I have invested Rs.3 lacs in Green city's bhiwadi project for 300 sq. yard plot, but didn't get my money back or plot. please inform me what to do to get my money back. my cell no is [protected]
IMy name is Preet Mohan and I reside in Delhi. 2 Years Back I invested 2 Lakhs and also gace another 80 thousand rupees in NRI City, Bhiwadi (Project Owned by Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., A-3, Sec-59, Noida, UP) in October 2007. We were told that project will be completed in 4-5 month. But till now we have not received any plot. I went to site 2 months back and saw that nothing is been developed on that site.
Today 19th June 2009, I saw the newspaper that Jitender Choudhury, MD is absconding and his Nodia office is been closed. He has done big fraud. I was trying the numbers but no body is picking the phone.
We should launch a complaint agaisnt Green City and this MD. This is not good.

It is good to note that few investors in Green City Projects
have filed a complaint against Green City with EOW.
I am also a victim of this fraud and have invested in
200 sq yds plot in their Bhiwadi project.
I have already filed a complaint against this company
with Consumer Court, Delhi.
Can someone pls guide me, where the complaint
has been filed enabling me to also file similar complaint
with EOW?

I too am a victim of the fraud. Have gathered that he owns a petrol pump in Noida phase II by the name of Chaudhary Automobiles-Telephone No.[protected]. It is opposite NEPZ. The pump is visited by his father and himself almost daily. We all should report this to the EOW and also go there in groups to confront him. Collectively, we shall win and get back our money. He has the money but has to be forced to part with it.
I have invested approx. 5 lakhs in Green City AGRA. There is no development there. They are also not returning my hard earned money. Mr. Chowdhary is not available in office/ on phone. As a matter of fact, at Noida office there is no-one to attend now. It seems that Mr. Chowdhary is absconding. Please suggest what can be done further.

i have booked 2 plots size 200 sq yard each in nov 2006 n paid 8, 00, 000/- (eight lakhs ) rupees. they promise me that they will hand over plot in 6 month, now its almost after two and a half year i didn't get anything neither my plot nor my hard earn money. now i come to know that company has sold the noida office. it is very sad that company hasn't paid us back now i am feeling empty handed b'cause whatever i had i put every single paisa of mine for my dream house now i don't have anything left neither money nor faith in indian system. how easly some one can make us fool.

I had also booked plot in green city, they are not giving me refund of my amount there for i had decided to take registry of agricultural land that they have in bhiwadi project or transfer my booking to agra proj.
