codes with the assurance that I can redeem them for any booking till the 18th of September. No one ever bothered to update or inform all the customers about the problem they were facing with the bookings till Sangeeta informed me about the defect.
    Now when I call up customer service they say that the offer is closed and they cannot help!!! I booked tickets on Spicejet using Ezeego only to avail of the offer. Jetlite and Air Deccan were offering me cheaper tickets to Bangalore. I have lost a lot of money and time and my current holiday plans have also been ruined because of Ezeego. I am planning to approach the Consumer Court in a few days unless Ezeego is ready to give me two free domestic air tickets for dates I specify.
    I agree completely with all these views about ezeego. I had booked some air tickets online in dec 2007. the booking did not go through becuase of a system error ont heir side. Inspite of this the money got debited from my card. I have been following up for this since then. Either I listen to their recorded IVR message telling me how important I am to them (naturally since i have paid them for nothing) and finally disconnect in frustration. A couple of times that I have managed to speak to somebody, I have assurances but no results. Its now almost a year, shouldnt I be get a refund with interest for the delay as wll

    ezeego — Improper Cancellation

    i had a failed transcation of booking ref - EZR[protected]/A
    so for that i called your executive at 9 pm -on 12/03/2009
    he said that the ticket has been processed n have generated a PNR( after holding the line for 5 min)
    i tell him are you mad.. how is that possible.. i had requested for a refund...
    i tell him to give it to the senior he says hold the line...
    and the next moment i receive a email form spicejet that you ticket hav been cancelled
    for the booking reference EZR[protected]/A.with PNR NO: XUF5AM
    i tell him you have cancelled my ticket n tell him to transfer the line to the senior
    but it is not transfer n hold the line for 10 min
    n i call for 2nd third n fourth time n i am kept holding for 10 min each n thereafter dissconnect
    finally at the sixth time vishu takes the call n talks n tranfer the line to the serior SHURTI

    I hope she is of some help
    but to the oppsite she isnt
    she doesnt blame the problem was from her side but from my side only

    I was trying to book a ticket through Ezeego1.com on 13th of April Delhi to Cochin and the screen went blant and it was not avalid transaction. I have been continously mailing and calling Customer care from 19th of April of Ezeego1.com and I would have talked to almost all executives in Ezeego1.com but they are not taking any action. Ezeego1.com hs debited this amount from my Bank account and they themself are saying that it is not a valid tranaction.They are investigating from last 1 month and no actions has been taken. I has spend more than Rs1500/- in just calling them as they put customers on hold for long time.Now due date has approached to make the payment and Citi bank are saying that I have to launch an FIR as it is fraudulent case. I am still doing follow up and finally I ahve to launch a police complaint tomorrow as there is no option left

    ezeego — No Promotional Code for Ticket Pe Ticket Free

    Hi ALL,

    This is a complaint for the booking reference No: EZR[protected]/A.
    I have booked the RETURN TRIP ticket from DELHI to PUNE in SpiceJet and Indigo respectively.
    But there is no such options turned up for TICKET PE TICKET FREE at the time of booking. I have checked the permutation and combination on Ezeego site and come to a conclusion as mentioned below.

    1. SOLO Ticket of spice jet : Promotional Code option is present on the site and you will also get the promotional code.
    2. RETURN TRIP with both journey booked in Spicejet: Promotional Code option is present on the site and you will also get the promotional code.
    3. RETURN TRIP with different flight booked ( SpiceJet + X airline): No Promotional Code option is present on the site and there is no way you will get the promotional code.

    All these rules mentioned above are not present anywhere on Ezeego site. And there is no way a User come to know unless he/she go through the booking.

    I had already speak to Ezeego customer care and no fruitful results.
    So, please consider this case else I need to go for Consumer Court for same.

    JFYI, I'm not sure whether the promotional code I'll get from Ezeego, will work or not as I have seen couple of complaints on internet for same.

    ezeego — misuse of credit card

    Hi,

    Today itself i received a msg on my cellphone from Citibank saying "Rs.18624 was spend on your credit card at Ezeego One Travels & T mu." However i am not even aware of this transaction and i was astonished to see the msg flashing on my mobile screen.

    I read across the consumer complaints for this fraudulent company and i guess as per the last complaint the issues are just piling up. i have got my card re-issued but the bank said they will need to investigate the matter once i fill a form and send it to them.

    Other hassle to this is citibank itself is charging me Rs.100/- for investigation. I just dont understand why do professional firms like banks and travel companies always eye for fetching some money from the customers irrespective of the criticality of the matter.

    All i can predict is i am going to lose a lot of time & energy chasing up the matter and convincing people that i did not make this transaction.

    I hope the concerned are listening to take the things further & provide some solution to this.

    ezeego — Overcharged Tickets

    I had bought 4 Kingfisher airline flight tickets on 23rd sept nearly 2 months in advance (for 20 nov) via transaction EZR[protected]/A. The fare charged by ezeego 20716/- Just for comparison i went through Kingfisher website and they were charging 19516/-. this has not changed for the last 5 days.On my repeated queries to the toll free number of ezeego [protected] I was given false replies. Firtly they disconnected me then I was told that there may have been more bookings and then cancellations due to which the prices are going down. This is totally false.

    Anyway to test I bought 1 more ticket on the same day (23rd sept) for jet airways flight of 2nd oct via transaction EZR[protected]/A for Rs 3284 but again the jet airways website was showing Rs 2929/- and till date jet airways fare is Rs 3030/- This only means that the ezeego travels is doing fraud and charging more on their website. Their call centre is not replying properly.

    I request all online ticket buyers to stay away from ezeego website as they are totally cheaters.

    Ezeego offers have plenty of hidden conditions. Hence, most of their offers are not usable. In a short run they may be lucky to get customers but customers feel cheated and they won't leave ezeego in a long run.
    You are true, I am from ezeego, I have been fired so tell you, they dont mean to run for long.

      I'd booked a Bangalore - Kolkata flight(JetLite), dt. Dec 13 ticket on October 9 using ICICI credit card through http://www.ezeego1.co.in/ . Never received an E-ticket(or any other form of the ticket). Called, emailed, sent online notifications, but to no avail... Finally got them on phone after almost a week, someone picked up after 25 minutes of waiting on the toll free number[protected].. All she could tell me was that the ticket was yet to be purchased !!!?!?!?!?!?!! She took my phone number and said that they'll get back to me with more info... But again no news from them.. Tried to call them again and again and again... Finally got them on phone after 10 days and came to know that they never purchased the ticket !!!! It was already more than a fortnight(Oct 26), so, I asked for canceling the transaction... They said they'll be processing the cancellation and refund the money in 7 days. I got an acknowledgment mail against the cancellation immediately.. To my utter surprise, I received a call from THE EZEEGO a couple of days after I'd canceled!!! Obviously the person who'd called was not aware of the cancellation... However, I told her about it and that was it. SInce then I've been waiting for the refund.. Its been over 25 days now and I'm yet to get the refund.. Checked with ICICI and they said no refund yet!!!! The amount of transaction was over Rs 7k...

        I am not sure whom to raise this question. I have sent a complaint with proper screen images to ezeego but they did not reply till date.
        I feel the mail sent was quite crisp and detail to avoid any confusion.

