Dear All,
I have placed ordered Samsung Map (GT-N7000) with freebie of Flipcover under order no OD[protected] on 28-Oct-12. I had selected this product as this come with Flipcover. When I received my product through Courier Flipcover is missing and I have initiated the same to Flipkart to deliver the same.

However, their executives giving me false assurance always that it would be delivered next week... next week, but that next week does not come yet till 24-Nov-12.

Due to non availability of flipcover, my phone gets damaged in an accident (by falling) and its glass get broken and same is costing me 13,000 INR.
I have approached to flipkart to pay these damages as they have not supplied flipcover and there is a high probability that if they deliver flipcover on time this damage can be avoided.

As this a breach of agreement signed at the time of purchasing the product, they are supposed to pay the damages either fully or partially (50%), as they never intimated me and give false assurance every time.

Though this medium, I want to make you all aware, to stay away from Flipkart, as they don't have professional ethics and request your support in this regard.

    Hi,
    I had ordered a HDD for laptop from flipkart on 11th Nov 2012. I got the delivery on 16th Nov 2012. Turned out they had charged me for a higher version and delivered a inferior version. I called up the customer service and they promised a replacement soon. Next time around, the same thing happened. Invoice claims a different product from the delivered. So warranty is void. On calling up the customer care, the CCA tells me that he has taken the complaint and now I should keep down the phone since there are other customers waiting in line. Thanks for telling me what a precious customer I am. On calling up again and speaking to Supervisor, I am told that the second delivery never happened. Their log shows that the courier guy found the door locked. I guess he forgot that he met me at the door and that I returned the product since the product was not what I wanted. Trying to reach the Customer Care Head was futile since I was told that he will not be able to attend to my complaint.

    To top it all, the product I had ordered is still available and that too at a lower price than what I had ordered it at. The product that was delivered to me is also separately available.

    So much for genuine products available on Flipkart.

      I have ordered a Logitech Z103 2.1 Multimedia Speakers (Black) at Rs. 1192.00 from flipkart.com on 08 Nov. 2012 , they promised to deliver product/ shipment in 2-3 working days. today 12 days over I don't receive my ordered product, they are not ready to refund my amount which i have paid on 08 Nov. 2012, please help me, I have attached an e-mail print screen which i have received after order.

        I have ordered a camera on 5th which has not been delivered yet whereas flipkart commits in site that it will delivered in 4/6 working days. Further I received message that order shipped on 8th and when called the courier they are saying they have no tracking of this order. After calling many times to customer care they are saying we will call back in 24 hours, 1 hours etc and nobody is calling. I have cancelled the order yesterday and no response from flipkart yet about this order.

          I am Vinod Modiyani from lucknow city and my phone number is[protected]. I got 499 rupees plan activated on my phone. once my bill has got generated of 1600/- rupees. I requested to the customes care for itimissed bill but they did not provide me and said u have to deposit this amount. Next month again they provide me bill of rupees 1850/- . I again requested for itimisses bill but did not get. When i did not pay that they blocked my services and they increased my bill amount to 3200/-.           i had ordered a galaxy note from flipkart
          i took it as it was giving free flipcover (logical would be to give white)

          how can a person buy white mobile and roam around in orange colour. i will not be able to use samsung note. the customer care is saying samsung has delivered such colour withour asking even flipkart.

          the worst part was the customer care who was talking rudely and just saying sorry for late delivery.

          just saying sorry like robots and not listening to customer request

          when questioned whether he will use orange colour, he said "no" for it.

            Recently i have purchased a sukam power doc from flipkart and found that i have been cheated.

            flipkart provided me the product with manufacturing date as 2010 which is hidden by a 2012 sticker. The product contains too many scratches and also looks old. I feel that the product is a repaired one.

            I have mailed to cc team of flipkart but no reply.

            All of you think twice before purchasing from flipkart. Many of these are very old product.

            Why should i pay for an old product?

