Would like to add to the long list of consumer complaints against IFB service. Iam from chennai and we had a problem with IFB washing machine about two months back after logging a complaint the service personal visited our place though he rectified the problem but from next day onward the machine stopped functioning. We were advised to apply for AMC which we did but till date we have not recd. any AMC papers nor we have recd. any service despite numerous calls to the various cell nos. which were given to us by thier central call centre. Can any one have details about their service manager in chennai.

Now same fault came . So i complaint to the customer care as well the nearest shop. daily i am calling to both the place to atten the fault... no one came! MORE THAN 37 DAYS GONE (From the date of complaint).. NO RESPONSE .. From the customer care they gave 5 names and number of the person who is incharge for that . but no respone...     IFB DISH Washer has a basic design problem as it is not rat/insect proof .It rather attracts rats through its inferior back rubber mat that is eaten by and eroded upon by rats and eventually eats wire s inside the same as well.
    And worst is their attitude towards customer care. I think there is a racket going on to harassment , exploit and overcharge the customer through services by the service agency , who seems to be a party to it as there is not been taken any action against the people who have been complained for. The warranty period is worse even. The AMC thing is a Farce again with company has no feed back from the customer , or complaint .they are doomed for sure with this sort of service network.

      Sirs,

      I have registered a complaint regarding nonworking of my IFB microwave oven 25SC1 on 25.8.09 and the complaint Number is 3415841.

      Nature of complaint is that the oven is working when the door is open and not working when the door is closed.

      The Calicut (Kerala State) Service personnel who inspected the oven has informed me that the board has to be replaced and they have to obtain the spare parts from GOA.

      It is regretted to inform you that whatsoever may be the reason, my mycrowave oven is not repaired till date i.e, even after a lapse of 58 days.

      I feel that the Service support you render to the customers is very very poor.

      I would like to get a word from you when my microwave oven will be repaired.

        i've bought a new ifb washing machine model elena dx s.no.028372.
        what happens is small pieces of cloth like socks,small handkerchieves get stuck somewhere in the outlet hosepipe and the spin function stops working.we've called upon the company mechanic and he says this is a problem with this machine and he has asked us to use a plastic bag and to fill all such small items in it and than start the machine otherwise this problem will occur again and again.
        please tell me is this the right way becos i've using topload washing machine for last 15 years witout any such complaint and even my sister and friend have the same ifb machine but they've no such complaint.

        Dear mam
        am also an employee of IFB...let now i explain your problem...The small clothes and ur socks Like that and all will easily go into the small whole present in the drum...so that only u r facing the problem...Better you buy a washcare bag which costs 150...U have mentioned that while using toploader machine u never faced this problem nu.In top loader the drum is of different model..But in frontloading usually it will be like that only...so itz not machine problem...
        I am facing the same issue.. It seems this issue is there with this brand as my sister has bought LG front load and no such issue in the same.

          i hd brought a senator 6kg washing machine from the IFB factory in Goa. after a year it started malfunctioning.since the past 5 months i have been trying to get the machine repaired but the service centre has been sitting idle on the numerious calls that i have made to the cutomer care number and the Goa service centre. I have even spoken to the service incharge at Old Goa Mr. Sailesh, who promised a speedy repair work but i am now wondering if IFB is actually has a after sales.

              i have ifb neptune model dish washer, it got minor complaint it is not taking in except that the mechine is working good, the servicing people take off the machine and for lost 10 days they kept the machine with them and not responding properly.

              Sub: Defective dishwasher and bad after sales service. Refund of amount towards purchase of equipment, extended warranty, accessories, and compensation.

              I want to bring to your kind notice the mental agony I am facing due to defective equipment delivered to me on 6.1.08, who’s functioning couldn’t be rectified in spite of all efforts made during last 34 months.

              I have patiently tried to co-operate as much as possible, undergoing great hardship and was always hopeful, but now I am frustrated with the quality of dish washer machine and bad after sales service, and have decided to take up the matter to the consumer court for relief.

              The latest Example being my complaint no. 5241461 registered on 8.10.10 attended after delay of 20 days by the engineer Mr. Sunil Tel No. [protected]. He did nothing to rectify the machine giving excuse of non availability of parts He didn’t turn up again and even closed my complaint. I had to re-register my complaint on 8.11.10 (Complaint no. 5387898). This time complaint was attended by Mr. Dhanprakash Tel No [protected]after a delay of 5 days. He has removed certain parts for replacement and has not turned up as yet. I have complained repeatedly on customer helpline no. [protected] to Mr. Pradeep on 11.11.10, Mr. Subajit on 16.11.10, and Ms Gyatri on 17.11.10 with no results. I was also asked by customer care officers to directly contact Mrs Anuradha -[protected], Mrs Sona[protected], Mrs Monica[protected]. However on these telephone nos nobody attends to calls.

