hi same here i am also sufferer of icfai i lost my pc still they want to suck my money i just paid only 7000 instead of 10000 but i gave my 15 post dated cheques and i ve signed all the documents yes we have to put a case in this university i joined for the program of mba-cfa let us make a case to supreme court

this is to inform you that i have joiined icfai in coming in sweet words of manager of branch. i have paid a lot of amount. this is fraud on name of education. let me out from this frad. if you wanna take admission then beware and never get into it.

i don't think that they are such cheaters, well i am doing bba there as distance education, i didn't face any consequences. but one thing i wanna say that about registeration, it's really irritatating

anyone who will read this comment i aware u all that now icfai is a only a source of money for the organiser ..there is some college of icfai they dont have the higher faculties facility and have a third class faculty in the campus ...// no effective soft skill faculty//annnnnnd only placements in insurance sector what is that it is a 12 standard people placementssss plz give awarness to allllllllll who is student of icfai

ICFAI University has 1000's alumni students holding key positions in private and public sectors. It should be noted that, If the university is CLOSED or advertised as a BAD university, it will effect all the alumni students who are performing their jobs on the basis of the degree earned from ICFAI University and also the students who are currently enrolled in the university. So, it is better to make some changes in the regulations to tackle the problem with the university. No university is good or bad. When it is bad with you, it looks like university itself is bad. You would have NOT said the university as BAD, if they never asked you to pay the remaining amount. Its the sole responsibility of the student to get full information before joining the university.

I agree that ICFAI is looting people. They charge huge sum of money and don't provide even support service to students. all they care about is to take fees from students. I have read a comment above where one person is in favour of ICFAI. He should better check his facts first before speaking. Agreed that ICFAI is a deemed university, but what all courses they can offer is the main point of concern. luring people by displaying misleading facts is also a crime but not for these universities because they are doing social work in offering education. what a shame, do ICFAI know what a social work is????

believe me its money making organisation, not concerned with the harrasment of students at all. even if they have to bribe politicians, who allow them to run their business.

i have complain regarding this university that is...is this university is approved by AICTE or not.i am student of BCA 1st year.

Even I am the victim of this university.I joined the course in the month of september and the one DD of 20 K and 3 EMI of 9750. After that I was unable to carry on the course so I stopped my PDC, now they are forcing me to pay the full amount, I wrote couple of mails but no solution I got from them and now I am forcing by there finance team to give the money immediately. This is rediculous, why should I pay when I am not doing the course.

Is there any body who can giude to how I can get rid of them...

MCA from ICFAI University — Standard Education

Hi I am Saryanaya I have completed MCA from ICFAI University in 2008 through Distance learning mode. Recently I joined a MNC in Hyderabad as Performance Tester.

My Request pls close this university asap . very pathetic university ... they want only money and they are playing with people career .. they charge very hight amount for Cls n exam fee as well . and very worst thg is tht they take exams every 3 months .. becoz they now the student situation ..pls pls close this university . cancel there permit .

ICFAI — Well known Univ. doesn't cheat poor students..

I think students from all background study in ICFAI.. May be from poor earning or from high earning...so I dont think the university.. needs to cheat poor students..

I am 2008 MCA pass out from ICFAI Univ through dist mode. And now I am working in a good company. I was also in doubt that, this Univ is not recog. But I was wrong, it is recognized by the UGC which is enough for applying the govt and private sector job. In their website UGC recgniation is clearly mentioned. If, they would not have the recognition, they could not publish in the website.
I dont know how the branch representatives have been saying to pass the exams. Bcoz University never guide their employee to act like this. It is clearly wrong thing. If they would have said u this things at the time of admission u should not have believed that..bcoz this is no way can be possible for them & u should have stoped them at that time.
Its not easy to provide huge infrastructure for each branch through out the country. But I think sufficient infrast. is there for distance mode.
Rgds to pass and fail the exams we should not blame the Univ. Huge no. of students r clearing the exams in time. Also some students taking more than the min duration time..but able to complete within the max duration.
so, just have patience, faith and bit of extra focus on study..I am sure u will get success.

I did my CPA from ICFAI University and I do appreciate the course curriculum of the CPA program, bcoz it is prepared as per the current industry demand.

am much disappointed and also get frustrated with university checking
system , I never believe on checking of subjective paper .

these are very simple paper and getting these type of marks ,its crazy
,ridiculous and I dont know who the hell is checking and what they
want to see in a case study answer.
A case study answer can be of many type and I wrote it very closely .


It is not first time , its was always on subjective paper , same
approach answer I got passed and same approach answer i got marks very
badley .

University is working simply for money making

I disagree with the comments..I am cont..MBA ..now I am in group G..I find the checking system is quite good..

For objective type ...its depend upon right selection..
For subjective..i[censored] write with correct matter of the topic asked in question..u may score good..

Any loan is payable as per EMI schedule as accepted by the borrower. Should you have any issues, you could represent to the Institute itself and seek clarification. Try and highlight reasons and I am sure any Institution of repute accedes to genuine concerns of its prospective.

It is easy to join bandwagon in pelting stones at others. . May be we need to check facts and introspect on issues a and taking cue from successful students who completed the programs.