            This is my last purchase from flipkart

              hi myself preeti karemore, i booked a pen drive on oct 20 and received also on 23rd of october but during booking of this pendrive my money has been debited twicely ,as i contacted flipkart so many times for refund but they just registered my compliant and not yet solved .please refund my money 1511 as soon as possible and if you want my bank statement that also showing 1511 deducted twicely on 20 oct from flipkart ,so i can send you that also.my order no is od[protected] . the id i used for booking is [protected]@gmail.com.please solve my problem or i have to take legal action against flipkart.

                [ Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item ] OD[protected]
                I have ordered 32 inch LCD Videocon (4th Oct) as per above order number. They have delivered after one month (29 Oct 2012)defective piece. immediately we have made complaint to flipkart, they have assured to replace within short time, later they have told me that since no more stock, they refund the money. But till now (11.11.12) one has responded till now!
                Really it is giving too much stress after paying the amount and waiting for almost 40 days and we have to stop this type of negligence attitude towards consumers.
                Kindly initiate stern action against them to protect other consumers.

                  The steps of the online shopping mayhem:

                  1. The Laptop color which was delivered was different from the one displayed on site.

                  2. The DOS was corrupted (Eg: On Keying in W, Z was displayed and on keying A, Q was displayed)

                  3. I ordered for a refund.

                  4. The Flipkart officer and the Bluedart officer picked up the laptop but twice kept coming back to my place to pick it up. No idea what was up with their communication.

                  5. After providing all the account details on 20th October for NEFT transfer, I am communicated that the refund will occur in a weeks time.

                  6. Today is 10th November, however, now they ask me for the Bluedart Order Tracking ID.

                  7. No Point Of Escalation Provided.

                  I humbly await the Rs. 33,000/- NEFT transfer.

                      I Dharmendra kashyap, a PhD student at The Centre for Bio-informatics, Pondicherry University, living in Pondicherry, booked online an Alcatel mobile model no OT-710 D from flipkart.com An Online selling company on[protected], got it on[protected].

                      I sent that mobile to my younger brother Sachin Kumar kashyap living in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Owing to the problem with the battery back up I wrote back flipkart.com on 17-Sept-2012, they gave me some procedure to follow for improving the battery backup, After following the procedures my brother got no improvements.

                      So I wrote back again on 25-Sept-2012 to flipkart and they said me to go to nearest centre if I am not satisfied with the product and when I said about the replacement they said that the battery back up which I told them is 3-4 days with normal usage, it is quit satisfactory for them and they can not take it back and refused for replacement.
                      when I said about the technical specification given in their website which states the backup for up-to 800 hrs and 16 hours of talk time, they said that I should better go to nearest service centre and do necessary steps personally and stated that they cant do any more in this matter any further.

                      so my younger brother who lives in Bilaspur city in Chhattisgarh went to the authorized centre in Bilaspur. First they refused to entertained the complaint, then after some days after showing them the service centre list provided by the Alcatel in Chhattisgarh they got ready to help me. After repeated visits to the centre in Bilaspur with no results, on 19-Oct-2012, the owner of the service centre in Bilaspur refused to do any help.

                      On 18-Oct-2012, I wrote back flipkart.com for this problem, they again asked me to go to the Authorized service centre and said they will not replace the battery as its already two month over in this process.
                      Now I got no option but to write a complaint against flipkart.com and the Alcatel India.

                      I NEED FURTHER SUGGESTION IN THIS REGARD…..........

                        I have been gifted a Flipkart E-gift voucher worth Rs 500. I have been trying to use the same on the flipkart site, however due to some technical issue the same cannot exercised. I have highlighted the issue multiple times to the customer support via calling as well as mailing. At one time the call was even escalated to the floor manager who assured that i ll get some assurance within 1 day, however the same never happened.

                        I have sort of lost hope in flipkart's claim of 48 hr resolution to complaints & also lost hope in flipkart. Might switch to some other online shopping portal.

                          I have ordered a laptop by making a full advance payment through my credit card in Flipkart.com(Order ID : OD[protected]) on the 24th of september 2012. (More than a month ago).

                          I have not got the product nor the refund of the amount till date. I have made numerous calls to the customer care and I didnt even get response to my mails sent to [protected]@flipkart.com. The customer care guys keep saying that they have informed to concerned department etc. Some even went to the extreme of cheating me saying that its already processed. But when I ask for the mail they keep fooling around.