        To summarize:
        There is an ICICI cash back offer going on for airtline tickets. I was trying to book tickets from MUM-Vishakapatanam, which offered me a basic fare of 4000 and 5499 with taxes.
        The issue here is when you move for checking out (booking) it displays some other fare + again airport tax which totals much higher.

        this is complete unfair and help consumers in resolkving this issues. above all if i try to reach there customer care number i am not able to it is always busy.
        each time i was kept on hold saying "all executives are busy" for nearly 10 mins and i am frustruted with this attitude. even i tried calling them at midnight being 24 X 7 service but bo reply.
        If anyone is aware of law where i can complain and proper action to be taken please let me know.
        I am running out of time on booking air tickets if really ezeego is offering this discounted price.

        Ezeego1 — Cash Back Offer

        I have made 8-9 transactions in June 2008 with ezeego1.com at that time scheme was going on 50% cash back offer. But till now they have not made any cash back. No of times i have made a calls.
        Ezeego ICICI Cash Back offer is Nice.
        no cause for complaint. My experience has been pretty decent. I guess we just dont read fine print of an offer. we should know there are some requirements of any offer and sometimes we think it applies to all!. There is a cash back offer going on right now and the cash back working is pretty clear. Atleast to me.
        Ezeego is the worst service provider and a cheat company.

        I had booked a ticket and while booking i opted for EMI for ICICI Credit card.
        and surprise came when i got my credit card statement .

        There ICICI had charged me processing fee of 1063 rupees and a service tax for amount 109 on that.

        I queried from ICICI bank and they told its not their fault. EMI conversion costs and for that 7.5% is being charged.


        I called Ezeego customer care and talked to Akhshita kasak.(It takes nearly 7 minutes eery time u call and some one starts responding to your call )
        She also told Ezeego should not charge me and its should be the basic chages for ticket that i should have been charged .

        In the page where we pay for the ticket there no where its mentioned that customer will be charged for the conversion- not even a * mark which will make the customer to think before opting for this option.
        So i had opted- otherwise i would have definitely paid on my own.

        Now neither Ezeego1 nor the bank is taking responsibility of this.Its definitely fault of Ezeego as they have never mention on site, FAQ or in terms and condition.

        There was another surprise - The total ticket fair was 17, 725.and there was cash back of 10% for base fair (that was nearly 1600)
        Now ezeego is saying my tickets are not eligible for cash back as i opted for EMI.
        But This condition was also no where mentioned in terms and condition page of the offer details.
        Franky in Kingfisher web site i was getting tickets for 16800 but thinking of cash back i paid 17, 725 for getting cash back of 1600..


        These people are cheat, never trust them

        I booked my tickets on 25 January under the ICICI credit card cashback offer, which says book till 31st of January and get to cashback.
        while booking the ticket to coupon code was accepted and said you will get cashback in 7 working days.

        but now when I contacted them they says offer valid for flying before 31st Jan and they removed the offer page from website.

          EZEEGO1: Non refund of ticket — Non refund of cancelled ticket money

          I booked a ticket on Mum-DEl sector from www.ezeego1.com for 7th Nov through my ICICI credit card for approx 10,000/ which i subsequenty cancelled. The refund of teh cancelled amount is to be made through the ezeego1 , but i am yet to hear from the.
          I have tried all posisble measures to reach their customer case dept , but they are never reachable. A web complaint on their site( web query quote-221522) has also not generated any response!!

          It is undoubtedly one of the most pathetic customer services i have ever seen , perhaps prompting me to take legal recourse.
          As per telecom with Ms. James she had not filled in the cancellation request form. We have filled the cancellation request on her behalf and have also processed the refund against the cancellation.

          i have booked return air ticket from mumbai to banglore of 6th feb 2008 and 7th feb 2008 through ezzego1.com website. Air ticket were of goair and spice jet. I have canceled the ticket on 5th feb 2008 night and informed about this to agent.
          After several rewuest and complain they fail to refund the amount till 12th march into my credit card account.
          Due to this i have to pay some peanlty to credit card people also.
          they alway tell that they will refund the amount within 72 hrs. or it is under process.
          Some time there system is down.
          i want to file a case againest this agency in consumer court.

          I booked two tickets(kolkata to bangalore). According to ezeego1.co.in website, the ticket fare per person without tax is Rs 1375 but when I booked the ticket, the fare shows per person without tax is Rs 3380. I called them so many times but customer care is handling the issue. Already mailed them but no positive response.

          EzeeGo1.co.in — non-refund of airport tax on flight ticket cancellation

          I booked 2 tickets in December 2007 for Kolkata to Bangalore (to fly in March, 2008) with Jet Airways, through Ezeego1. It was a non-refundable ticket, so upon cancellation I should have received approx 4K. What I received was 1K. When contacted, the customer care told that they had deducted 2K worth of money for cash back they had given me upon usage of some credit card offer (but that cash back will be taken back on cancellation is not mentioned in terms and conditions). But still they could not explain what happened to 1K. Whenever I call with this complaint, they say that their system is not working.

          I booked a holiday pacakge in the month of March08 which was charged to my credit card but it was not confirmed. They assured me of a refund via email.

          While booking the air ticket on 9th June 2008 through Internet from Kolkota to Imphal, on the final stage i have lost the connectivity and i didn't recieved any confirmation for my ticket but when i checked my Bank accunt the the amount 5802 has been deducted from my Bank Of Baroda account.

          Immediately i mailed all the details to concerned department and spoken to customer care executive, they assured with in 2 days the amount will be credited to your account back. Wwhen after 2 days i again spoke to customer care executive he said sir yoy have to wait atleast 72 hrs for your payment.

          Every time there are differnt executive and i have to explain every time the same details. Moreover almost on daily basis i also doint mail to them for refund and so many times given all the details but every time i have got one answer we will revert you or the payment will be credited to your account.

          When finally i have lost my patience i have forced customer care executive(Poonam) to call some of any responsible person or your supervisor. She called Shruti stating that she is the suspervisor. I have lot of argument with her and she is alos saying that it will take another 72 hours for the refund.

          She committed that you will get back your money latest by Friday(20th June 2008). But today also i didn't recieved my money.

          I booked one international ticket through this website ezeego1.co.in on April 20 2008. The total amount I paid was approximately Rs 54, 000. Ezeego1 was running 10% cash back promotion at that time on international bookings made through ICICI credit cards. The website mentioned that cash back will be credited in my credit card account within 7-21 working days. Today is June 24 2008 and I have still not received any cash back from the company. Infact, I have paid non-payment interest charges on my credit card account also due to the same. Even on repeated calls, this matter has not been solved by the company. Kindly help.

          I had got cancelled oneway tickit in may 2008. (EZR[protected]/A). The reason was the flight was preponed and I was supposed to get full refund. Till date no sign of money. Almost every week I have called up the call center but of no use. The caqll center guys just provide wrong promises. I plan to initaite legal action but coz of time constraints cant do so till date. these guys also dont have any registered offices..or would have gone and beat them out really.

          I had booked 2 air tickets online in dec 2007. the booking did not go through becuase of a system error ont heir side. Inspite of this the money got debited from my card. I have been following up for this since then. Either I listen to their recorded IVR message telling me how important I am to them (naturally since i have paid them for nothing) and finally disconnect in frustration. A couple of times that I have managed to speak to somebody, I have assurances but no results.

          EzeeGo1.co.in — unnecessary charging of amount

          I have made the booking for flight for Nov 17' 2009 to travel to Kolkata from Hyderabad by Kingfisher flight IT 3433 which depart from Hyderabad at 2035 hrs. After 01/02 hr of my booking I received a call from ezeego1.co.in people stating that flight is cancelled and I can call the airlines for complete refund of my amount.

          When I called Kingfisher they agreed to refund the full amount as the flight is not operating on that day. But to my surprise ezeego1 people are deducting transaction fee of 397/- for no transaction.