              Facts
              I have purchased dishwasher Neptune model on 6.1.08 from your distributor Arvee Enterprises, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with the hope of getting a good reputed brand and after sales service to help my aged parents to ease out their work.

              I also took extended warranty for additional 2 yrs after paying the required amount over and above the usual 2 yrs warranty given with the product.

              The dishwasher started malfunctioning within 15 days of purchase and is still not working till date (20.11.10).

              During last 34 months, I have made innumerable complaints at your customer care no: [protected] and every time I was given assurance of speedy rectification of problem.

              However the complaints were either not attended and complaint closed, or attended to after delay of 15-30 days after each complaint, that to after repeated reminders at national customer care no and local service centre complaint no, although according to rules it should be attended to within 24 hrs.

              Several times my complaint was left unattended and I used to receive SMS on my registered mobile tel. no. that my complaint has been resolved.

              My complaint was forwarded repeatedly on my request from the customer care to several service engineers and high officials of the company at Delhi branch, but no one had time to look into my complaint, for which they are employed by the company.

              I made repeated requests at customer care to provide me with all the data pertaining to my previous complaints and their follow-up during last several months but they have denied my right to information.

              No document at the time of attending complaint is ever provided to me for my record, and no explanation is given to me regarding the nature of problem and the service done or details of part changed.

              The parts brought for replacement are unsealed bearing no company seal and always leave me wondering if the replaced part is genuine.

              The complaint when attended to, also bears no permanent solution, as the machine breaks down again and again after few days interval rendering it practically of no use.

              No follow up call is given after complaint is attended, to judge customer satisfaction.

              The service engineers mostly become unavailable on phone, or blatantly tell us that the complaint will be attended by another person even if the trouble starts the very next day of attending complaint. Moreover, I am told to register complaint again on customer care which further wastes time.

              The following is a part of data available with me regarding the dates of complaints, complaint nos, people contacted from time to time.

              I have tried to contact the following officials/ service engineers from time to time who have always either not responded or remained indifferent.

              Mr. Bharat Bhushan (Manager-[protected], [protected]), Mr. Alam (Service engineer-[protected]), Mr. Dhanprakash (Service engineer-[protected]), Mrs Kamini (IFB Official-[protected]), Mr. Amit anand (Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Monica (Service coordinator[protected],[protected], Mr. Rajesh Burman (Manager-[protected]), Mr. Yogesh (Senior service engineer-[protected]), Mr. Milan Chandola (Service Manager-[protected]), Mr.Ajay (Branch Head-), Mr. Yograj (Area Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Ankita (Area Service Manager-[protected]), Mrs. Anuradha (Service manager-[protected]), Mrs. Sona[protected]


              I was misguided by the service engineers from time to time by putting the entire blame for repeated malfunction of the machine on us and suggesting measures involving huge expenditure.



              The following are few of the many measures suggested to me.

              The water pressure in the pipe line is insufficient.

              Although the water pressure was strong enough as the water is supplied by overhead tank approx 14 feet high and 2000 lts capacity,

              I still responded by installing a separate pipe line and overhead tank, but later found that even then the problem was not solved.

              I was asked to use desilter several times by different personnel attending on different days for the same complaint within a span of 7 days.

              This incurred me a substantial monetary loss without any result. (Total 10 packets used)

              I was asked to purchase a pressure pump, and magnetic flow equipment from them.

              I refused, as it was an absurd idea as the company doesn’t recommend and the pressure of water was more than sufficient. I learnt from other customers later that suggestions were intended to earn them extra income.


              The following are the inferences drawn regarding malpractices/ deficiency of services from above facts and figures.

              As is evident from above data, the following facts emerge about the quality of product and the after sales services:

              Defective piece: -
              The dishwasher supplied is defective as it is hardly in working condition from the time it was brought until today.

              Poor after sales service:
              The product has malfunctioned every few days and the quality of after sales service is extremely poor and sub standard.

              Delayed service:
              The complaint is attended to after delay of 15-30 days that to after repeated requests.
              Attending to complaint is mostly limited to a visit by personnel with suggestions to change parts without any result. They then don’t turn up again and give excuses for non availability of parts.