                          Inspite of asking severeal times, they havent given me any escalation contact details.
                          Request you to do something in this regard.

                          Letsbuy.com — No delivery of product

                          I had submitted one prepaid ordered for one 300 ltr Kelvinator Fridge (KCP 314) order LSB-909193 through website www.LetsBuy.com
                          It was mentioned on the webite that product will reach within 8-12 days. I have ordered it on 09-March-2012 and expected that fridge will be delivered on time as mentioned in the site. Till today i.e. 26th March 2012 neither I got the product nor I received any communication from Letsbuy.com. Where ever I called Letsbuy customer care I got extremely irresponsible responce that my order is in process and they have escalated my issue to Escalation department. Mailed to their CEO also Hitesh Dhingra, he seems to enjoying on customers money & fooling customers & making fraudulent websites to extort as much money as possible.

                          I am disappointed with the service & want to file a suit in Consumer Court on the grounds of mental agony, physical discomfort & harrasment.

                            I order the Samsung product but when it delivered to me it seal was broken , Then i ask the delivery boy why its like this. He told that by mistake he delivered the product to some other place. Then i told how this is possible you should do the cross checked at least verify the phone number(mobile number). He did not answer anything.
                            So i revert the product back to him. But in the beginning he was not ready to take it back. I told i don't want this product. I don't know he was telling true or false. But i didn't accept the product as that the electronic product which may be tampered. Then i talk to customer support in front of him(delivery boy) they replied "Ok sir but again it will take nearly 7-8 working days(excluding the weekends) to do all the things" i told what???? 7-8 days?. Really i am felling very bad with the Flip-kart service. I heard a lot of it. But now feeling very bad.
                            So please cancel the product and i don't want any product as i have to gift the phone to my younger brother and he is leaving out of India.
                            It better to take the product from some retails like electronic shop.. at least you can check there. RIGHT ?. As anything went wrong its only you and you who will suffer. They never suffers they just replied "Sorry" thats all. Now as only i am suffering no one else??? Its very bad "FlipKart" .

                              I have ordered ( order no :OD[protected]) Videocon 32 LCD TV with Flipkart.com on 7th Oct 2012, after several follow up for 15 days, i got delivery on 24th Oct 2012 late evening. Next day I have called technician to fix it, while switch on, we found cracks on the display. immediately I have made complaint to FLIPKART, so far no answer from them.
                              Kindly advise.

                              Naaptol.com — damaged shipment

                              This refers to order no 1686110 vide which blackberry was ordered on portal Naaptol.com against COD and payment of Rs 11,198 was made to the courier company.On opening the package , To our horror, we found the following:

                              a) A used second hand phone.
                              b) Damaged screen.
                              c) damaged battery.
                              d) No CHARGER.
                              e) phone has a wallcomm cdma sticker which clearly shows that it is a smuggled unlocked phone and not a new black berry.

                              This nseems to be an open fraud by Naaptol.com being carried out openly and demanding strict legal action

                              I placed Order # LSB-563511 for digital camera on 01/11/2011 but it has not been delivered till now (15/11/2011), so I recommund not to purchase items from letsbuy.com
                              I received my complete consignment in three instalments after one month.
                              Dear Sir,

                              I ordered the a Sony - Miro model mobile on 29th Sep, 2012 for Rs. 14, 499/- from FLIPKART.COM. Received the product on 05th Oct, 2012.

                              But after using it for 15-20 days a display problem occurred. Whenever i capture a photo using camera a line (a colouring line of different colour each time) comes below the outline of the camera...

                              Again after few days, the problem of coloured line came in its home screen at the bottom means the display is containing a coloured lining bottom of the screen...

                              I asked flipkart to replace it as it has it's 30days replacement policy, their technical first called me and told me to send them those flickered photos & i sent it to them.

                              After sending the photos they told me to go to the Sony service centre & bring a DOA or a letter from the service centre that the mobile to be replaced.

                              Is it the replacement policy have i read or written...NO !!
                              The replacement policy says that...

                              "...What is Flipkart’s return policy?

