I have been facing the same problem for last 2 days when I call customer care phone no ever time get answer as network is busy call after some time

In regards to the amount that was charged without Intimation for my CC Ending with **** **** **** 4005 under the name Boddeti Srikanth.

Its quite disgusting with the ICICI Team that without Informing the customer about the due and taking away the amount which is 10 times more than the Interest that I actually pay on monthly bases. I'm going to raise the same in social networking sites as well for the fraud that you people do.

My credit card has been blocked for around a year . The bank tells me to call the customer care . But noone in the customer care picks up . I don't know what kind of services are these where the bank is very eager to give you a credit card and then it gives a lot of difficulty in handling it.

I had blocked my icici credit card through imobile app by mistake. ( i thought a transaction done through the card is not me and now i got my doubt cleared.) Now i need to unblock my card.
