Sir,
As I am holding a cash card of ge money since last 4 months i am not receiving the statement in time and even after making the payment by dropping the cheque in the drop box, they call me on my mobile several times and say that they have not received the payment , than again i had paid the payment and given it to the collection department. This is happening since last 4 months. I have also given complaints to the customer care . But it was no use.

They will be silent for 3 months and then they will be calling me back that payment is due.