          When I told them that I will take this case to consumer court as in why they are penalising the customer for no fault of his they said that its their policy and they will not revert the trancaction fees.

          Can anyone suggest what I can do in this case.

            Ezeego1 is fraud company.
            india's biggest online travel bazaar is crap and they are india's biggest cheater.

            I had booked a ticket [Airticket Booking Reference: EZR[protected]/A ] on 15 OCT and by mistake name was incorrectly entered - so then i asked for cancellation of that ticket on 16 OCT , i even requested the cancellation from their online form and followed procedure told on their website , as of now status shown to me is requested cancellation.And thats when my agony started.

            Now even after i have sent multiple emails i get no reply .I called up Call center and was online for call for 30 mins on hold - 2 times( with message as all our customer care executives are busy on other calls), then once i got the call after 35 mins hold when i complained about refund not received the call was disconnected. Also email to their published id [protected]@ezeego1.com all bounce back saying its invalid email id.Also there is no reply when i have sent this email to all the ids

            I had booked 4 tickets on 10/10/2007

            The travelling is from mumbai to ranchi. The total amount taken on my credit card is rs 21841.

            As per the scheme i should have got 25 % cash back on the basic fare with in 7 working day. But still i have not received and today is 1/11/2007.

            When ever you try calling to customer care it takes minimum of 45 mins for the customer care personal to answer the call, after that when you describe the probelm they always say we will pass the message to consern department and they will get back to you. I have called them every day from last 12 days to know the update of my problem but they don't have any update and they say we will pass it again on urgent basis. I have emailed also to all of email id given on the site about the problem, but not a single reply back.

            Ezeego has cheated me and is very puthetic and harrasing service, kindly do not buy single ticket or service from the company.

            I have had the worst experience with Ezeego who claims to be the India biggest travel bazar online, that is .

            Ezeego1 — no refund information

            I have booked a flight ticket through ezeego1 and cancelled due to change in my plan before 10 days. Immediately I sent the cancelled request through their website. But till now I didnot receive the money. To check with them there is no possibility. No one speaks in Customer care (Customer careless!!). Through e-mail also they are not replying. Can any one help me how to get the refund. Whether they will refund ? Any idea.

            Ezeego1 — Non-receipt of Air ticket since 15 days

            I had booked 4 tickets on Ezeego from Mumbai to Kochi on Jet airways, which was a paper ticket. I reced on 2 ticket and the balance 2 tickets are still not received even though my travel date is nearing.

            The call center numbers are just fraud and its better to file a FIR against then as there will be just automatic machine installed on the call center no.

            Never, Never book any tickets on this website, even though it may cost soem bucks more.

I was first time launched complaint to airtel callcentre regarding false cometment[caller miss priyanka shinde told me make your full payment of your outstanding then she will be change my bill cycle & airtel call centre executive every time told me bill cycle is not changeble ] to change my bill cycle against airtel collection agency. They had never reply & even every months differant diferant executive gave same promise [swati, mehrunissa,etc.,] Then i was activate mobile office service [GPRS] in my cell & on next months they charged to me monthly rental plus Advance rental. i was asked to call centre why advanced rental they have no propar reason to charged against advanced rental, even i was asked many airtel manangers like anurag , mr. gowda, mr. nilesh they does not know in which TRI guidelines to service operater they charged advanced rental to me and many Airtel customer.
            That time i was told Mr.Anurag [Relationship Manager]'I will pay only my call charges +service tax & monthaly rental'" He reply ok i will check & revert to you then no one called me & my line was discontineu to till date. Last few months Airtel co. legal advisory co. Devi assosiate sending reminder to make a payments of my outstanding. But they does not check what is the customer problem & why they do not make a payment.

            Hence i am submitting this case here at this forum because Airtel have a large part of customers in india. If they charges to advanced rental [this is illigale charges] in every service then just imagine why they are no. 1 in telecom indusutry.
            We have refunded the amount due and informed Mr. Manoj Kaushik.
            The refund has against the booking failure has been processed. We have sent a mail to Mr. Rajesh Kumar informing the same.

            Ezeego1 — Reversal the amount of my Failed Transactions

            I tried to book 2 one-way tickets on Octber 16th from Kolkata to Bangalore. The transaction was failed but amount of Rs 6158 was debited from my credit card account. From that date till now I am following with them through customer service number (which is worst) and e-mail but failed to get my money back. Now they are not responding my e-mails and also in Customer Service everytime a new person starts from the scratch and not follow after that. I think I spent Rs.1000 to call them in customer service. Now I like to take legal actions through consumer court. Can anybody help me the process in Bangalore ...

            Ezeego1 — Not living upto Offers announced

            These online service companies have a very nice way of making business now. They manage to confuse people into giving them money. I had booked 2 tickets from Delhi - Chennai by Air Deccan on a ticket pe ticket offer in Nov 07. When I tried to avail the offer during Dec 07, they said that the free ticket can be used only after Dec07, and when I called them today to use the ticket, they say that the offer got over on Jan 15th 08. When I contested that no mention of deadline was given, the customer executive (who was quite polite and patient) informed me that the deadline was mentioned in the ad. I would like to request users here to confirm if they had used this offer and if the deadline was really mentioned in their ad, which, I dont remember. Thank you.

            DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE REASONS I COULD TRAVEL ON 21 DEC 2007 WITH THIS TICKET AND TRIED TO CANCEL THE SAME THOUGH KINGFISHER AIRLINES, BUT THEY SAID THAT AS I HAVE CROSSED THE 4 HOURS DEADLINE, THEY CAN'T CANCEL IT.             I am a student of a reputed Central Government Institute for food. I have experienced a lot of Regionalism, Favourism at the institute. I don’t know whom to complain. The Head of the Institute is least interested in investigating. It is a grading system and there is no account of absentees at all. Selection is based on state wise quote but Scientist in HRD had selected a candidate with any criteria. Most of them cheat in the exams and none are punished. Company always wants to hire people with good marks (at least for short listing). I am the witness for this. People who lie and cheat are earning lupsum. How do I go about? There is no transparency in anything.

            I had booked ticket for GoAir from Jaipur to Hyderabad dated 16th May 2008 on 14th April 2008 via ezeego1 website. Ezeego1 booking reference number is EZR[protected]/A and Airline PNR number is B6KNIB. On 12th May, I received message from GoAir that they have cancelled the sector between Jaipur and Hyderabad and thus call the flights have been cancelled with immediate effect.
            When I contacted GoAir, they confirmed that full amount has been refunded to ezeego1 and I can claim my refund from them. I filled the refund form available online on ezeego1 website on 17th May and talked with their customer care. Ezeego1 Customer care confirmed that, refund will be reflected back in 3 working days in my credit card.
            It has been since then, I have followed up the case with customer care multiple times and I hear the same response that, my refund is under process and it will take 3 working days. Every time, I call them, it takes more than 30 minutes before they give any reply, most of the time, they put you on hold. I am really frustated with their services, they do not provide any information, why there has been delay in refund processing. I have been informed that my payment reference number is [protected].
            I sent multiple emails to [protected]@ezeego1.com, [protected]@ezeego1.com, [protected]@ezeego1.com. Everytime I send email to [protected]@ezeego1.com, a new query reference number is generated and If follow-up the case with old query reference number by sending email to [protected]@ezeego1.com, then email gets bounced, saying that no such address exists. It has been really a horrible experience. Looks like these folks do not want to refund the money.
            Is there any way, we can take legal action against this site ?

