[Resolved]  FRENCH COURIER EXPRESS — courier not delevered on time

my friend send me a courier past week from tamail nadu till now am receive anything.. ur courier is very very worst.. very very slow process..
plz return back or deliver today otherwise i will take legal actions.. thats it.

Yesterday courier boy called me they asking the address i told him. Then today call that no. [protected] he told me courier was send the from address. and he is using bad words and we ask the office address also i will come and pick the courier in ur office he did n't told me. this cover is very urgent... Kindly deliver the courier today, otherwise i will complain consumer court...

I have a very important docs to receive.Its been more than 4 days now, I have not received my documents. One the pathetic services I have ever seen and experienced in my life. I called them so many times to check track my parcel, every time they asked me to call tomorrow. This is reduculous. Don't select French express for any kind of communication. Very Very poor service.

i also faced the same problem...My parents couried somethng from kerala.. and ts reachd chennai with in 2day.. but the service ppl are not ready to delvr its on a proper time.not only that they are telling that ther is som leak in carriage s o they are going to return . i just wonderd. without my permission who told them to return. i infrmd the person who called me that must delivr product to home as soon as early.on that time the couier person told thr is no delvry boy is avaiable ther to dlevr.if the service has not any responsibility kindly stop this work. 4 days over.. still am wating for ma product :). ts not the frst time that m faced the problem frm frnch couriers.

I am Robin from Chennai, have the same kind of experience. Booked a courier using Franch express courier service from Chennai to Bangalore on 20.02.13 and till 25.02.13 this is not delivered to the receiver when called the local numbers of Franch express in Chennai the numbers are not in use or disconnected. After struggling I got some numbers of their Chennai office which is engaged always and no response in the other number[protected] & [protected])
After tracking their Bangalore office number we got a number of Mr. Babu [protected] who gave the driver number [protected] Mr Kumar which is switched off. When checked with Mr. Babu he is so nervous and frustrated in answering the customer and told me that he will call back in 1 hour time with delivery status. The Service is so poor and I really repent why I used such an unprofessional courier service. I take this as an experience and would like to convey to all the readers of this message to use only some high quality courier companies.

One of the fake courier companies in India. A request with all that not to go with French Express courrier. my brother sent one courier last may 2013 till iam not recieved my courier . When I enquired a person he told that it is theft sombody in thier office. and they people ask me a comlaint letter 2-3 times iam sent the complaint also ( in this id [protected]@yahoo.com) but no use... iam traying to contact the branch manager they are not response my phone also. very very worst service, shame on your wrost service.

Sir, One important letter had booked to Thirumazhisai -600124 (Chennai) from Madurai through Franch Express Courier on 22 May 15 vide their Docket No. [protected]. and the same has not yet been received so far .I am awaiting the letter, but no body is giving proper reply. .
