GE Money Cash Card — harrasement on the phone for the payment even after making payment

Sir,
As I am holding a cash card of ge money since last 4 months i am not receiving the statement in time and even after making the payment by dropping the cheque in the drop box, they call me on my mobile several times and say that they have not received the payment , than again i had paid the payment and given it to the collection department. This is happening since last 4 months. I have also given complaints to the customer care . But it was no use.
So, Please look into my case and do the needful.

I have used the card for my official purpouse and the same has been remitted, after remitenance also i am getting calls that i have not paid the same and i explained to them the date on which it is paid, cheque no and all.
They will be silent for 3 months and then they will be calling me back that payment is due.

What is happening with GE Money card Deapartment.