            I made hotel booking no. EZR[protected] on 14 aug 2008 at ezeego1. I am yet to receive the hotel voucher - I have sent repeated emails and every time I get new enquiry no. i.e. 76510, 75427, 74382 and so on but there is no response. I have wasted a lot of money on calling their call centres and I even talked to senior call centre executive Mr. Abdul Gaffur - he promised his operation team would respond within 2 hous but more than 24 hours no response - I am fed up with their lack of concern for customer complaints. my contact no. is [protected]

            Ezeego1 — Money deduction from card without transaction

            Dear Team

            on 17th March i was browsing ezeego1.com site for flight booking.I tried tranacting on this site.In doing so it was so found that i was charged 4813 rupees for a ticket which was actually not booked.The confirmation that my ticket was not booked was confirmed by indian airlines.PLease check it as to why this amount was deducted when my transaction was not done.

            Please respond as i think of critical matter of forgery.

            Ezeego1 — Regarding non refund of cancelled tickets

            This is w.r.t. various telephonic conversations with customer care centre of ezeego1 regarding refund of railway cancelled tickets.
            The details are as under
            date of Booking-17/05/09 Reference No. EZR[protected] and other is
            date of Booking-21/05/09 Reference No. EZR[protected].
            A number of times i have called the [protected] the customer care cell 24X7.
            Everytime, i am informed that it will be done shortly, whereas more than a month has passed but amount has still not refunded. both the tickets were waitlisted tickets, which got automatically cancelled. please take necessary steps to refund my amount at the earliest.
            It seems that this company is a total bogus and cheating the customers.
            we must get united and tell people not to use this website.
            I too agree with all said. Last month booked the ticket in "Ticket pe ticket offer" from chennai to coimbatore, and I got the promotional code. When I book my free ticket today with the Promotional code what they given, it says "Not a valid Promotional Code" and also the the Tax fee that I have to pay is "Exactly 2 Rs less than the original". This is not fair doing.

            Bull !!! Instead I could have saved 300/- rs if I had paid from the Native site.

            I totally agree that Ezeego1 is a fraud company. I have put cancellation request for 3 tickets with reference number EZR[protected]/A, EZR[protected]/A, EZR[protected]/A some 1 month back but till now I have not got refund for any of them.

            I have followed as their customer care exec instructions and have placed cancellation request with Indian Airlines, then raised cancellation request with Ezeego1. I am following for last 35-40 days but every time their customer care is telling different story-
            1. Your cancellation has been processed and amount has been refunded
            2. Your refund request is under process and is with account department. You will get credit in 2-3 working days.
            3. Your cancellation has not been confirmed by Airlines and it is in pending status. Till we receive confirmation from airlines we can not process refund etc...bullcrap...

            Their website mention 7 days as their TAT for cancellation refund but only god knows when this 7 days will end...

            Ezeego1 — Amount not refunded after cancellation

            Hello

            I am posting this complaint as i am unable to get refund from Ezeego1 after my Ticket cancellation and due to which i have
            to pay extra unrefunded amount to my credit card bill.
            i understand there can be some delay in these type of processing but more than 1 month delay is disgusting even after having
            complaint to the customer care and getting mail from Ezeego1 that the amount will be refunded in 1 week.

            My Ezeego1 reference number for the ticket is EZR[protected]/A and it was booked on 19th of November. Then it was cancelled on 25th of Nov and i got mail from Ezeego1 about the confirmation of cancellation and the message that the amount will be refunded back in maximum 1 week. But after that it has been more than 1 month and the amount is not refunded back yet and du e to which now i have to pay my credit card bill including that amount which should have been refunded earlier.

            I am a regular member of Ezeego1 from last 4-5 years and i was not expecting that response from them.

              I had booked return tickets for Bangalore from Mumbai for 2 PAX on Spice Jet through ezeego1.com, and due tosome exigency had it cancelled. The airlines (Spice Jet) has also sent me confirmation, and confirmed that they have refunded the money to ezeego1.com. The PNRs are VR6FAW and XRY9AT.I am yet to get any refund from ezeego1.com. I am also not able to get through the numbers published by them.
              I had also visited their Andheri office for details, but they could not help me.
              I am looking forward to file a complaint against this company and take legal recourse.

THEY SUGGESTED TO BE A 'NO SHOW' AND ATLEAST THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED IN THAT CASE. I CONFIRMED THE SAME WITH EZEEGO1 CUSTOMER CARE GUY (VAIBHAV) WHO TOLD ME YES THE TAXES WILL BE REFUNDED TO ME IN 21 DAYS. I PLACED A CANCELLATION REQUEST ON THE SAME DAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING THESE GUYS REGULARLY AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT REFUND WILL BE DONE IN NEXT 72 HOURS. BUT NO USE. LAST SOMEBODY NAMED JAGDISH SAID IT WILL BE DONE WITHING 7 DAYS BUT AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED.

                I had tried to book a ticket on ezeego1.com on October 30,2007 . The ticket was for Mumbai to Kolkatta on Nivember 17,2007 and return from Kolkatta to Mumbai on 20th November 2007 for two adult and one child. The Booking reference Number EZR[protected]/A . The invoice for the same charged my card with Rs 23,723 on my ICICI credit card

                I did not received the complete reservation of the round trip that I had booked. I immediately wrote to them that I have not received the complete booking of the tickets so cancel the bookings . I received a confirmation that from ezeego on October 30 itself that they acknowledge the receipt of my cancellation as per details that my transaction ID was 290906.(enclosed)

                I then tried to get in touch with Ezeego at [protected] ( no one picked up) [protected] those numbers were unreachable. I then tried 28529309 where I could reach Ms Mansi on 30/10/2007 at 4:10 PM to inform her that my card should not be charged as I had received an sms that my card has been charged. She said all the people are busy and her customer service representatives shall be getting in touch with me shortly.

                Then I called ICICI Bank credit card department 28307777 spoke to Ms Subhada of ICICI and she said that she would keep my complain in the computer and as it was not reflected in my statement the dispute could not be raised. But she assured me the necessary action to stop payment for such transaction was done.

                Thereafter I went out of station and when I checked my credit card account to my surprise I found the amount 23723 was charged to my card and so I tried to call the ezeegoo and reached same Ms Mansi at 28529309 at 10:45 on 12/11/2007 and she again said she cannot transfer nor give me the number to any responsible person. And that I should leave my name and number and someone will get in touch with me I kept my name and number and no one got in touch with me.

                I then spoke to ICICI bank I spoke to Mohit, Amit who heard my request and said I would be forwarded to supervisor on one occasion I was even connected to the supervisor but before I could get a satisfactory reply the phone got disconnected. Then I spoke to Kamini at around 11 who connected me to Rahul of chargeback department who generated a dispute number SR 44358521 and asked me to fax the request for raising a dispute at Fax no 66466683 . I asked for a phone number where I could confirm if the Fax has reached , He said that The OK receipt of the fax was enough.


                In the mean while I received a mail from ezeego saying I had to personally cancel the tickets and that would be possible only 2 hours before the flight and I would be charged 500 for each cancellation. I had received a confirmation of booking from Mumbai to bhubaneshwar but I had booked Mumbai to Kolkatta and Kolkatta to Mumbai.

