[Resolved]  imate — No proper service during warranty period

Hi,

Just wanted to know where is imate service center in Delhi - NCR near to Okhla. I have imate SP5 and its screen got damaged, rest of the phone is functional.

dear friends recently i approach iconet, adayar, chennai. to trouble shoot my imate jama101.actually my jama is failed to display the wall paper.but the prejudice dealer went in to a room and come back with in 02 minutes and told me your soft ware is corrupted and i load it now you pay rs 881.i was shocked and pay the same.later i faced the same probelem.i try to solve it in my own . by simply pressing reset button i tackle the same probelem.iconet just reset the system and charged rs 881.it is a prejudice one.friends be aware of adayar iconet.

i have imate jama201 windows mobile user, yesterday iturn it to silentmode then after i switch to my profile but its not working then i doning switch off again on but its not working its display is jamed i don't know what i do? pls help me

my phone not working at evening.when dialing numbers it will automitally hang.my phone speaker is not working.give me some details what to do my phne numbers [protected]

my imate pdal imei number is changed when i gave it in service center
they replace all internal body [motherbord] of my mobile but at that time imei no is also changed

so how can restore it, i hv imei number with bill..

I agree the above points what they said.No service centers are in India.If so, they can not service the I-MATE.If they can service the product the other problems are raised.In my mobile I bought 1 year back, after 4 months problems are happen continuously. First of all the mobile hanging, then keyboard & touch screen are functioned well.So every moment it will go to the next issue.Still i am not repaired the I-mate.

My Husband bought Jaq 3 when it was launched for Rs22000, it used to be in hang most of the time twice we sent it to service centre .Then later the mobile got a bubble and the touch screen stopped working.We tried to rectify the problem from various service centre but nobody helped. The phone was kept just like that for 1 year .But i was feeling really bad about it so i tried again .Later after finally complaining to Asia region tech support and the service centre started working on it.After leaving the phone with service centre for 1 month and after many phone calls and mails they changed the touch screen .But unfortunately after incurring the expence of Rs 3000 for it after 2 days of delivery again while talking on phone a droplet of sweat went in it and it was back to square one and again it's lying like that.This stupid phone has costed us Rs 25000 and is of no use earlier i hoped the owner would realise his mistake and maybe change the peice.When they promoted this phone in India they must be knowing the weather conditions then how could they introduce such a model which can't even take a single droplet of sweat. My husband took this model very passionately thinking it would be handy with his office work, now he is so disheartened he has just dumped it. But somehow i really feel bad and suggest everybody not to buy i mate phones .It 's a company which doesn't even bother about it's creditibility. The 25000 we spent on this junk really pinches me.

I have imate jam phone but i have some problem like my phone automatticaly switch off in 15 or 20 minutes. whe the phone is in charging there is no any problem of switch off. so kindly inform me is it soft problem or battery problem? where is the service centre of imate in mangalore?

imate 6150 is worst mobile. yesterday it was shutdown with battery empt message. now onwards i'm charging the mobile but it's not booting. anybody know how to ratify this problems please reply. is it any possible to work after boostup the battery.
