Green City - Noida — Unable to get refund from Greencity Noida for Cancelled Plot in Bhiwadi Project

I had made an invetment of Rs, 2 Lac 25 Thousand as the registration amount for a residential plot measuring 200 Sq. yards under soft launch with Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd (Noida) in their Bhiwadi project. As per the agreement between me & the company it was stated that the compay will offer allotment within 9 months of registration but it has not been able to fulfill the same when it has been 18 months since the regitration. After having followed time & again with the company with regards to the allotment & not getting a proper answetr I decided to cancel the same & request for a refund on 24-Dec-2007. Again as per the agreement the company should have made the refund of the registration amount along with due interest @11% in 1 month.

But it's been 3 months & inspite of my constant follow up I have not been refunded the registration amount which makes me feel that the companies intentions are malafied & dishonest.

I am a senior citizen and need the refund urgently.I have all the paperwork including the follow-ups that I have made with company in order to get my refund, request you to help me in this regard.

I am Mrs Ahluwalia I invested 2.25 lakhs in the green city plot of 200 yard in 2006 and yet no possession and further response from the developer has been there. I had regularly calling them up and every time they say another 4 to 5 monthes we need for further paper work approval etc. Please let me know as I need the plot or money refund. Now I have started realizing that the developer is fraud.

I also have visited in his office a number of times and could guess that he will not refund the money. He is arrested now and is in Thihar Jail.

Green City Group of Companies — Non-refund of Booking Advance

Hi,
I have invested Rs.3.51 lakhs in one of the projects of Green City group of companies called Solitaire Greens in Dharuhera...During the booking stage, the company promised me to hand over the flat in 2010...However, till date neither the construction of the project has started nor the money has been refunded to me.
I have all the related documents to support my claim..
Can you please advice!!

Green City Group of Companies — Plot in Bhiwadi

I have booked a plot in 2006 in Bhiwadi with Green city group of companies, Noida. I was told that I would get possession of same by 2007. But I never got that. I applied for cancellation and was told that my money would be refunded to me in 3 months, but that also has not happened till date. I kept on visiting their office and was assured time and again that I would get my money soon.

Now their office is closed and I am told that builder has ran away with money of all the customers.

Can you please help me in getting my hard-earned money? I have deposited 1.5 Lacs to them.