              No follow up
              There is no mechanism in your company to follow up complaint and to judge customer satisfaction regarding resolution of complaint.
              The complaint is invariably closed as per feed back by the service engineer even without attending and solving the complaint. The customer is then asked to register afresh a new complaint.

              Denial of customer right to information:
              The service engineers do not provide any documents pertaining to diagnosis of problem and measures taken, neither the details of work done and parts replaced.
              The customer care centre failed to provide me information regarding my previous complaints and their follow-up for my record and information purpose.

              Replaced parts substandard?
              The parts brought for replacement are neither sealed nor bear company logo thereby placing a doubt about the genuineness of the part.

              Apathy of senior officials:
              Even the high officials at local branch level are not concerned about the customer problems and are mostly unavailable, irresponsible, disinterested and unresponsive.

              Corruption:
              The service centre personnel are indulging in malpractices and it seems are indulging in parallel business by suggesting several products not recommended by the company to customers like magnetic flow meter, pressure pumps.
              They even try to charge customers on one pretext or another for servicing during warranty period, that to without providing bill.


              Inefficient service engineers:
              The service engineers are inefficient, work on basis of ‘hit and trial method’, indulge in temporary ‘jugaru work’ in their own language.
              They are discourteous and refuse to come even when the complaint has been attended by them the previous day and remain unsolved.



              My motive of making complaint to you

              My motive is not only to solve my problem but also to save a brand like IFB.
              This will require drastic steps to remove deficiencies as I have pointed out earlier.
              To add, I still think IFB is a big brand and as a matter of fact want the company to be transparent, customer friendly.


              What I want:
              Either refund the total amount with interest + compensation for the deficiency in quality of product and service.
              Or
              Else I will be left with no choice but to put up my case in consumer court..

              I am having IFB Neptune model Dish Washer which is under AMC. From the last three months there is a water leaking problem which is not repaired. The machine was taken for repair kept for nearly 15 days and brought back without any repair. I have contacted IFB Bangalore factory and from past one month they are suppose take the machine to factory for repair. I have complained through mail to their CEO but there is no response .This is the worst type of service Ihave experienced in my life. Pl. do not buy IFB Dish Washer otherwise you will be in trouble.

                Hi all,

                I am 36 years old Indian citizen from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and this is my WORST EVER experience with an Indian company. I have an IFB Elena model washing machine which was purchased around 3 years back. Last year, the machine had some problem. The motor was rotating and the cloths were not moving. The output was an unclean wash. We made a complaint at IFB customer care and after two weeks a service person came (from their franchisee service center, which was located at Teynampet, Chennai. which is closed now because of their "BEST" service to the customers).

                The service person was acting like a cardiologist and he opened the machine cover and started investigating for some time. He told some problem and asked me to take an AMC and with out AMC it is not possible to repair the machine. Same day itself, I have paid the AMC charges by two cheques, which come around 3000 INR and he left. All these happened on March 2009.

                We called many times again to the customer care and they assured us that they will immediately service the machine and rectify the problem. after some time another person came and he informed us the good news that the Teynampet service franchisee is no more.

                I am not sure a company claiming best home appliances sending these type o[censored]n-skilled, un-trained, rude service technicians to serve their customers. He came two times (second time after much argue), removed some original component of the machine, spoiled the front switch and broke it, and after his visit there was no change in working condition of the machine, but I lost some original component of the machine.

                Again after many calls to their customer care number they sent another service person, he was claiming that he is coming directly from IFB. He also opened the cover and spent 10 mins on the machine. He told there was no problem on the components which was removed before and this type of complaints normally come with another component and he left without changing it.

                Now and every time when we make a call they are saying they will solve immediately with some silly excuses like spare not available, service person busy etc.

                I am still waiting after seven months to get this problem solved and cursing the moment we purchased this product.

                These people are eating with the money others hard earned and they made their fortune cheating others.

                Never buy a product from IFB. If you are already purchased atleast never go for their AMC option.

                  I am Manjunath H.M and i am writing this complaint from Bangalore. I had purchased a IFB Senator washing machine in 2002 . I took an AMC some time in 2005. During the AMC, no one came for the servicing of my machine which was supposed to be 2 times during the AMC.Fedup with this, I discontinued the AMC and opted for service on demand. From the past 6 months, I registered my complaints for 3 times. But every time, there is an absolute insensible response from the service personell . In fact,they have taken months to attend the problem and that too with escalation to top management. Their call centres dont provide the senior/responsive person's name to personally escalate the matter.

