Ibibo claims they Refunded me R6311 on 13 November for a Flight Ranch-Pune Indigo I cancelled.
I have checked all my accounts (have 9 and 5 credit cards). I sought to whom they Refunded and last 4 Digits of that ac no.
They SIMPLY REFUSE. 4 complaints logged in and each reply is go check yourself.
They said chk UPI limked ac in icici or any. I have only two UPI linked. I sent them bk stmts of NOV month which has NO Refunds.br...

We had booked a flight from Ayodhya to Jaipur through GoIbibo. Booking ID - GOFLDNTAAB[protected]. This flight was cancelled by the sirline. We therefore requested for full refund. We should get the full refund as flight is cancelled by airline, but we were refunded Rs. 1, 566/- less. We should be refunded the balance Rs. 1, 566/- immediately....

I have paid extra 20rs for refund the amount double if incase the bus booking is cancelled by the bus operator. But i got only 714rs, . But have paid rs 734rs to book the bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore on October 13. I want 2x the amount back to my wallet....

My concern is regarding to full refund cancellation of ticket pnr are 5xxozp and 5xxjnq.
I have only received Rs 11030 whereas my ticket amount was Rs 21042

Using Goibibo for more than 10 years. Booked a Hotel in Goa on 15th July for a night. We could not go because of the Heavy Rain alert. Requested to process a refund or credit notes to plan on a later date. Followed up with Goibibo for more than 4 days in advance. Goibibo could not process even this simple request and gave reason, sorry hotel denied the request!...What is the point of going through Goibibo for Hotel booking if they can't help...

On 4-June I tried booking train tickets via GoIbibo app while the money was deducted the booking could not be made as confirmed by the app on the same day. The app further showed that the refund is being issued and it should get credited by 10-June. Unfortunately that never happened. I have a nightmare experience with cab booking from @goibibo on 11th June from Durgapur airport to Mayureswar.
First, you sent a different cab. I booked a diesel car but a CNG car came to receive me. There was no space for luggage at the back. I immediately registered a complaint.

I tried booking flight from BLR to BOM for 17th May'24 - Gobibo asked for Rs 4221 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.
