[Resolved]  Guinness Award Promotion — 2009 splash promotion

I also received same message.But I knew it was a fraudulent message.There must be some kind of punishment towards this type of harassment through mobile.I hope the persons who are involved in such illegal acts will be identified and appropriate action will be taken immediately, so that in future they will not dare to give such message to anyone to cheat.

15 days ago I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY PHONE NUMBER HAS WON SPLASH PROMOTION AWARD ORGANISED BY GUINNESS ORGANISATION . BUT LATER THEY DEMANDED 625 POUNDS TO REMMIT THIS PRIZE. HOW CAN I GIVE SUCH BIG AMOUNT BECAUSE I AM UNCAPABLE

today even i got this kind of message saying i have won 500, 000 pounds in 2009(GOOGLE) Mobile Draw.To claim contact Mr.Mark [protected] or e-mail [protected]@hotmail.com.
if anyone have received an email like this plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz let me know.

Before two days I've got an sms regarding that I've won a sum of 700, 000.00 GREAT BRITISH POUNDS IN SPLASH PROMOTION which is organise on 20th april 2009 by GUINNESS AWARD PROMOTION.Please help me regarding this matter as soon as posible.

E-MAIL uk.[protected]@live.com OR contact.[protected]. they are claming that they are giving this money for the povety removal. afterwards i saw all this comments send by other people. i think this is 100% fraud message. uk people is not there for distributing their money for people. and people also shoul be alart for all the 24 hours from such fraud sms or email. and our indian goverment should also look at the such fraud case. my mobile no. is [protected].

I too received same SMS yesterday. I think they are playing!!! and its a fake message. My suggestion is not to yield for any demand for money as we are all leaving in hard earned money!!! Any how i have sent an email to know the details further. If it includes any money to be paid from my pocket, straight away i will IGNORE

i received similar mail like everybody have mentioned out here. i tried to call at the number mentioned but nobody responded.
lets look out what was common in all the people who recieved this message. why did they choose us, wen we never filed in for such a kinda promotion. or wen we are not even remotely connected to lotteries o[censored]K.
and why so many people from india?
ok. few common things could be:-
your connection (mine idea, postpaid)
your credit limit (mine2800)
type of your handset (mine motrola)
date of reciept of msg (21april)
date of draw mentioned in your message(10th april)
All these particulars have a bearing, if these people are fraud or just to say on the authenticity of these messages. We can get to know what kinda people are gettig the message
lets check out. lets all o[censored]s mention these details out here &find the common factor.
