I Am writing this email with high hopes that my request will be heard and justice will be done.
The customer service representative has confirmed that the redemption DD/Cheque for amount - 53,349.55 was delivered to me (Parul Sahu) on 15th Sep,2012 through Bluedart courier consignment number - [protected]. But it was never received by me or any of my family members as we were out of town.

It is my hard earned money that I had placed with an esteemed company like yours , but now facing this situation of loss of all money.
I am amazed that Bluedart courier servcies never verified the signatures or identity proof of the person receiving the DD/cheque.
On top of it why did IDFC not credit the amount in the account from where it was deducted for SIP instead of sending a DD even after requesting in the redemption form for online credit.

Please help me here in prompt action.
Request you to please arrange for a call back on my cell number - [protected] or office number [protected] as I did not find any 24*7 customer service number plus none of the numbers mentioned don your website are ever acknowledged.

However, it has been more than eight months and I have not yet received the any kind of intimation letter / physical certificate / or any other kind of statement for the bonds which I can produce to claim the tax benefit.

on 25.11.2011 vide application no=55491369, cheque no=382588 dtd 24.11.2011.

Problem is that i had applied bonds from Amritsar ,Punjab and given the permanent address where
Bonds were to be dispatched was of Rajajipuram, Lucknow, U.P.
but till date i have received the Bonds on my Lucknow Address.
On enquiry from Aswani financial I got the RI No=64092.
Pl tell the current status of my bonds.

I have purchased IDFC Bonds after filling form No. 41238758 on 28/03/2012. I got allotment confirmation SMS on 13/04/2012. Still I could not get bond Papers.
For this I have discussed many times over phone to your representatives but could not get any satisfactory answer. This the surprising this whatever I came to know from your representatives that there is no any form detail with them.
Kindly look up the matter very seriously and inform me accordingly. Please don't be hesitate for any query regarding this.

I Have not received idfc infrastructure original Bond which was misplaced by postal authorities as the address written in the envelope was wrong. I want a duplicate Bond certificate for my record. Though my grivence wAS heard favourably by idfc4.[protected]@karvy.com. I WILL BE GRATEFUL IF A DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE IS SENT.

NON RECEIPT OF BOND CERTIFICATE

I had invest Rs. 20,000/- by cheque no. 125631 dt.13-Dec-2011 through Bank of India for IDFC Infrastructure bond wide form no. 15991312.
I haven't received my certificate of investment yet. I already did complaint to company's local office in Nehru Place New Delhi, but no action has been taken.

After almost a three months I am still waiting for the Bond Certificate, I have to show the certificate to my employer to take Tax Benefit.

Kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem.

I had invest Rs. 20,000/- by cheque no. 033635 dt.[protected] through HDFC bank ltd. for IDFC Infrastructure bond wide application no. 15991312. I haven't receive my certificate of investment yet.I already did complaint to company's local office in Indore and they forward it to there H.O.Then they give me information about dispatching of the same by Speed Post no. EN[protected]IN dt. 30-12-11 but when I track the same I surprise to know that they delivered it on another address in other area not of mine.Then i did complaint again for the same but no results yet.

Dear Sir/s,

This has reference to the IDFC bond , refer Beneficiary Account no. : FOLIO- IDB0320084, RL no. 162359 & application no.[protected]certificate no.320084), allotted in my favour. My name is wrongly mentioned on the bond in an incomplete manner. It should be 'Santanu Chakravarty Halder' but mentioned incomplete as 'Santanu Chakravarty'. This is certainly going to create serious problem in processing the cheque to be disbursed later on maturity. I have mailed my complain regarding this to IDFC on their e-mail ID- [protected]@karvy.com on 20/07/11 and sent reminder again on 25/07/11 but, till date, received no response from IDFC.

Unfortunately, I noticed that there is a mistake in my address.

I was informed it in time, and also received the letter with original bonds (although there was wrong address).
After that I had a tel conversation in their toll free no. and according to the suggestion, I have sent(by speed post) all the original documents sent by them and request to give me back all corrected original documents.

Unfortunately, they did not get it due to postal delay. I also informed it through e-mail and tel.
Now they suggested me to send some attached format (although not attached) in a non-judicial stamp paper.
I am really astonished about the whole matter.

The error is made by Karvy Computershare Private Limited,Plot No.17 to24,Vital Rao Nagar,Madhapur,Hyderabad:500 081;TEL:+[protected] FAX: +[protected]; Toll Free No:[protected]; E-Mail: einward.[protected]@karvy.com; Website: http://karisma.karvy.com and they harassed me enough.

As they made the mistake, I shall not send anything more. It’s there duty to send a corrected one at an early date(at least within in the present financial year).

Kindly look after the matter seriously.
