[Resolved]  ICFAI University — Cheated by ICFAI University

As you claim to have completed the program, write to them for issuance of certificate. I suspect some communication gap or mishandling by the courier. No need to panic.

The govt is also equally culprit as they are not lettiing a rule made
" NO fake University can give any advt. for any admission of students, appointment of teachers or for any other purposes in any Newspapers or TV channels or Radio."

The govt seats idle making and minting money from here or there and inauguations and spending lacks of tax payers money uselessly and for the powerful people's sake. Everywhere there is a corruption in India and I am 100% sure that Govt can DEFINITELY stop it by making law whivh is practicable for ending corruption in 10 minute flat:-
1) No file can be cleared by any govt employee without turn. If violated then the name of the person doing this override will be published under Hall of Corruption List from hallof corruption.com or like sites besides making a fine of Rs.1000.00 to be deducted from his/ her salary.
2) Special courts and fast dealing for corrupion cases and making public all the names and actions taken. and even making penalties and actions taken more stringent.
3) The citizens can meet any govt employee for official work only in camera to be monitored by 2 independent deptts. like Vigilance Team and respective Deptts. Anti-corruption Team. All the teams computers will be interconnected.
4) All files in the govt. sector to be cleared in max. 1-3 days, whatever the case may be. either rejected or approved or kept pending mentioning reasons thereof on net.
5) Immediate approval of simple cheme cases after submission of documents within 5-10 minutes in every deptt.
6) Quality of performance to be judged by Spl. Teams from Govt., Private parties to be choosen from the same fields wherein qualification and exp. shold be the criterion and open selection by giving ads.) like civic amenities, roads, govt. purchases and investments incl. disinvestment of Govt. Stakes.
7)_ More frequent checking for shortage of delivery of petrol/ diesel and mixing by petrol pump owners - it seems nobody is checking at present as even 5 litre can most petrol pump owners are having are not exact measure. Similarly weights deptt and other Sweet shops, kiryana shops, telecommunication companies frauds by overcharging etc. etc.and checking and monitoring on daily, monthly basis and showing results on websites made popular and simple.
8) Govt. to introduce to let people make respose to submit thr' email, post or sms their Invoice no. and TIN no. against any purchases against paying VAT. and annoucing rewards occasionaly so as to encourage more and more people to feed all their purchases. This way the govt or sales tax deptt. can monitor if anybody is not printing and fake Sales Invoice and paying Full Vat as collected to the govt. as if any Invoice no. against any particular VAT No. is not shown on the final return by any sales tax payee it will show a red colour and the person will be caught (you can call it red-email caught, if not red handed).
9) All fake Universities to close down or let Directors, Beneficiaries or Members face arrest and actions and Police should raid all these universities for an IMMEDIATE CLOSURE and seize all documents, assets of these Instts or universities and get the refund of genuine and affected students enrolled in the same.
10) Everybody will have a Unique Identification No. living in the country with finger prints and complete data, so that the Govt. knows about who's who and so the crime rate will definitely fall down.

ICFAI is a fake university just a money making university.Dont do anything for students betterment. Dont enroll in ICFAI University. Beware of it.

I know and I want to share my idea that ICFAI is simply a business organization and not an educational institute. They are worst in terms of returning money. You better lodge a complaint to the Hon. Court to get justice. One more thing, I have stopped at least 20 to 25 students till date who were ready to get admission in ICFAI University.

One more thing, people who are ready to join into this university analyse them, they would be ready to come to your home and explain about their university .normally this wont happen when you approach any university . so, think guys, they are like sale guys who sell some stupid products.

hi, im a sucessful student of icfai and i have cleared all my exams in frist attempt...if anyone what's to clear icfai papers, needs through knowledge of text books as well as hardwork...and the university does not cheat anyone...

Yes i am also the one who loss through ICFAI, there is no intimation of exams no support for student

My self introduce i K V ram narsimha, doing MBA from ICFAI sinace 2007, atleast i wrote the the exam 4 times but they Intensely ICFAI University failed the student and making the money from the student i would request to you please take action against the the University

i am also agree with u.because when i took addmission from ICFAI.on that time senior consultant told me your total MBA fees is 60, 000 Rs.i took addmission and i submitted 40, 000 Rs.after few month i got a call from ICFAI that my total fees is 80, 000 Rs.Examination fees are are not included and placment fees also not included.ICFAI executive said i need to pay apporx 10, 0000 Rs. i was surprised. and called I.T.O centre who gave me addimission.but i did not get any satisfaction anser from their side.finally i cheated by ICFAI. nobody give me satisfaction anser.there is no any complain deptt.

I am a student of ICFAI university Tripura, recently I got problem regarding eligibility for exams I have sent my complaint to ICFAI University Tripura arbitration Tribunal, Then I received prompt reply from them and my problem got solved. I can’t understand rather than highlighting issue directly to the Institute, why people are more concentrated on posting issues on forums. I had enrolled for MBA in this university & same way I am facing this problem.I got a warning letter from this university.They are asking me for full amount as per the contract sign between me & university, but I am not able to pay them during my financial condition is not good enough.Many times I have submitted letter to this university for my unwillingness to continue this programme but they are forcing me again and again.I am helpless.. Can tou please help me out??? Pls help me...

I took admission in jan'08. Till time i gave only one exzm that too in Jul-08. I gave exam for two subjects english in computers. I passed english but failed in computers. Since then I haven't given any exam. I have paid full fees & every time i belive exam fees of rs.300/- i will have to pay. i dont know where ICFAI is cheating? if so then please let me know

There is no point in talking between ourselves and adding complaints between yourselves in a conspicuously absent manner. Law is Law and a rule is a rule. File a Court Case under the Indian Judicial System for Education Frauds if there is legitimacy in your grievances. Visit www.helplinelaw.com should you need to check.
All of you should join together through some social networking site or channel first, fix a date, time and schedule.
We Indians are very poor in bringing criminals to book and justice. First there is a lot of cowardice, false apprehensions, lack of will, fear of the unknown. As you mention to have paid towards program fee but unable to continue further due to personnel financial condition, I suggest you to forward your request justifying the present position. I am sure of consideration, subject certain formalities.

What you say is correct, that everyone is equal in the eyes of law However, you may write directly to Institute, before resorting to legalities.

This is regarding the fees and the study material to be sent by the university. I paid the person Rs. 10, 000/- and the remaining as PDC. At that time I had confirmed from him that I need not pay anything other than this. However, after receiveing the payment he is informing me that I have to pay Rs. 1, 000/- extra for each Group Exam I appear as exam fee.

Also regarding the study material he informed me that all the study material for all subjects would be dispatched at equal interval of time. When I did not receive the same I called up the university where they informed me that once I clear one group they would send me the study material for the other group.

Gurughasidas University — delay in Exam

Dear Sir,

I am ashok Agrawal. My wife Priyanka Agrawal has opted the BCA Course ( under distance learing scheme) in Gugu Ghasidas University Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). She taken admission in July 2008 but till date (i.e. about 18 months after admission) the exam has not been held. Her native place is Champa Distt. Korba (C.G.).

Kindly take some action against the university so that they should not weste students valuable time & spoil their future. Furthe let me know the complete procedure to comply the further formalities.