                  Recently, my machine was serviced by their authorised service franchise, Shri Ram Services, on 14.10.2009 late in the evening. Their service bill and deatils are - Bill no 461 dt 14.10.2009 and charged me Rs. 2080/-. This being the cost of magnetic coil Rs.1200/-, door lock 600/- and service charges Rs.280/-.As this was towards late in the evening, the machine could not be tested on the same day.

                  On 15.10.2009, the same service personell came and tested the machine and said that the machine was 'OK'.

                  On 16.10.2009 when we tried to operate the machine, the machine condition was the same as before the service . When we tried to contact the service personell who attend the problem, we were told that he is out of station and will back only on[protected]. The machine lock was not working and the door could be opened even when the machine was running. As a result, there was all possibility that small children at home could get hurt if they put any part of their body. Even the loss of life could not be ruled out if they put their head into the spinning drum. It was obviously unsafe to leave the machine in that condition.
                  Hence, the matter was escalated to the proprietor of the service franchise Ram.He was also equally insensible and irresponsible. He did not even to bother to listen to the complaint. Several calls were made to the call centre to some how solve the problem. They kept on answering that everybody was involved in festival celebration and no one could attend this problem on urgent basis.

                  The machine got serviced keeping the festival in view.

                  When they want to celebrate their festival,i have every right to enjoy the festival.

                  Also, this is a paid service.Can the franchise demand for return of the parts?

                  It's a clear cheating case and the authorised personell cheated us telling that the lock wasn't working.

                    Hi,

                    I’d purchased IFB dishwasher long back and it’s under Annual Maintenance Contract with IFB. We had opened up a complaint on 24th June 2009 for malfunctioning of dishwasher, and since then, we are getting bad service from IFB service centre. Till date, (14th Oct 09) dishwasher is not at all functioning, and we are not getting any updates from IFB. I have no clue where to go now as we are suffering a lot.                       I have purchased IFB microwave (customer id[protected]oven from CSD depot Bengal Area Kolkata on 8th Oct' 09 but no starter kit and recipe was provided to me as CSD had not received the above items from company.The company is supposed to supply it along with the micro.CSD has written on the bill that it is due and asked to approach the company.When I approached the company,they told it was supplied to CSD but the company rep who came for demo said that it has not been supplied and asked me to collect it from the branch.Again when I approached the branch they told to liason with CSD. The company is acting irresponsibly.Even after lodging complain they did not turn up within 24 hrs which they are supposed to do(Ticket No. 3618026 dated 13/10/09).

                        I have booked a complaint for Water leakage. It has been attended after 20 days and the Engineer found that one thermo coal was not removed by another engineer at that time of installation. so that leads heavy vibration and inturn to damage in the rubber which lead to water leakage and tearing of clothes. It had torn the cloths worth about 2500 till now. The engineer found the problem and told that i didn't bring the door rubber to change, i would change it by tomorrow, already 2 days over and he has not attended or not even attending my calls. Can you pls look in to it. I have totally lost the hope on IFB brand.

                          It is with a lot of mental agony and trauma, that I post this mail.
                          I made a blunder of buying your product - Elite 5 kg washing machine on 31.12.2006. And ever since the third day of purchase, it has given our family a horrible time with one complaint or another. Adding to our woes, the service centre supposedly taking care of our area are highly incompetent and are not able to mend the problems. Within a period of 33 months from the date of purchase, as many as 16 complaints have been registered. This includes an episode of the service people taking my machine to their centre for repair and observation for a period of nearly a month during 2007. On an average, a complaint every alternate month. And IFB boasts of providing the customers a world class product. Is this the standard they are proud of..? The latest episode - about the machine not spinning and tumbling, was first reported on the 24th of Sept'09. It had not been registered in the customer care. Only God knows why..? The second complaint made on 26th of Sept'09 has been registered. After a series of repeated calls to the local service centre, one technician turned up after 7 days, ie on the 1st of Oct'09. ( please note that none of the people related to IFB bothered to follow it up till then. ) The technician spent about 15 mins, tightened a loose wire, termed the problem as loose connection and went his way. The machine went through one full program. The next load, however, did not make through. Once again after pleading with the service people, the same technician turned up after 2 days, ie on the 3rd of Oct'09 and mended the problem. Due to the frequent nature of the problems with the machine, I had entered into an AMC with IFB on the 3rd Oct'09. Although, I insisted the technician to stay and observe allthroughout the full program, he did not care a damn and went away in 15 to 20 mins stating that now everything was alright. That load of dirty linen, once again was only washed by hand. We tried to run the machine again on the 4th but in vain. Being Sunday, I did not want to disturb IFB people, although I feel they dont deserve that etiquette. Having reported on 5th Oct'09, I'm still waiting for the unconcerned people to attend to my problems. Having spent Rs.20,000/- for the purchase of an unworthy product and few more thousands on the repair and AMC of the same and still having persistent problems with the machine, has put me into a lot of mental trauma and agony. Based on the above, I am now contemplating on whether to initiate legal proceedings with the consumer forum. But before that, I felt it only appropriate on my part, to bring the facts of my case to the notice of the High Officials of the company, as a last attempt. Being an optimist, I still hope that there are a few responsible people in the company, who would take this matter seriously with concern and try to resolve my long pending and persisting problem.