                I request you to kindly ensure that since the tickets were not booked not to pay ezeego any money and not to charge my card. First I was not provided the booking as was raised in the invoice and confirmed in their website and then I have valid cancellation receipt on the same day of cancellation acknowledgement on October 30,2007 on 3:23 PM from [protected]@ezeego1.com

                I am enclosing the following details

                A: The Invoice of Booking Mumbai Calcutta Calcutta Mumbai : Advance paid 23,723- Booking reference EZR[protected]/A

                B : Cancellation acknowledgement to Booking reference No EZR[protected]/A

                Kindly understand I am feeling extremely harassed, agonized and mentally stressed as I cannot get any answer to what is happening to my Rs 23,723 charged to my card and I have not received the tickets.

                Kindly ensure my credit card is not charged for an amount that has been debited without receipt of the tickets that I was supposed to receive and travel on.

                That was after 361 phone calls to ezeego and 118 phonecalls to ICICI after getting nowhere I started mailing at [protected]@icicibank.com,[protected]@icicibank.com and [protected]@icicibank.com. Then the ICICI Bank machinery started to roll. ICICI Told me not to worry my card will not be charged to the extent of 23,273 for the tickets, that was the first solace. They called up and gave me the address of gaurav.[protected]@icicibank.com I constatly emailed the updated version and finally one day before my trip was scheduled the EZeego persons started to call and they said they will not be able to give the refund, so though I was not mentally prepared to travel after I had known my tickets were not booked the only option I had was to travel so they said they would bopok my tickets. They said I had to pay fuel surcharge of another 450 Rs and said if I agreed to pay such a sum will they be booking my tickets. I was forced to pay another Rs 450 and they booked my tickets this time and they mailed the e tickets. If KVK has to intervene for every ticket I wonder if this is a good option.

                When I travelled next I booked with Travel Guru and cleartrip bopth the experience were plesant. Travel guru reservation failed but the phone call through theit BSNL tool free number required less than 3 minutes to contact their agent and my ticket was done in 2 minutes so the moral of the story is AVOID EZEEGO1. If you are not persistent their intention is to cheat you.
                The same thing happened with me when i booked a ticket from mubai to kolkata on 11th April2007. the payment was through credit card. but after 10 minutes i had to cancel my plan to go to kolkata so i returned the tickets then and there to the same airport counter itself.

                i was surprised to know that when i checked my credit card account the ticket amount of Rs 5341. was charged to me.
                i immediately called the citi bank call centre and inform them about the same, i was told that the amount will be adjested accordingly. i dont need to worry about that.

                the thing which bothered me later was the bill payment message from citi bank. i was surprised, i called the centre again and they then told me to send them the details of the ticket cancellation by fax and a letter attached for the cancellation of ticket.
                i sent the fax 3 times to them after which i got the confirmation from the centre that they have recieved it.

                its is almost a year that i have not got the amount adjested and whatever the bill payment messages i am getting are including the ticket amount. DO CITI BANK HAS ANY RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THIS PROBLEM. I am not happy with whatever is happening with me. i asked to cacel the card but i was told that if the payment is not done, i can not cancel the card.

                one thing i was told recently that the fax i have sent, it was sent 5 days after the due date. but can you tell me that
                why should citi bank charge me the full amount if i send the ticket details after due date?
                I hope to recieve a response from the concerned department.

                Ezeego1 travels 7 tours — amount Debited but no issue of ticket

                I wanted to book a ticket 30th Oct. for 20th Nov.2008 from Mumbai to Banglore By Kingfisher red airline on ezeego1 website
                After i paid the money through my C.card the transction show as fail but my card was debited for the ticket amount of Rs 3778/- & i did not get the ticket, i informed to there customer care no on phone
                even though Amout was debited & Traqsction fails, but it does not show on there web pages about this failur trasction & there is no resonse from ezeego1 travels & tours

                at 17-Apr-09 some online transaction was made by some other person I don’t know who is this. This is fraud case. Regarding to this matter I have already informed to ICICI executive officer.

                The person tried to made two transaction one is for Rs 12884/- which is succeed and other one for Rs 17730/- which is declined due to insufficient to available credit limit.

                Ezeego one tRAVELS — Credit Card Fraud

                A similar fraudulent transactions to the ones in the other posts has occurred where a false payment of Rs. 7612 in the name of Ezeego Travels from my credit card. Please be wary of this company.
                Suddenly, on 30/12/2009, I started receiving sms from my credit card company ( As part of transaction alert) that my card has been charged with a host of transactions from ezeego one travels and tours. These are various transactions ranging from Rs 3000 to Rs 18000 which I never did. I also previously had no dealings with this company for anything. so only way that the creditcard information could have been got was through fising or hacking. Definitely this needs further investigation from the authorities.
                Hi in my icici credit card also i wondered after seeing my statment. the card limit was 50, 000 and the statement came for 49, 875 rupees. somebody did shopping through this ezeego travels nearly some 40, 000 which i never did and i never heard about this ezeego. This really needs very much further investigation. If anybody booked tickets i guess authorities can easily catch them on whose names the tickets have been booked.

                  On 31 October 2007, I cancelled my onward journey from Mumbai to Bangalore flight from Deccan.

                  On their website they said that their refund policy is 1 week, but I have not listened any thing from them since that day. Also it is quite pathetic to call them, their customer care numbers are busy for the past 5 days (don't know which customer they are speaking to since these days)... and the wait time is more than 1 hour.

                  Even I tried to call the following 2 numbers:[protected]
                  +[protected] where the later goes to Fax mode, the first one rings and then is deliberitly hanged up.

                  Dont know if I can drag these people to court

                    I purchased a ticket using Ezeego's "ticket pe ticket" offer as per which I was supposed to get a free ticket on Air Deccan with every ticket purchased on the same airline. Now, when I go to the Ezeego's site to redeem the free ticket, the site mentions that the promotional code is invalid. I tried calling their customer support number at least 10 times and 10 min each , no one attends the call.
                    Now, I feel that I have been cheated through this scheme.

Now, when I go to the Ezeego's site to redeem the free ticket (for chennai - delhi sector where deccan operates), the site mentions that the desired ticket is not available, though when i go for normal booking, the seats are available.

                    I think the company is a cheat.
                    We have unlocked the promo code and we have informed Ms. syama devi about the same.
                    I totally agree on the "cheating" aspect. In the past 6 days, I have had a similar BAD experience trying to redeem one Promo code for a "free" ticket. Customer Service agents, though polite and courteous, are unable to resolve my issue even with the help of Supervisors and make committments about resolution and calling back but no one have ever called back. In my case, I was issued 8 promo codes and have used 6 successfully. The Call Centre agents insist that one of the remaining codes is shown as used by their system, even though they can see only 6 one way tickets booked under my other email ID.
                    They refuse outright to let me speak with a Supervisor or even give me the name, address and ID of the Company CEO or even the Company Registered Office address.

                    Am seriously contemplating legal action and writing to Air Deccan CEO Capt Gopinath to blacklist this company.
                    I too feel completely cheated by Eezego for the same scheme. when i tried to use their promo code there was a booking failure-ON THEIR PART. Even the PNR number was not issued. They said they'll get back to me in 48 hours but they didnt..and when they finally did-the ticket I wanted was not available so I cancelled the booking. I received the cancellation acknowledgement also from their behalf stating that it was a booking failure.
                    But since that day I have called up Eezego each and every day- requesting them to reactivate the promo code(used in the failed booking) or give me a new one and also ask them for a refund. They apparently dont believe in customer logs because each time i had to repeat my whole story to a new executive who would promise i reply in 24 /48 hours which i never got till date.

                    promo code-- "we'll activate it in 48 hours", "we have sent the request on high priority" , "I have personally talked to the backend team"
                    deadline -- "don't worry ma'am, the scheme is till 15th jan. you can book your tickets till 15 with this code"
                    refund -- "it will happen in 7 working days, the process is automated"

                    their answer on 14th jan
                    promo code -- "this promo code is used, we cant reactivate it-- HAD YOU CALLED BEFORE 10 JAN we could have issued it but now generation of promo codes has stopped", "you cannot get that free ticket--its not in our hands"
                    refund -- "it will happen in 21 working days"

                    in the mean time, that ammount has been billed through on my credit card. And each time I try to prove to them that i called up so many times before 10th jan all that they asy is that they have NO SYSTEM FOR CHECKING. and when i said that at least send me a mail which says that my refund request has been put in priority (as they claim) they said they DONT HAVE A SYSTEM FOR THAT.

