[Resolved] GadgetsGuru.com — Payment given online but the product not shipped even after 1 month

On 2nd of August i made a purchase of a PS3 gaming CD worth RS 1700 with order no 28081.Payments were made via credit card.After 15 days i called their customer care. When i made the enquiry i was told the item has run out of stock and they will ship as soon as they get the item.Its almost been a month now but no signs of my item.I mailed them several times that they ship me a diffetent CD that they have in their stock.But no reply is being made. GadgetsGuru is an online fraud site. They take money and don't deliver products in most cases. My order has been pending for the last 2 months. None of the customer care nos. will ever respond once you make the payment (the same guys were super prompt before they got the payment). It's a shameless scam organisation that should not be allowed to operate.
