Green City - Noida — Unable to get refund from Greencity Noida for Cancelled Plot in Bhiwadi Project

I had made an invetment of Rs, 2 Lac 25 Thousand as the registration amount for a residential plot measuring 200 Sq. yards under soft launch with Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd (Noida) in their Bhiwadi project. As per the agreement between me & the company it was stated that the compay will offer allotment within 9 months of registration but it has not been able to fulfill the same when it has been 18 months since the regitration. After having followed time & again with the company with regards to the allotment & not getting a proper answetr I decided to cancel the same & request for a refund on 24-Dec-2007. Again as per the agreement the company should have made the refund of the registration amount along with due interest @11% in 1 month.

But it's been 3 months & inspite of my constant follow up I have not been refunded the registration amount which makes me feel that the companies intentions are malafied & dishonest.

I am a senior citizen and need the refund urgently.I have all the paperwork including the follow-ups that I have made with company in order to get my refund, request you to help me in this regard.

I have also booked plots with Greencity group of companies & find that after two years still they are not in position to tell when they will deliver the plots.

i recived my booking amount from green city and reinvest in agra project that very good mr chaudhary is nice person .

Approach Consumer Court for Compensation & Interest.
Approach Civil Courts for Recovery of the Principal Amount.
File Criminal Complaint in EOW.

i have also invested in agra project (200 sq yds) but they are unable to give the status or refund.Mr. choudhary seems escaped because he is not responding to mail.

Hi, I have also invested in 200 sq yd plot in Green City, Bhiwadi. I have received a letter from Mr Jitendra Chowdhary of Green City stating reduction in price for that. However, I'm very concerned about viability of project as i have already paid 4 lacs with no status update. I want my money back now. Pl advise next action. My number is [protected]. Thanks.

company mai koi responsible person nahi hai . sab kee sab nalayak hai.
agar company plot nahi dee sakti too kam se kam hamrey paise vapas kar de.
hard core money laga rakhi hai sab investors ne, aur ye last two years see logo ko bevkuf bana rahee hai .

hi i am rajesh gupta. i also paid 4 lacs for 2 plots in bhiwadi project. i have repeatedly contacted the office in noida. no responsible person is present in that office. they are looting people. i have filed a complaint in consumer court. my phone number is [protected].

Hi, I have invested in Bhiwadi Green City Project (150 Sq Yrds plot) in August 2006. Still I didn't get any positive status of the Project. Today i.e. 30.04.09 I talked to one of the executive of the company (Mr. Kumar - [protected]) for the Refund. He is ready to issue me a Posted Dated Check of 15-Dec-2009 (Only Principal amount after deducting Agent's commission).

I am worried about the honour of the check. Can someone please guide me the Effective Procedure to get the Refund. My contact no is [protected].

Hi, I am also an victim of Green City, have paid 3 lakh 9 thousand for 200 Sq yard in 2006. I went to noida green city office, meet one of the executive there for refund. He is ready to give us a PDC cheque of Decenber 09 of the principle amount after deduction of the agent commission.
.
I want my hard earmed money back now.

Anyone please suggest a way to get my money refund.

My 5 lacs is blocked in Dharuhera project.No progress as of date and I dont expect them to build it as property is taken from Dwarkadhis as they being prime owner. Is there a good lawyer whi we can engage. Can we collectively form an group and file a complain.