                    I'm crossing my fingers that i get a refund..theres not much else that i can hope for.
                    Same was the case with me. They didn't have any seats on the selected sector when I tried to redeem but thru the normal booking route they had.

                    1 pe 1 offer nowhere states that there are only limited seats per flight. It says you book one and get one free. For Blr-Del-Blr I searched for everyday from Jan to Feb but there were no tkts available.
                    It happened with me around few months back, but i havent done a single penny transaction with them.Lets hope and pray these kind of cheaters understand value of reputation.
                    The 1 on 1 offer worked very well for me!

                    I completely agree with the above complaints, I booked a ticket with Ezeego from chennai to jaipur and I never received my 75% cash back offer. Each time I call customer care they say backend team is working. I asked them how many years you will take to resolve the issue, they said we are working.
                    This was the only answer i could get.
                    quite frustating service.
                    I would never recommand this website to anyone to book anything. This site should be banned.

                    Ezee Go:Airline Ticketing — Ticket Booking on Ezeego

                    Hi, I don't understand ezeego's polcies.They have fine and charges for their own faults too.
                    when i tried booking tickets.. i got debited into my account but the tickets were not confirmed. There was no withdrawl from my side but failure from Ezeego site to provide me with ticket. When i called up, customer care executive said you need to pay etc 200Rs as tax. Why wasnt it deducted when i as doing my trasaction that moment itself. And then i asked for refund.Now when i get funds, 100rs is deducted. Thanks very much for this. I now know how unproffesional this organisation can be. For what service this charges are cut. When i got no confirmed tiketing booking, and their was a failure from ezeego's site why the customers have to pay any charges.
                    I will make sure that never in my life i will book tickets through this site and advice the same to others..Thanks very much to organisations like Ezee Go.

                      Ezeego has an offer for ICICI Gold Credit Card holer whereas 25 % cash back on the basic fare for certain airlines will be given. I booked round trip from Bangalore to Pune on 20th Oct (Indigo airlines) and as per the offer i am supposed to get 25% cash back on my basic fare that is (1198*2), ie 598rs within 7 working day. But still now i have received only 299rs as a cash back.

                      When ever i tried to calling ezeego customer care it always says all the officers are busy to take the call. I even waited for 25mins ,still no one attended the call.

                      I really dont know whether i would be getting the rest of the cash back for my journey. Requesting you all not to avail Ezeego service in future.

                      ezeego — 25% Cash Back on ICICI Gold Card

                      I had purchased two airtickets for travel from New Delhi to Hyderabad and back on 08 Oct 07. I undertook the journey on 15 & 16 Oct 07. The booking reference No is EZR[protected]/A. I have repeatedly contacted their helpline for my 25% cash back, however, till date I have not received the money under this scheme. Could anybody please guide to me to speak to the CEO of the company or suggest an other solution please.
                      Ezeego has advertised an offer for ICICI credit cards on Indian airlines to give 25% cashback on base fare booked on all domestic airlines.I booked 2 tickets from my ICICI credit card on 06.10.2007 rs. 11787/- from Delhi to Pune and Pune to Delhi. They claimed to make the cashback in 5 days but already more than 7 months passed away. But till date no cash back received. Now when I call ICICI customer care they are saying to give contact to EZEEGO for cash back.Kindly do the needful at your end and it on urgent basis. Because more than 7 months passed away.
                      I had studied many options available with consumers to fight such cases. RBI-Ombudsman is one such option which can be taken up free of cost.
                      Ezeego is a fraud.
                      I booked my tickets on 25 January under the ICICI credit card cashback offer, which says book till 31st of January and get to cashback.
                      while booking the ticket to coupon code was accepted and said you will get cashback in 7 working days.

                      but now when I contacted them they says offer valid for flying before 31st Jan and they removed the offer page from website.

                        I'm feeling the same as the numerous other complainants. I booked air-tickets on 31st Oct, '07, the transaction went smooth and the amount was also credited from my credit card. But the transaction didn't generate any PNR no but it mentioned to contact the customer care. The customer care is another hell. I could never reach them but only got the message that "all our executives are (still) busy" even after more than half an hour.

                        So, I'd suggest all other sufferers to find a proper channel (any consumer forum/ gov't/ PSUs) where we can lodge complaint and get back our money.

                        I'm really concerned about the validity of the company after seeing so many similar complaints.

                          I booked tickets from ahmedabad to hyderabad for 2nd november in indian airlines. The said airlines do not allow to board the plane if one does not have e - ticket.

                          I never received e - tickets from ezeego.com. All follow ups faied. E - ticket should have been mailed to me within 24hours of booking but e - ticket was not mailed till the flight date.

                          Customer care is pathetic. 1 hour is the minimum waiting time.

                          I had to board the plane by taking another tickets. I have no idea how to claim / take action against the said web site "ezeego1.com".

Next day i called up the customer care which costed me dearly as it was an std call for me. after 30mins the lady picked up and said that i will get my pnr in next 12 hrs. i waited fr 2 more days. called up again. again they told me that i will get the onr in 6 hrs. after that i have given a lot of complaints to their e-mail ids to which these people never respond.                             Ezeego1.com — Reversal of the booking amount

                            I had done one way travel booking on Ezeego.com site for Mumbai-Delhi sector on Go Air. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled. I did the booking on 21st Sept 2007 and my travel was for 22nd Sept 2007. I checked up with the airlines and they said that the full amount has been refunded to Ezeego.com and they will reverse your money to your credit card company. I tried calling the customer service department and had sent them so many e-mails but all in vain. Their service is pathetic and I have no intentions to book any of my travel tickets on this portal. I would also suggest others not to book any of their travel tickets with Ezeego.com. They are in the market without any customer servicing or satisfaction. Theoir main motive is to earn money and no give a single service to their customers.
                            THEY HAVE TILL DATE NOT REFUNDED MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

                            Ezeego1.com — Worst support & service

                            Ezeego1.com claims that "our travel consultants will process your queries in a jiffy".

                            The reality is that It takes at least 30 minutes for someone to answer their helpline number. Till then one has to hold on with the automated system just going on and on. I have tried to call up the helpline at various times, in the morning, afternoon, evening, even at midnight !!! But no-one answers before 30 minutes.

                            Even various emails sent to them regarding any problems go unanswered. I had made a booking on 3 Oct 2007 for which i have still not recd the promised cashback on my credit card till today. I have called as well as emailed about this several times but there has been no response. Truly abysmal after-sales service !!!!

                            Ezeego1.com — fraud

                            Ezeego1.com hosts a website for filght tickets booking, where i was trying to book a ticket from hyderabad to delhi. the website takes you a gateway where icici or the banck you choose askes for the information on your credit card.

                            the ezeego1.com site showed a transaction failed screen where as my credit card company has sent me an SMS stating i have competed an transaction of 3032 rs towards ezeego1.com.

