Godrej split ac Complaints & Reviews

My name is Rajesh Kumar, son of M.G.Ravitaj. On Jan 3rd, 2022, my dad has visited padma medical store (kalpakkam) for hiccups tablet. Since he had continues hiccups since last night. The medical store staff has given 100mg of chlorpromazine tablet to stop hiccups. After 30 mins my dad has again visited the medical store since the previous tablet was not able to stop the hiccups. The medical store staff has a given another tablet of 50mg chlorpromazine....

This has become a regular practice of medicine stores across the country of not giving medicines in smaller numbers. They always force customers to buy full strips even when doctors prescribe fewer numbers.

My dr. Has prescribed me 15 tablets but the medical store called padma medicals at kfc signal, indira nagar, bangalore is forcing me to buy 20 tabs (2 trips of 10 tabs). Also, he is saying you can place a complaint anywhere...

my ac is not working properly and its only one year i have bought this ac,,,,, and all the time i register the complaint your people are not coming on time to do the need full,,,,indly solve the problem asap,...

Sir, very unpleasantly it is to complain that I lodge a complaint regarding non working of my slit AC on 18 August,2012. But till taday ic 25th August and after pasing 8 days it has not been attended inspite of several reminder at toll free call center at Delhi [protected] and Local mechanic in charge at Allahabad Mr. Kaushelesh.at his personal cell no.[protected]. It is taken as gross overlooking of customer affair after sales from Godrej....

I had a 1.5 tonne godrej which i bought from a dealer in hyderabad and was fitted satisfactorily on 2009 recently cooling was not effective for which i made a complain in godrej customer care no. [protected] on 8.3.2012 . The technician arrived and after checking told me there was problem in compressor as my as was in warranty period he suggested me for change in compressor for which he told that 2500 gas filling charges and 650 capacitor...

I have AMC for my Spli a/c. I have lodged a complaint with the Godrej call center. Everey time I call, they are replying that they will send people for service. Now almost 10 months gone. They are not attending even for cleaning.
They are cheating customers by taking AMC also.
Very very very poor service from Godrej.
Beware of Godrej products. No service at all
No results even after escalation.

I am very desspointed with the service of godrej and big bazaar.I have purchased a spilt AC on 1st may 2011 from big bazaar,Ambience mall,gurgaon and it has been delivered after 4 days i.e on 5th may,i have waited long to get my ac delivered and again it has been 3 days my AC is not installed yet, i am waiting to get install it.

Continously i am following big bazaar guys and godrej guys but everyone is unable...

I am very very frustrated and disappointed with the kind service provided by godrej, Last year I have purchased split Ac
and from then it started trouble me, I filed a complaint in the showroom regarding this but I never got on time response nor service.

Each time ( 9 times ) I personally had to call the customercare and explain them everything, they never bother about my probelm. After
6 month...

on 16th feb 2011 by a godrej ac from SWASTIK ELECTRONICS CUTTACK
ON 18TH FEB installation of ac .After 7 day of installation water leackge from indoor unit .complain to nearest service center .they told to me both cabinate &base are neds to change .but not take action in 10days of complain.please concider the problem...

As i've paid Rs 4000/- towards extending my guarentee period for further 4 years to Godrej Split AC

on 29-07-10 My contract no is [protected].Till today i didn't receive my documents eventhough i'm

contacting customercare continuously .i'm fedup with their service .kindly do the needful.

i had purchase godrej split ac at[protected] from manglam electronic-n- appliances.
Last month[protected] its stop cooling i called to there care center they register my complain { my complaint no: is 802128} and send some there worker within two days after that they came see the problem and said there is fault in compressor and it would be changed its take 7 days but till now there is no action taken from them i called twice there...

i had a bought a godrej split a/c 1.5 18 fc on 9th of march 2010 from bismi perumbavoor invoice number R18778 .MY PROBLEM IS its remote was complaint on 6 th april 2010 > and i replaced its batteries but no result and i complaint this with the dealer > bismi appliances perumbavoor kerala > and also with customer care on 7 th of april 2010 > but there is no future call from godrej i repeated my complaint with the customer care...

I have purchased one 1ton spilit AC on 14.09.09. As per purchase detail the same is under warranty for 1year i.e. upto 13.09.10.

Now on 05.04.10, I have lodge a complaint at godrej customer care centre for services. Customer care officer committed that technician will visit within 24Hrs. After substantial communication with customer care, on after 3days i.e. 08.04.10 technician visited my house and he found that there are...

Our Split AC is not even 1 year ols & we are facing water leakage problem.We contacted at the no. given on the brousher which we rcvd from dealer at the time of purchase and we recvd fabolus response"ye to normal hai aaj nhi to kal hona hi tha" which is seriously shocking.As whenever we plan to buy any electronic product we used to prefer Goodrej but from now, i dont think the same...
