sir, i too have recieved such an sms on 22nd april.. it seems many ppl in india have recieved such messages...it may be to extract money as a scam..but we need to check these ppl who trouble others givin fake hopes of lottery money..

HI, I too got an sms saying that my mob number have won a price money of 700000 GBP.They are asking my personnal info to send the check .I have tried calling him back in the UK number provided and was not able to reach him. The name of the person was S.G T Davis. Anybody know the legitimity of such an sms or an email promotion ...???

Hey guys I hav also rcvd a same sms at 1am. I now its all fake, but dis UK guys shud be sued for disturbing us in nite time. My name is sazish meaning "conspiracy" & dis british guy is trying to plot a conspiracy on me only. Hey Guys plz dont b so happy abt dis thing as u r not going to get any money.
Let me tell u a story- A man puts up a advrtsmnt on all d newspapers saying dat if sumbody wants to be a millionaire in a week time den send him a draft of Rs.500/- to a particular address.den he will tell dem the trick of becuming a millionaire in a week.
So, many interested people send him d draft, after a week they rcvd a letter frm dat guy saying - you people also do the same thing which I did to becum a millionaire.
