[Resolved]  Godrej split ac — bad customer service

i had a bought a godrej split a/c 1.5 18 fc on 9th of march 2010 from bismi perumbavoor invoice number R18778 .MY PROBLEM IS its remote was complaint on 6 th april 2010 > and i replaced its batteries but no result and i complaint this with the dealer > bismi appliances perumbavoor kerala > and also with customer care on 7 th of april 2010 > but there is no future call from godrej i repeated my complaint with the customer care person 3 times more > but today 13 th of april 2010 > 10.15 am there was no serviece godrej or from there customer srvice and i feel a very poor service net work from godrej appliances

Godrej / Split AC — Service

I do purchased a Godrej 1ton split AC from NEXT showroom Kalyan on 14/03/09. Company was suppose to give me 3 free services but till today I do got only 2 services on 12/06/08 & 10/12/08.
I do call the Godrej call center on 14/09/09 for the service & told that if required I am even ready to pay for the service. But till today (15/10/09) they have not given me any service even after daillly follow-up. They are just telling me every time that your request has been noted and you will get service within 48 hrs.
Am Kasthuri from 100, south mada st, thirumazhisai, Chennai, tamil nadu. Our landline number is[protected].
We bought godrej split AC and they did only 1 water service after our 2 months call to the service station.
and that service is not good, the technician (P.Vasanth) fully damaged our AC. Sensor display got repaired in that water service and our AC is getting more problems. The technician said he will see to it in a week as he complained about it but there is no response yet. we called to the manager(Umapathy) he is not responding to our words and said that he cannot provide any service.

Bad service in varanasi don't buy godrej product in varanasi area subjected to service n prize.i m waiting always for doing complaint, toll free number system upgradation always, only sms day by day changing name of visited technician after that waiting for outdoor unit promised for 2 Days now its 8days and always asking details about every person enoughf
Not Recommended service center and toll free custmer care is useless and always excuse o[censored]pdating system, they sending deffrent technician name and visiting details than after taking location by phone and not responded many times.after 4 Sms and changing technicians so bad to wait.
afer that story not ended now for inquiry
they transfer mobile one to other and they always asking, problem, name location by each one and than told to call back again who is incharge they not came, when he came told status O[censored]r A.C.