                          We have purchased IFB fully automatic washing machine Model: Digital 5.5 SR No. WT DIG 5.5kg B 001791 on 25/7/2009 and warranty is up to 24/7/2011. Since last month the machine was not functioning properly and we have given for repair / service to IFB service centre at Vijayanagar colony, Hyderabad on 16/2/2010.

                          We did not get the machine till this day and I request you to kindly look into this matter and advise your service centre to complete the service / repair immediately and return the machine to us very soon.

                            I have purchased IFB Elena DX w/m in november 2008. I was promised a scratch card. But it was not with the delivery person when the delivery took place. Later after repeated follow up and complaint, one person (Suresh - mobile [protected] turned up with only a card in April 2009. When I scratched the card, the gift was a 28 pieces microwave cookware and Rs 101/- off. He promised to bring the items ASAP, but never turned up since. I have registered a complaint on IFB's '[protected]@ifbglobal.com' id and the ticket number is 2607009. This complaint is still open. I received read recipts but never any response.
                            Please direct me to the proper person/department to escalate this issue. I am already in discussion with my lawyer and checking the possibility of taking help from Consumer Courts in this case.

                            IFB's customer service is really very poor and they have no willingness to attend their customer grievences.

                              I purchased Frontloading IFB (Senator) washing machine after seeing an adv last year and made my decision to purchase the IFB machine. As per the advertisement, they were giving 2 years additional warranty.

                              As a result I placed an order for Front Load washing machine (Senator 6kg) to Dass Electric Trading Co (P) Ltd, Pune on 17th Sep 2008. It was delivered about 2 weeks after the order and installed on 3rd Oct 2008 (Sr No: 50348). (First time they delivered machine with brocken front).

                              The person who installed the washing machine has communicated that the 4 yr Extended warranty scheme was not available from 16th Sep to 28th Sep and my billing date was 17th Sep, hence he did not give the 4 year warranty certificate. And I was asked to get a new invoice with revised date to get the certificate. Approaching Daas, they promised to resolve the matter and it was never done. Even when I called IFB service center. They also did not accept.

                              The 4 year warranty is available on this product ever since then.

                              Even after paying the same amount (even more compare to prices offered by other dealers during the same period, eg Reliance Retail for Rs 23,700) for the washing machine and still I was not given 4 year warranty whereas IFB has been giving this warranty for almost all delivery ever since.

                              I am surprised to see that a product is being charged at higher amount even after providing less service.

                              Where shoul I complain for such unfair practices by companies.

                                Repent having bought IFB Dishwasher Neptune Sl No[protected] from Croma, Belapur vide Customer Delivery number[protected]. The machine is of poor quality. Ever since the first day it is giving problems. and the program installed is erratic. Hardly two months have passed and frequently we had to summon the service centre people who are adamant and turning a blind eye to our request to replace the machine. Your gievance redressal system is outdated and very time consuming. Registering a complaint on the phone is a herculean task. Our decision to invest huge amount on the machine was a blunder.

                                  I have purchased IFB microwave model 30 SC2 on 19 Jul 08 from IN canteen. In a weeks time, I have registered a complaint of TOP COVER RUSTED. The company rep. (M/s. Lucky services, Mumbai) inspected and assured the replacement of the same upon receipt from company.

                                  Second complaint was lodged by me within next 30 days or so about TURN TABLE NOT ROTATING IN UNIFORM SPEED. The company rep. (M/s. Lucky services, Mumbai) inspected and assured liquidation of both complaints.

                                  During this time, I talked to Mr. Mitesh (or Nitesh) Jain who has assured of machine replacement. The third complaint lodged by me was of INSUFFICIENT HEATING.

                                  In the month of Apr 09, M/s Lucky services rep came for replacement of TURN TABLE MOTOR. This motor was not only in sealed condition but was tampered / repaired. I have refused to replace the same. The engineer has assured me about getting box pack motor.

