We are a company called Anjana Associates. We made full payment through cheque on 18-09-08 for 2 desktops to HCL's dealer (Orsons Automation Ltd. Arcot Road Chennai) in advance only to learn that we have to wait for more than 3 weeks to receive the item. Whereas we were promised that we will get our 2 desktops as soon as the payment is credited to their account. After receiving the desktops we were expecting the harrowing experience to come to an end. But there was another waiting painful experience waiting for us. The first machine got installed two days later and we are still waiting for the second and last machine to be installed till today. Our customer is not ready to buy any story and thanks to you we have lost the customer for ever who alone contributes to 25% of our business share. Our customer is none other than INS Adyar a defence office. This is one of Navy's biggest office in the whole ofTamil Nadu. Your associate has already sealed our fate in this office.

HCL/ desktop — Poor back up service/uncooperative employees

I bought a HCL desktop from green park new delhi which is so called authorized hcl showroom as they claim. initially they promised to install the machine same or next day but one week has passed no one has come to install the machine inspite of many requests and reminders. when i enquired the reason for that / enquired about the contact no of some senior officials they refused to give it.
what should be next course of action.

HCL Desktop — allways showing the message that "you may be a victim of software counterfeiting,ask for genuine software ".and not able to set wallpaper

i had purchased the computer 4 months before from vapi, gujarat .it is intel core2duo, lcd moniter, windows xp.now the message has came that "you me a victim of software counter feiting, this windows did not pass genuine windows validation, ask for genuine windows software".
and not able to set the wall paper.

HCL Desktop — Not Responding to compalint no.23c080041 !!

I bought a HCL Desktop vide invoice no.ST/DEL/08-09/CB=286 dt.22.12.2008 with machine's No.AZ001097 S/N-A087AZ07. After Installation the Machine was failled to boot and the compalint was lodged with HCL Customer Care with No.23C080041.The engineer visited the place and put comments that the motherboard is corrupted and will replace it. How can I believe that a brand new machine I bought of a good brand will not create any other problem in future.

After Regular follow up with HCL People I am very disturbed. I am also sending mails on the e-mail id's designated for customers([protected]@hcl.in) but still nothing has been done. I also suffering with financial losses because it is already 10 days gone and the purpose was not fullfilled of mine.

I asked them for Replacing the Machine instead of repairing of the Motherboard.

Please suggest me the right way I feeling that the I am being cheated and harassed by the HCL Infosystem.

Myself Jaspal and I have purchased a desktop on 27/10/2008 & from 05/12/08 in keyboard button Z, X & C, a problem accured, as the button sometime stop working and the problem goes increasing day by day and on 27/12/08 I acknowledge the supplier from whom i purchased the computer and after continuous reporting about the error, then on 10/01/09 they send someone from there office to collect the keyboard and from till date they are just giving us excuses, that they will repair the keyboard as soon as possible and today when i called them that " When my keyboard will be replaced back" then they told that my problem about the keyboard was not listed in the register, and now the person with whom i was talking is noting it down in the register and the work will be don till this Thursday, as they think that i purchased a computer of Rs.33, 000/- just for a show piece Their for they are make so daily, or they think the costumers who purchase instrument from them are fool, and what ever they will say we will agree on it...
at the end i request to HCL company people that as I am so disappointed form your supplier M/s VSM Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. like this might be several people around the country may be Suffering from such kind of problem, so i request the company please take some useful action against this.
Other wise the final action against me will be to register a case in consumer court, and clam for my money.

HCL/ desktop — Complaint Pending since 6-08-09

For the last more than month I lodged a complaint at your Service center at green park on 06-08-09 on phone no.[protected] regarding problem in TFT Monitor & Keyboard of my HCL PC after approx 15 days an engineer named Vinay visit my place but said that he did not repair monitor and assured that some body with in three or four days will come and replace the monitor but till date no person has turned up to visit my place, I have call several times at your call center & also at Corporate office but there is no response. They give me the Phone nos of there service manager's named Mr. Kapil Arora ([protected]) & Mr. Neeraj Srivastava([protected]) I call them hundred of times but both of them did'nt pick my phone. HCL Desktop — pc dead

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a computer fron HCL on dt. 05/04/08. SerielNo. 1087AZ122010 Which is under three years warrenty. On dt.14 May09 my PC got the problem in powersupply and mother In this regard I called HCL Engineer and he finally lodged the call No.49090141 on 24/09/09.

He (HCL Engineer Mr Manoj) pick the mother board from my PC for repair.but he donot come back again .There is no any mother board in my PC. I send mails more than four times to CEO (Mr.Ajit Chaudhary) HCL customer care. [protected]@hcl.in, [protected]@hcl.in [protected]@hcl.in (No action was taken by anyone)

Sir, regarding my problem, I called many times at customer caare center and Hcl Head Office and Noida factory, but they have not given any answer and response.

HCL Desktop — monitor screen adjustment

HCL desktop supplied by Director General of Police (Tamil Nadu Police) to Vigilance and Anti-corruption (CPU serial no. 8076A4034183). While we start CPU is not switch on. After few hours ( 5 to 6 hours) it switch on automatically some time no switch on whole day. So we registered a complaint on 10.06.2010 to HCL customer care[protected]. They gave a complaint No.60193 on 10.06.2010. But no body didn't come to attend the complaint. again I call the customer care, they informed the compl. No. 60193 was attended and RAM was cleaned and the complaint closed. Again I gave a compaint for the same problem now new was given that is 60300 dated 16.06.2010. When I write this complaint no body didn't come to attend the work.

Dear Sir,

We had purchased a HCL Computer (Sl.No.B097AZ059645) from your dealer M/s Prime Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Janakpuri, New Delhi on 28.12.09 with a 3 years warranty. After one month, the System started restarting while working in minimum three/four times a day. We have filed complaint under Case ID No.[protected]. Your Engineer attended the same and he informed that there is a problem in Hard Disk and he examined the same, rearrange the RAM etc. and told us that the computer is OK now.
The next day, the problem again started and we again filed complaint. On 20.06.10 one Engineer came and examined the system and he advised there is a problem in the RAM and must be replaced. He promised that the next Tuesday (22.06.10) he will be back with RAM. Unfortunately, he did not come back.

We again lodged a fresh complaint on 30.6.10 vide Complaint No. [protected] and following up every day. On 02.07.10 Customer Care person promised us that the Engineer will come today or tomorrow and we are waiting.

Today is 6th July, 2010 at 1.00 P.M., there is no Engineer come, hence we are writing this letter.
Therefore, you are requested to please look into this and rectify the same as soon as possible.