                            after writing two mails to ezeego1.com there has been no response and thier customer care phone no. systems puts you on infinite hold.

                            KF says ticket is cancelled from there end, but after 1 month also i m not able to get the refund back.

                            Even i am experiencing the similar problem, wherein they promised to give the promotional code for booking the secondary ticket free(Excluding the Taxes).
                            6 days have been passed but have not received the promotional code and daily i am calling up the customer care to hear they saying " I am forwarding the request to the team with high priority basis and you will receive it within 24 hrs".

                            I Had made a booking with Ezeego1.com on 12th of November with reference Num: EZR[protected]/A from Hyderabad to Kolkata and Return ticket, at that particular time the print said that booking is failed but when I contacted the Ezeego1 customer care they said that you will get your PNR within 4 hours but after that no one contacted me back.

                            I tried a lot on the customer service desk, no one picked up the phone. Wrote a mail to [protected]@ezeego1.com and [protected]@ezeego1.com but no one returned back with my PNR Number.

                            My next move was on 5th of December, when I contacted the customer care, they said your booking has been cancelled and you will get your refund within 20 days. I paid huge extra money that time for my new ticket with Indigo and AirDeccan. In between I got a refund of Rs 137 (Total ticket price was 4557.00).

                            On 27th of December when I contacted the customer care for my refund, they said you will get your refund within 72hours. I dint received any money after 1 week.

                            I tried again to them on the same customer care number and the person was Mr Shyam, he told me that your account has been credited with the amount and you can check there, and if it is not there please check with ICICBANK with the transfer reference number[protected], when I checked with ICICI they said there is no transaction with your account and this is not a standard process (transaction reference number) practiced by ICICI.

                            On the very same day I tried back to your customer care number, the guy called priyesh picked up the phone and after hanging me for half and hour he told me that your money will be processed in 1 week time.

                            But till date no money has been credited into my account.

                            Today on January 13th I again talked to Mr Vinay Singh, he said that you will get your money back in 1 week of time.

                            My wife and myself had a ticket booked via Ezeego1 website from delhi to mumbai on 20th jan'08 with deccan . We checked in and got our boarding passes .After clearing the security we were awaitng for the flight. At this time we were called by Air Deccan and told that the ticket on my name Manish Kumar was also issued to the other person with the same name. On further enquiry it was found tht my ticket was never issued by Air Deccan . Our boarding passes were cancelled and our lugages offloaded . We tried hard to explain them tht we have actually paid for the tcket and Ezeego1 had sent me the E-ticket. But the Deccan staff kept on saying that my ticket was wrong and no such records on my address and ph. number existed with them. I talked to Ezeego thn and was told tht YES my ticket was wrongly issued . Further complains to the airport manager at the delhi airport went invain as he was not tht effective in helpin us. thereafter seeing no way out we had to reschedule our flight, paying another 6500, for new ticket and the reschudule of my wife's ticket. I have already called ezeego twice but they seem in no mood to help me out. Pls help me out

                            Tried booking a ticket on 29/12/07 between Mumbai to Bangalore through Ezeego site for travel on 30/12/07 in the name of Ms Sarada Raman. There was transaction failure but my credit card had been debited for Rs 2653/-. From 29/12/07 to date i.e 5/2/07 have been sending e-mails at complaints and enquiry @ezeego1 .com and have made more than 40 calls at [protected] attended to by M/s Ejaz, Sangita, Samir, Pranati, Jyoti, Vikas et al who on a daily basis promised refund witin 72 hrs. Till date no response to my e- mails nor a recognition of my complaint with a complaint no. Swear never to try this site again.

I immediately called customer care and they informed me that it was a booking failure and that the amount would be refunded back to my credit card within 7 working days. After 7 working days, I again called them, they said to wait for 72 hours. From that time onwards till today 5th feb 2008, 1 month has passed and despite my everday communication by phone , mail, nothing has happened till now. I am really tired of all this.                             Ezeego1.com — amount debited without booking

                            I completed a transaction on your site www.ezeego1.com on 25th May, 2008, for a Air Deccan flight from lucknow to delhi for 29th of May 2008 (departure time 1450 hrs)

                            The payment was being done through net banking (Axis Bank) but after the transaction was complete, no page was displayed, neither the ticket got generated and the amount of Rs. 5314 was debited from my account. I have confirmed with Axis bank, the amount of Rs.5314 has been credited in ezeego1 account.

                            Diferent operators in the call centre say different things, some say it is a transaction failure and the amount would be auto reverted, some say they have forwarded the complaint to the concerned department and they shall get back. Till date none of then have been able to give a satisfactory answer.

                            Ezeego1.com — Cashback NOT received even after 1 month

                            I booked one hotel through ezeego1.com. I was told about the cash back offer and it allowed me to get the 50% of paid amount within 21 working days. Now, even after one month, I am yet to receive anything from them. I called them several times but no action has been taken yet. I dont know what can I do to get my due amount.

                            I booked my air ticket from ezeego1.com and later got it canceled. i canceled the ticket from the ezeego1.com portal only.
                            i also got the cancellation acknowledgment. its been more than 3 months now but i have not got my money back. Now the customer support says that the ticket was not canceled aand they blame that i did not cancelled the ticket. i have all the email proofs to prove them wrong.
                            I booked one hotel through ezeego1.com. I was told about the cash back offer and it allowed me to get the 50% of paid amount within 21 working days.                             Ezeego1.com — CANCELLATION OF BOOKED TICKET WITHOUT CONSULTATION

                            I HAD BOOKED ROUND TRIP TICKETS DELHI TO CHENNAI ON EZEEGO1 SITE ON 25.03.09 FOR MY WIFE AND MY 2 DAUGHTERS AGED 5 & 2 RESPECTIVELY (BOOKING REF NO.EZR[protected]/A). I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE BOOKING AND SMS FROM MY BANK CONFIRMING DEBIT OF Rs.16272 ON MY CARD.

                            WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE PRINTOUT OF THE TICKET ON THE 1ST OF APRIL I WAS NOT ABLE TO. ON CONTACTING I WAS TOLD TO WRITE A MAIL. I DID. BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. I AGAIN CALLED THEM TODAY (3RD APRIL) ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT A REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED. I CHECKED WITH MY BANK BUT THERE WAS NO CREDIT.

                            EZEEGO1 HAD UNILATERALLY PROCESSED REFUND ON THE ABOVE BOOKING WITHOUT CONSULTING ME OR INTIMATING ME. WHEN I TRY THE TICKETS FOR THE SAME FLIGHTS TODAY THE FARED HAVE ALREADY GONE UP TO Rs.25000.

                            THEY ALSO FALSELY ALLEGED THAT I WAS CONTACTED BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE REFUND. HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NO SUCH CALLS.

Based on this promotional scheme I booked the first ticket on 31/5/09, for CCU - BOM sector with departure date of 3/6/09, paying full fare of Rs.6034/70. Before booking the ticket I had carefully gone through the terms and conditions of the promotion scheme, which stated that promotion code would be provided through e-mail after booking the first ticket, and it stated the other terms and conditions of promotion, but nowhere there was mention about tax or surcharges to be paid while redeeming the FREE ticket.
                            After booking the first ticket through ICICI credit card a e-mail was sent to my registered Yahoo id with promotion code and terms and condition link, copy of the detailed terms and conditions of the promotion are enclosed. I do understand the need to pay Passenger Service Fee in all kind of airline promotion free ticket schemes, as this money is legitimate tax paid to the Government.