                                  In the total course, I have made hundreds of calls to Lucky services, Mr. Mitesh Jain, and Customer Care wherein spent amount even more than the replacement charges. I have even sent mail but no reply received.

                                  On July 19th 2009, the warranty period was over and the customer service agency named Neo Services emerged asking about pending complaints. Their engineer Mr. Sanjeev Khodke visited my home, checked the microwave and ...... said that ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE REPAIRED ON PAYMENT.

                                  What was the reason for such a delay? ready to repair on completion of warranty, Why? and why on payment?

                                  Kindly show me the way out. Not only to repair but along with the way to penalise the responsible. The machine is kept in packed condition for months together.

                                      Dear Head of the department (IFB)

                                      I bought a IFB Washing machine from one of your dealer called GEORGE ENTERPRISES on 22-06-09.
                                      After two days i received the washing machine i complained about some un usual noise from the washing machine but no one come to check or to explain what was it. Again I complained on 29 -09-09 that the machine is not working at all on but still no response i don’t know why? So could you please explain me why?

                                      i had been purchased IFB ELENA DX washing machine, on 25/02/09 in Bangalore, My ticket no is 2762615. while purchasing they promised me that, the company will send the technisian with in 48 hours for demo & installation. but till know nobady had came, i even called to the customer care, the reply is too worse, i fed up by calling to customer care.

                                      IFB Elena DX — Power Supply

                                      We purchased a IFB Washing Machine (Elina DX) at Jagadamba Agency at Mancherial of Adilabad District, Andhra Pradesh at the time of Deewali festival. from last (4) days the washing machine is not working and a complaiant has been lodged IFB Custercare and given complaint no. 4150726 and the authorities promised to repair the same with in (24) hours. So far they did not do the same.

                                      IFB Elena DX — Lots of Extra Charges within warranty period

                                      we bought the machine last year in month of April 09. Till date the controll card has to replaced. Recently the we have faced lots of issues with the machine. one day built got cut & due to this the metal wheel attached to the platic drum has damaged. Engineer also told this has happen because of built cutting.but they are telling you don't hve tp put your machine on other stand. i have prepaied a heavy metal stand to sustend this machine. now they are asking me to repair this machine you need to pay Rs. 3100. i have prepaed a stand because of dry balcony area & this flows always west eating material under it which should not smale in the regular basis. Its is so heavy that 4 persons can stand on it comfertably. Also there is no mis balenced that they are mensioning while charging the amount. my complan no. is 4277082.

                                      so i'll recommend the people don't buy the IFB wasing machine. its so expensive & highly charged during the warrenty period also.

                                      IFB Elena DX — Poor customer service - No installation

                                      Bought IFB fully automatic washing machine on 12th nov and it is 24th nov now but no one has turned up to install it.Upon escalation numbers provided by ifb customer service [protected] turned out to be non responsive. Contemplating legal action now.

                                        I am the victimized client of IFB products and I am informing all of you how they have treated me.

                                        I have IFB washing machine having Sanorita plus model with 5 Kg capacity and fully automatic since last 6 years+. Since purchase I am doing service contract with the company to have a trouble free usage.

                                        In last August, due to vibration problems, I have replaced the top of the body along with the trolley which cost me Rs. 2000/-. 3-4 days after replacement, 2 nos of wheels of the trolley were detached automatically and observed a vibration.

                                        When contacted service center, a person came and diagnosed that a trolley was having inferior quality and needs replacement and accordingly it was replaced. But soon after changing the trolley, vibration was observed along with the movement of machine with trolley. Again informed to IFB for the rectification. A person came and adjusted the trolley and a dummy trial was taken. Found no problem during that.

                                        After 2-3 days the problem was repeated and contacted IFB. Now a person came and told, your rubber gasket has been found hard and needs to be changed at a cost of Rs. 600/-. Though he has adjusted the trolley and dummy trial was taken with food result. But during regular operation the problem found repeated.

                                        Again I have registered a complaint at the call center and assurance has been given to have a solution within 24 hours. But now nobody is coming. I have registered a series of complaint and talked with responsible person sitting at call center. They have suggested to have a talk with responsible person at service center in Ahmedabad. Accordinly I have tried to contact with Ms Yogita Jadhav, Ms Nisha and Ms Neha. But no one of them have received my phone calls.

                                        One more important thing that I want to share with you, IFB has never sent a person for the service as per their commitments and person are coming without any notice.