                              If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on flipkart.com..."

                              How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

                              Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you..."

                              And many other policies are there, but they are not adhering with their policies.

                              What should I do ?

                                Sir I had bought a new Sony xperia miro through flip kart on (Invoice date:[protected]with invoice number:DEL[protected]. Their TIN number is:[protected]. I jaismon George, from Cochin,kerala. After 2 days of delivery, the earphone of the set got malfunctioned and wi-fi not working and total phone hang. I visited the Sony service centre in Cochin named ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LTD.

                                  I placed an order for Samsung galaxy s3 pebble blue for Rs37000/- on September 14th(Order no : OD[protected]). Then I requested for cancellation on September 15th, after confirming with their customer care representative that the product is not shipped and amount will be refunded. I placed a new order for Samsung galaxy S3 marble white on Sept25th (Order No : OD[protected]). Meanwhile, I continued enquiring the Flipkart customer care team regarding my cancellation request. I always got the reply that “ Flipkart will be processing this request immediately” which did not happen even after both the products were delivered to me on October 5th. When I again enquired their team regarding this, they said me that “The cancellation request was supposed to be processing by now, which unfortunately did not happen” and some apologies. After my n number of calls, I came to know that they have started processing my cancellation request on October 8th. And they asked me to wait till October 13th for the reverse pick up to happen. But this also did not happen. When enquired about this through mail, I was asked to wait till October 16th. They also sent me a mail detailing the procedure of how to pack the product for reverse pick up. But no one came to pick the product. On October 18th, I called them and got a reply that " A product once delivered cannot be taken back". This statement made the whole thing make me feel like I was fooled.

                                    I had ordered a TV from flipkart.com 3-4 days back.it was suppose to be delivered on 16th of oct.when I called in to confirm the order on the 15th oct,the CS associate informed us that our order has been cancelled!

                                      I have ordered a product, 1. Order Id : OD[protected] - Lta : Bag Forever Rio BFE/CZ/7 Orange Tote Hand Bag Messenger Bag.
                                      This costed me 350 rupees, the bag shown on the website looks like a very good quality and the one I received is totally waste product and I was decevied by the diference in the ad and the actual product.

                                      I feel cheated by this product, I brought products before from online shopping and this time I was stunned to recieve a product which should cost no more than 50 rupees and its worth is no more than a plastic grocery bag.

                                      I do not like being cheated of my hard earned money and when I called the call center for problem redressel they were inturn coming at me saying that I should have called their call center to know the quality of the product before buying (This is distgusitng reply, more disgusting then the product I received instead of showing empathy they were looking for silly reasons) and its their supplier and not they who are to be blamed. These kind of lame excuses given by Flipkart is nothing but cheating customer.

                                      It is like advertising Gold on website and selling Gold plated ornamemnt, and when you ask for redressel of cheating, they telling you that its
                                      supplier problem and my problem.

                                      I want to know, what Indian governent and other Other agencies do to prevent this kind of fleecing of customer. Also what advice what further actions I can take to protect my hard earned money and make Flipkart recognize and accept their mistake.

                                      Let me the know procedure, for getting my money back and for me to send back this waste product

                                        I had ordered a pair of Skullcandy earphones from Flipkart.com. I was informed that i would receive my product in 8 days.
                                        After the said period, i received an e-mail from flipkart, stating that the order is cancelled due to unavailability of the product, and the amount would be refunded.
                                        For the refund, i was given 2 options:
                                        a) Refund to my flipkart account, which would be done in 24 hours.
                                        b) Refund to my bank account, which would take 8 business days.

                                        I find the above mode of payment, very inconvenient.
                                        So to summarize i have simply deposited an amount to them for a minimum of 16 days, without receiving any service.

                                        Booked XPERIA C on 4th March, the standard delivery mentioned 6th but still the product not yet shipped. I called customer care and raised request for replacement. My committed date was on 10/07/2015...But I did not receive it on commited date which was given to me. On top of that when I called to customer care the response I have got was very casual. Is this Flipkart customer service. Its a big question mark on Customer Service which is flip kart providing now days in this competition. Flipkart giving pathetic service to their customer.
