[Resolved]  Flipkart — order cancelled

I ordered a graphic card yesterday from flipkart which was on offer and was in stock.today. I got their conformation e-mail and phone call.Today i got a message that the order is cancelled due to it is not in stock.Now the price of that graphic card is increased and now i wont be able to buy it. Please help me.

Situation:

Placed an order for 675/- for 3 items. Did not get an item and status shows cancelled after 8 days.

-There was clearly a mistake on your side about the product sale. You put the item as available even if you dint have stock.
-I was not informed about order cancellation
-The order said delivery in 8 days, a wait for 8 days tells me the order is cancelled
-I ask for an option or alternative i dont get it. There was a book with the same title available for 200. I told I would pay the extra amount but Flipkart cant help the situation
-And I get a wonderful suggestion that if i place an order for 500 I get free delivery.
-Was the suggestion just a way to get more orders? Was that a suggestion customer executive gives?

I am definitely not your greatest customers, but there should be flexibility. You say you deliver smiles but it failed.

I am a regular customer of flipkart.com and like this site very much because of the convenient shopping experience. But in recent time I had an experience with Flipkart.com which is against its reputation in market.

I ordered online 3 dell external HDD 1 TB on 10th june 2013 (at a discounted price) and paid through my credit card. The txn was successfully done and I got the confirmation email and sms from flipkart as well.

But today when I logged in to check the updated status I found that order has been cancelled. When I talked to the customer care no one could solve my problem, different customer executive came with different opinion. One told that it is out of stock so system cancelled the order, another one told that I myself cancelled the order, and they were making stories like there is a bank txn problem. Either of these is not true. 11, 710 was deducted from my account and bank confirmed the txn.

I called them at least for five times but no one could give me a satisfactory answer. In this circumstance, I really need to know why it happened and need my hard drives at earliest to continue the ongoing relationship with Flipkart India

Dear Flipkart,
I have ordered Motorola flip cover for MOTO G (order ID ODA[protected]IEINW00), now surprisingly my order has been cancelled, I bore patience for a week waiting for it. now how come you have placed an order
and cancelled( reason being out of stock)?, for your repute and fame this doesn't go well and i was a mouth propagandist for flipkart now i think i was was wrong. If the product was out of stock then you should have discussed, cancelling the order and crediting 50 bucks is very pathetic.As i can see other colours are available, iam unhappy, whats the point of me being quick to book it on sale, or are they mere traps for a twist ending. kindly respond.

when there was big million day on flipkart i ordered a shirt which was to be delivered by 11 th of october 2104 but then was delayed to 18th of oct. but now today they have cancelled my order don't know what the reason is and to say sorry they have credited 750 to my account. i really liked the shirt and want it please help me ...