                            In order to redeem the free ticket I logged into Ezeego1 website on 11.8.09 and tried booking ticket for CCU – BOM sector with travel date of 25.8.09. To my shock the website demanded Rs.2445.00 charge to get the booking done and ticket issued. On calling up Ezeego1 contact centre immediately, I was informed by a call agent, Mr. Prathamesh, the said payment is towards taxes. When I argued with him that as per DCGA notice only Passenger Service Fee is the correct tax, which is actually paid to the Government rest all amount are collected by the airline or the portal. Since the call agent could not resolve the issue I demanded to speak to his manager. Thereafter, on- duty floor supervisor by the name Mr. Pratod Amrute came on the line and tried to convince me. By then they had already realized their mistake, the supervisor asked me to refer to FAQ on their website which states taxes and surcharges needs to be paid extra for redeeming the so called FREE ticket. My argument was that this FAQ was no where advertised or linked and or stated in the explicit terms & conditions which was available on their website or detailed terms and condition link while I had booked the first ticket. In fact the FAQ was linked and published at much later date with the deliberate intention of misleading and fooling gullible customers who have already fallen for the trap.
                            When this fact was brought forth the supervisor he immediately said that they will talk to their senior managers and try to address the issue. Thereafter on 12th Aug., 13th Aug. there were repeated calls from Ezeego employee, Ms. Pallavi Garud, trying to convince me that taxes means PSF & surcharges. Finally, I had to inform her that surcharges are not tax and this has been very clearly notified by DGCA to all airlines, then she changed the stance and sent an e-mail to me on 13th Aug. evening 18:00 hours, stating that under this offer ticket can be availed by paying the applicable Taxes and Surcharges. Taxes include applicable Passenger Fee and Fuel Surcharges levied by the airline. My question here is, why was the term & condition of the promotion did not state that applicable taxes, passenger fee and fuel surcharges right from the day the promotion has been launched? This was an deliberate attempt to mislead the customers, as giving the fact would have not lead to so many customer buying tickets under false premise.

                            This clearly shows the unscrupulous intention of Ezeego1 to promote false scheme by enticing and fooling the customer by publishing a different terms & condition at the time of booking and, when confronted introduce another set of terms and condition to save their skin.

                            Request your kind intervention to stop this malpractices with immediate effect, also penalize the errant Travel portal and the airlines who indulge in unethical trade practice. Your assistance in this regard will save frequent air travellers like me falling bait to these kinds of malpractices.

                                We have booked Hyderabad - Goa from Ezeego Airline flight Return tickets from[protected] to[protected].We have made Rs.32844/- transaction through ICICI Titanium credit card on 31/10/2007 afternoon.

                                Booking ref no: EZR[protected]/A

                                unfortunately we got a mail stating the failure transaction but we received a message from ICICI bank that the transaction is done for amount Rs.32844/-

                                we enquired with ICICI bank they are saying that transaction is done and they needs you’re confirmation regarding the failed transaction of our tickets so as to revert back the amount in our account.

                                We have called to Ezeego toll Free number.. many time i dint get connected with customer executive.. and there is no response form "[protected]@ezeego1.com" there is irresponsibly from the Ezeego. Is this the way cheating with the people.. Stupid offers ..

                                  I have booked a flight in domestic airline with my ICICI Bank gold credit card through Ezeego1 using it's online portal (www.ezeego1.com) on 12th Oct 2007. According to the Cash Back offer, Ezeego1 was supposed to refund me back the 25% of the basic fare into my credit card account within 7 days of purchase of the ticket.

                                  But, its more than 15 days since I am waiting for the cash back. I called up their customer care but nobody is picking up the phone. I even sent mails and registered online complaint but of no avail. There is no response from Ezeego1. It seems they are simply into cheating people by luring them of great savings.

                                  The irony is in this fraud ICICI Bank is also involved indirectly by endorsing such a company for the sake of more uses of their credit cards. So my this complaint is against them as well. I even called up ICICI customer care but they refused to help saying I should contact the merchant only.

                                  So I advise people not to fall into such traps and keep themselves away from such companies. It's quite frustrating.

                                  There was a scheme by Ezeego that they shall give discount against total of Authorization Code, when we book any ticket of Indigo Airline by ICICI credit CARD. there fore i had booked one ticket for travel date 17th November 2008 Bangalore to Ahmedabad on Ezeego1 vide reference number : EZR[protected]/A [ Airline PNR number : LZ8HBB] but still they have not e mailed any authorzation code or intimated about it. in this matter have have even requested them by registering a complaint by web quary form from there website vide Web Query Number is 1187435.

                                  I completely agree about Ezeego, this company cheats in the name of cash back offer. If you happen to cancel the ticket you had it. The Ezeego cancellation charges for such ticket is 500 per pnr which is the base price of the ticket. you pay another 200 for processing and eventually end up paying more than the base price for cancellation. I suggest that you stop using these service and book tickets directly from the airline website.

                                    I booked tickets on 10th oct through ezeego using ICICI platinum card and according to terms moneyback should happen in 7 days but till now nothing has come.
                                    I contacted customer care last week ( got connected after 17 minutes) and he said within 2 working days it will be done. but till now(its 1 week over) nothing has happened. i called again but call is always on wait and nobody picks up. Sent mail twice to all email IDs provided by them on website but no reply at all.
                                    Thniking of going to consumer forum. Anybody has any idea how to go ahead?

                                    I suggest you contact ICICI and tell them that you will cancel the card if it does not get attention ASAP. And see how they come back to you :).

                                      I tried to book a flight ticket on Ezeego and they booked my money issued me a receipt but did not give me a PNR number for the flight and didnot confirm. I tried their customer service number and it kept me waiting for 25 minutes before it got cut off on its own. Now I have no ticket (I have to fly tomorrow) and they have booked the money and I cant reach anyone.

                                      This is the lousiest online travel booking. I will never do it again

                                      Same problem with my booking done on non 1st 2007 on my ICICI bank card for two of office managers. Card has been charged but no PNR generated. No response from ezeego call centre or Mumbai office. Emails sent in this regard unanswered. Hope I get my refund.
                                      I totally agree to the above experiences... it is a total mess...
                                      god knows who created it and most importantly why?
                                      Their mumbai office is also good for nothing.....

                                      This is the lousiest experience any E-Com web site can offer, The Ezeego1 should be awarded the "worst site " (if you want to inform about their award to them but youll not able to reach them) they are deaf and mute. The companies like these make a quick buck and make a common man to loose faith in Net based business. I have booked a ticket to delhi and later cancelled but never got the refund back. When i contact the airline they promptly reply that its been credited but it never appeared on my account. Coming from the IT industry i can understand there can be some bugs in the web portal which can create some problems but not providing medium to resolve them through by other means is what makes this company a suspicious. This will the blast time i am using this site (As if they bother!!!). Some piece of adive to "The people behind the site/promoters "
                                      -If you cant handle it please dont start your business".
                                      -Never have a lousy Call center which never takes calls and if they do gives excuse that " We have heavy trafic"
                                      -Never publish a email id which bounces back.
                                      -Above all if you have done mistake, admit it and try to provide solution rather then hide behind the world of internet.
                                      -This one is a request : Please put a link to consumer forum in your website itself so that customer can directly goto consumer forum (however they have to goto this link eventually...)
                                      - If the promoter has come credibility then they must come forward to rectify before people of india loose faith in online transactions (obviously ...some ABC will say ah! this happens only in india)

                                      I can go on but will the thick skinned management ever listens to any of these ....i doubt!!! ...Now where is that consumer Forum address (he wonders...sigh...sign)
